once again thinking about how insanely good Abubakar's concept for SILAHA was in Downfall.

The gods are being reborn as mortals. This is already such a great concept but Abukakar put such a great twist on it. He is playing the god of ART, the god of BEAUTY, of CREATION. SILAHA isn't mortal. He wasn't born to mortals. He was literally crafted by mortal hands. A creator being built, piece by piece, by his own creations. A loop (a tangled loop) of creation/creator.

Did he put the idea of his own being, his very schematics, into Selena's head before he temporarily left godhood behind?

He made himself a vessel of his own domain. Creation. Beauty. Art.

I find it interesting how Ayden refers to the Dawnfather as "father". It's interesting because not only does it confirm the joke/theory that this kid is absolutely dnd Jesus, but also---he's the only teenager. He's the only kid in this group. Makes me wonder how long ago he discovered his divinity, and if he's still grappling with it even now. He seems so sure of himself and his role when he's with the others, but as soon as he's alone, he's referring to his divine self as a separate party and he sounds very self-doubtful. It's a really intriguing detail imo.

Ok so first of all EXU: Downfall was beautiful but second of all. What did Ludinus want us to take away from all that? That the gods are people with complex thoughts, feelings & moral compasses? That he's an idiot? That he's making the biggest mistake this world has ever seen? THAT PREDATHOS LITERALLY CONSUMED AN ENTIRE CONCEPTUAL REALITY?
