Ishimaru sat on a ledge that jutted out from the window at the end of the hallway. A few students lingered among the corridor, but the atmosphere was overall quiet. It was just the way the disciplinarian liked it.

After a few brief moments of silence, someone new left a classroom and came into the hallway. Their voice was loud and radiant, and they disrupted the quiet. With a determined grunt, the fairy flew over to the newcomer.

The fairy was startled by the sound of footsteps. Who would come in here this time of day? The delinquents that normally loitered the place didn't come until much later in the night. Mondo growled under his breath and headed towards the entrance. Maybe I can scare them away somehow, the bastards wouldn't see it coming! He snickered before staring at his 'guest's in surprise. He certainly didn't expect his friends to be visiting, or the weird human either.
