Favourite riverdale episodes from any season?

Hey uh sorry im 4 years late this is awkward. I rediscovered tumblr recently but have been active on a different blog, and totally forgot messages were a thing honestly

I’m answering now bc I started a rewatch of Riverdale last month and forgot how good season 1 was! I’m considering actually finishing the show maybe next year (I initially stopped after season 3 but still followed the cast)

ANYWAY my answer will probs always be season 1 episode 6! I will always have a soft spot for early bughead (I specify “early” because I feel like my opinion could change in later seasons), and that first kiss is just so butterflies. But it’s not even really the kiss that’s my fav tbh it’s the start of their journey as a sleuthing duo. The scene where they find the car in the rain with that banging performance of “I Feel Love” in the background is my favorite moment in Riverdale easily

talky talky time

the first thing youre probably wondering is why i included bw2 stuff when it was only the anniversary for the first games. and the answer to that is because im a madman. juhgtjhg ok but for real, i just did it bc i wanted to. i wanted celebrate the entire generation as a whole and thats pretty much it! what does that mean for bw2s 10th anniversary? i have no idea. i could revisit the piece and finish the shading and maybe do colored line art and have more backgrounds. because tbh, its looking a little unfinished. mainly due to running out of time aka procrastinating til the last second. i could have probably at least shaded it if i hadnt done that. but really it is what it is. i got done what i wanted to get done and thats it. i procrastinated mostly on the sketch because the planning and stuff was the most stressful part. the line art is a breeze and actually pretty fun, coloring is slow and tedious and shading would have been a nightmare lol. so data!! there are 176 pokemon in the image + 55 characters bringing the total number to 231. meaning i literally couldnt even tag all the characters like i usually do because of the tag limit. i also apologize for cutting it up into parts, tumblr does not like tall canvases :). i did not record how many layers there were because a lot get combined together through the process. my program is saying 474 but thats inaccurate. i also didnt record how much time it took, but i spent around 12 hours each day in the last 5 days which was my crunch time schedule in order to get it out today. some random stuff i wanna mention: the entire reason i got all my unova refs out this year was specifically for this image. i had the idea but didnt have all the refs done and was like welp. better get cracking. i didnt do the moms bc.. idk i thought it would be weird to just have blacks mom and then nates or rosas mom (i havent even decided yet god) in the image but not the other parents?? like whites parents?? and that would be even weirder if i did include them because they arent canon. so i just left them out completely, rip lol. there are some references to stuff in there, like the e4 is a reference to some art from the manga, and the part with bianca and cheren was made with a specific fic in mind.  now, heres some original line art that got kind of obscured in the final image to end off my rambles, ya know, for fun

i did pretty much all of them by memory so they look really funny. cofagrigus doing the awesome face is my favorite jnhgf. i then realized this kind of cop out was just not gonna cut it, so i decided to redo it.

and finally, one last thing. i said id go back to regular posting after the hiatus. but honestly i dont feel like drawing for another 100 years HGVYUBJHYG

———  THREE  FACTS! ♡

1! ♡    I am a terrible procrastinator, with horrible memory and very bad hyper fixations that have started to change very few weeks to few days. Which is hard to handle since I tend to be all over the place. Which is not helped by my ADHD brain that wants to do five things at once, gets muse or inspiration for like five minutes and decides to change. That’s why some times I am just not around to RP or I reply faster to certain threads, maybe it just shorter or I am just more into it? There are a lot of reasons why I would reply fast to one thread and not another, but never because I just don’t want to rp with that person.

2! ♡    I cannot write in complete silence, I HAVE to have music playing in a different tab. If not music than a video on YT or a movie, or even ASMR sounds that I like. But I find it really hard to concentrate in complete silence. My brain has to have a few things going on to focus, which is weird but I’ve learned to deal with it.

3! ♡    After figuring out I can watch videos on mostly YT at like 1.25 speed or 1.5 speed, I doubled the amount I am normally able to watch. HOWEVER, now some people who talk at normal speed sound off to me, and makes my brain think they are talking slow but they are talking normal. I mean, it only happens with some people for some reason. But also it helps to watch people who post like 2 - 5 hr streams videos. I don’t know what to do, not sure if I can stop. lol.

———  EXPERIENCE! ♡

PLATFORMS USED! ♡    I’ve mainly used Tumblr for like 10 years on different RP blogs. With some discord RP, though only with like a handful of people. Uh, I used kik before, when it popped up and was popular for a bit. But it quickly made me feel uncomfortable and I just couldn’t be bothered, most phone app RP things that come around I tend to get bored of fast. I mean. I barely text people back at a reasonable time, I certainly will forget to reply to things on my phone.

———  MUSE  PREFERENCE! ♡

GENDER! ♡    I don’t think I have a preference? I just rarely have muse for female characters. 

LEAST FAVOURITE FACE(S)! ♡    There are some FC’s that really get under my skin, but I try to not let that get to me if someone follows me and uses them as an FC, under most circumstances. 

MULTI OR SINGLE! ♡    Both? I’ve dabbled in multi but it was TOO much work for me, and anyone who does multi has my respect. As for myself I tend to stick to single, with some variations of verses here and there.

———  FLUFF / ANGST / SMUT! ♡    

FLUFF:    Always.

ANGST:   I like angst, but I prefer to plot it out sometimes, since I’ve had experiences with RPer’s trying godmod during angsty threads because my muse wasn’t responding liek they wanted them too. I also like to have, Idk some reason for the angst, even if it’s something simple. I do not like just random out of character behavior from my muse or others just fit the narrative of the thread. makes me feel icky.

SMUT:  Yes. But Kharon is a very selective muse, and he’s very vanilla mostly, so I am weary of not plotting a little since, some people try to make him do some kinky stuff that he wouldn’t do. Also I get awkward with writing smut since I never know the level my partner is okay with. Like, do I use dick or member? IDK man. idk.

PLOT / MEMES! ♡  I like plotting, but I prefer memes. Since it’s nice for ice breakers or setting up threads, and it’s easier for me to reply too. Not to mention I know it is good for people who do not like to talk to people through IMs due to anxiety or any other reasons like that.

Do you listen to music (or tv shows/films/anything else) when drawing?

🎤 I'm always listening to music, not just while drawing! I usually just listen to the premade mix that Youtube throws together based on my watching history, and its primarily made up of Panic! at the Disco, Yorushika, Eve, various musical tracks, and Steven Universe. My favorite genres are alternative and rock, as well as some pop, but sometimes I like to mix it up and listen to things like "75 Minutes of Relaxing and Calming Nintendo Music" or "1 Hour of the Best Professor Layton Music." Contrary to my favorite genres, my favorite instrument to listen to is the accordion!

🥁 I listen to a lot of music most of the time! The artists vary depending on the character I'm drawing. 🎷 Yes! EDMS is where I listen to really upbeat songs, which motivates me a lot to draw! I also talk to friends while drawing! 🎺 Yes, usually music because I don’t have to focus on it as much. 🎸 Sometimes!

What’s your favorite music artist/band? If you could ask your favorite band/music artist one question, what would it be?

🎤 I live and breathe Panic! at the Disco's music, and if I could ask them a question, I'd ask how their day was going. Y'know, nothing mind boggling or earth shattering. Just wanna know if they're doing alright.

🥁 I actually have two top favorites because I'm too weak to choose one over the other. They'd be FAKE TYPE. and Twenty One Pilots! If I were to ask them a question it'd probably be how their creative process goes when working on music. 🎷 PSYQUI is one of my favorite music artists! If I could ask them one question, I'd ask them if they could teach me how to make such fun music to listen to! 🎺 One of my favorite artists is Hot Sugar. I’d ask them how they get inspiration for their songs/titles. 🎸 Either it’s Mother Mother or Ghost, and for Ghost I would ask what goes into making the lore behind their music 🎻 Right now my favorite band is BTS. I would like to ask them if they actually know what they make us feel because that's the way we want to make them feel. An overwhelming love

Do you play an instrument? If not would you like to play one? Which one?

🎤 I play the uke! Just as a hobby, self-taught, but it's always a treat when I sing a love song to my boyfriend for Valentine's day and I see his face. :)

🥁 I used to play the flute and I'm currently working on learning how to play the ukulele! 🎷 I played the clarinet, violin, and piano! They were all very fun to play with! 🎺 I used to play the piano, and the drums. I am currently in my school’s advanced choir. 🎸 I used to sing if that counts! 🎻 I don't play any instrument but I always wanted to learn how to play the violin or the piano.

What do you expect from this zine?

🎤 Honestly I just expect to make some good friends and have a fun time discovering new music and creating art alongside a bunch of other artists!

🥁 I expect to learn new things in my art with the zine but on top of that I'm looking forward to seeing all the wonderful talent that is shown! 🎷 I want to see the different styles and tones in everyone's drawings! Music has many different forms, and hopefully these pieces will too for diversity! 🎺 Great things! I am very confident in the abilities and creativity of the participants. 🎸 I’m not sure what to answer here other than to have fun with my piece and I hope people will enjoy it 🎻 Honestly, I don't know, but I hope everyone would be capable of express everyting their favorite songs make them feel <3
