Spaghetti garlic, oil, parsley and #peperoncino on the menu @lilfrankies @suppernyc and @frankrestaurant everyday. You can search your whole life for a better #meal but you may never find it. This is another #teachamantofish type item. Once I show you how to do it I #feed you for the rest of your #life so get a #pot up to a boil with well #sea salted water and once it boils throw your #spaghetti in. As that's happening peel and slice some #garlic as thinly as possible, put about a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch of #oil in a #sauté pan and throw the garlic in on med #heat till half of it is #brown then quickly with a ladle pour in enough hot salted #pasta water to cease the frying and start the garlic boiling.
