A small sampling of what was done today. Bartz: just trim on the tunic and Velcro on the pauldrons (pictured top) remains to be done! Pauldrons are anti slip shelf liner, red vinyl and yellow bias tape. Red Mage: hat pattern started for covering and feather (middle) shaped. Hume Black Mage: pants 70% done, jacket half done, gloves (bottom) finished. Small progress update regarding KupoCon costumes for this weekend! This is the third hat like this I've made in my life, and honestly working with this material was interesting xD I actually used material found in draperies for my hat for my Black Mage. I just need to spray it with starch to make the brim stiff. I've also finished Blue Mage Bartz for my boyfriend today, mostly finished my pants (tomorrow after work), nearly finished my jacket (just rings left, also tomorrow). Now that dinner is over I'm starting work on Red Mage! I'm excited! @kupocon announced they'll be back in Toronto this year! I loved everything about KupoCon Pomtario, it was fantastic and so much fun!
