1. If you were to describe yourself in 3 words what would they be?

Sarcastic, Introverted, and Loving

2. What’s one thing you regret in life?

Uh, are we really getting this personal in the interweb? Can I go with the whole "I don't have any regrets because I've learned from my mistakes" thing? I think that might have been from 13 Going On 30. But seriously, I feel like most of the mistakes I have made were necessary for me to learn certain life lessons.

3. Would you rather be deaf or blind and why?

I'm gonna go with deaf because I took ASL for three years and I'm lazy and wouldn't want to have to learn Braille.

4. What’s your favorite movie?

I'm so glad you asked! Currently, it's His Girl Friday and I'm actually about to watch it because I have to write a paper for my film class and we get to pick any movie we wanted to! It's probably one of the best screwball comedies you'll ever see. Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell are constantly speaking over each other and arguing and out smarting each other and they're basically just perfect. 

5. If you could only listen to one band/person for the rest of your life, who would it be?

NOOOO. Uh, can I go with Sondheim? And if I picked him would I still be able to listen to the music that he only wrote the lyrics for and didn't compose? I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!

6. If you could be anyone else in the world who would you be?

I'm gonna be a butthead on this question and say that I'd want to be because I truly am incredibly grateful for each one of my friends and I don't know who I'd be with out them, or what I'd do without them and I'm not really sure I'd want to know.

7. Favorite Disney Character?

Meg from Hercules because she's so sassy

8. Where would you most like to go on vacation?

I literally just told Mary Craig that we need to work on the whole going-to-Greece-thing last night. 

9. Would you rather go to a musical/play, concert, theme park, or museum?

Can I time travel to see any musical that's been preformed in the past? Cause if I could I would definitely see the 2008 revival of Gypsy with Patti LuPone, Boyd Gaines and Laura Benanti. If not, then a museum, if I can travel to any museum in the world.

10. Describe the best day you’ve ever had.

Here's something you might not know about me, I HAVE THE WORLD'S WORST MEMORY FOR AN ALMOST 21 YEAR OLD! I'm gonna go with the day that I toured Rome (specifically the ruins) and went to the Colosseum TWICE! 

11. If you had to dye your hair to any color besides what it is right now, what color would it be?

I'd probably dye it a darkish brown? I'm not really sure...

So yesterday I was at jam and I'm looking at these amazing people of God and I see the future hillsong worship all around me, the next generation of radical Jesus worshippers. The music so raw and from our hearts. Because before Jesus we don't have to try to be our perfect selves. I hope we really do it more often at UTOWN. Yesterday I saw random students from NUS sit nearby and listen and there was even a girl who sat in our circle, and found out later when I talked to her that she just wanted to hear. And I envisioned people catching on to the love of Jesus as they walk by. <3 There was a photo taken of someone when everyone was sitting around, and looking back at the photo, those were the moments i felt most alive and i knew why. If i ever got to show anyone this photo and tell them my caption, i'd ask them, and you stranger or stalker on my blog, if you know what you're living for. anyway i love to worship. i love singing praise to my savior. i love being swept away by the lyrics that mean so much to me because it gives me yet another chance to respond to the love i've experienced of my Lord. my heart feels like its being caught up and sometimes i have to feel it again to make sure its beating and i'm really still on this earth and i'm still physical, sometimes it seems as though my heart is in a standstill in awe. or it being taken away from me because it is in the nail pressed hands of my savior because he has my whole heart, because i so desire to give it entirely to him. or my heart is gripped onto an image or the thought of my savior before me embracing me and my heart refuses to let go. all these crazy moments. sometimes I see visions when i worship too, those are the best. those are really bible coming to life, a message i believe the Lord wants to tell me, and the Lord ministering and Jesus loving me. incredible. magnificent. my thoughts are so random and floatyyy because i feel light and joyful and at peace.

Been slowly going through this one and just finished #scatteredservants by @alan_scott71 Man... This really hit home for me and I love the boldness of his writing. When I think of my faith, I don’t think of myself or my spirituality as a weak, gingerly, sensitive expression execution of life. I feel it’s more like wielding a flaming majestic axe of creative spiritual energy that’s waiting to strike other open spirits that are ready to receive. I feel the spiritual realm is abundant with creative energy and inspiration if you can tap into it. In our reality, love seems to be the ultimate source of energy. Imagine if we can tap into another source that transcends our human understanding of love. I appreciate how this book challenges the ways of traditional church operations and presses into the awakening of the spirit. Since I was young, I’ve always carried a pretty conservative posture when it came to worshiping and expressing my spirituality but things have been changing. I now praise with my arms out in surrender, I seek a relationship with a real Holy Spirit (not just and idea or energy, but like a real dude in a room with me), and have become more bold with my prayers. I got a lot of work to do but I’m realizing as we “partner�� with the spirit, strategies and authority begins to sprinkle down. Love this book and would highly recommend to anyone looking for awesome stories of the miraculous and an championship type mentality towards living a GREAT life of faith!
