I don't even know what to say. I fell off the wagon & completely undid all my progress. I was so excited then watched it slowly slip away. I stopped posting because I was embarrassed. I could blame it on stress or summer indulgences but it doesn't really matter. The reality is I fucked up. Big. The reality is, I'm also going to try again. Long term for my health of course but short term, I have to get on a plane in 40 days and I need to do everything I can to lose some weight before that trip. I can live with asking for a seatbelt extender. I don't know if I could survive the embarrassment that would come from not fitting in a seat. So here we go again. Down 15 pounds from the regain.
