sabolaw watching a movie together... law falling asleep on sabo's shoulder because he had a hard day and sabo ends up not paying attention to the movie anymore because he notices how angelic law looks while he's sleeping and just spends the rest of the night looking at him. and then he falls asleep too

i think both of them would be quite argumentative while watching something, be it a series or a film or even a random youtube video, so law being weirdly quiet during one of his favorite movies would be a dead giveaway of his tiredness from the start. sabo wouldn't question it that much (even though he'd be a bit worried), and he would accept the weight of law's head on his shoulder just as easily.

it'd be only a matter of time before the gentle sound of law's deep breathing would lull him into sleep.

they'd wake up with their limbs tangled together and aching backs. sabo would laugh at law's confused-cat-like expression and law would tell him off.

they love each other and i hate them. story of a lifetime

LMAOOOO that's honestly a cooler name, surely gets stuck in your head more easily than shamrock

i don't know why, but in my mind i've always subconsciously associated shanks with four-leaf clovers. i think it's because of shuggy and a particular song that makes me think of them which mentions four-leaf clovers ???

so when i realized what shamrock's name referred to, i was pleasantly surprised. it might make more sense narratively once we know more about their past, but for now, i'm choosing to believe shamrock is the three-leaf clover because he wasn't actually meant to be the "chosen one", but shanks was.

   if it's possible for the young captain's grimace to deepen, it does. his nostrils flare. what started as mild irritation is now growing into something more closely resembling anger. Luffy doesn't want to be here. there's other things, more fun things, to do.

"Lame???" His high pitched voice rang out as he looked the straw hat over. Lame? How could he say such a thing? Had he forgotten the Buggy Balls? Or how flashily he could fly apart to pieces. He was cool. He and his crew were the coolest pirates around.

He flew his hands in front of the pirate to stop him and pointed at his forehead. "You aren't going anywhere, Straw Hat."

i love how we IMMEDIATELY go back to our roots whenever zolu or shuggy make an appearance in recent chapters. like we might be on a sabolaw grind rn but autism be damned we sure Can run back to our first one piece otps !

i'm always on my sabolaw grind but you know damn well im pointing out the zolu crumbs on the floor whenever they fall. that's loyalty baby!!!

thank you so much!!! i don't think it's this brilliant, when i chose it i thought it was mediocre at best, but i liked how it sounded so i stuck with it. i love the word flashy (thank you buggy) so i knew i had to use it, but i also wanted something that reminded me of shuggy, so that's how flashyfools was born :]

he held the bat up, two hands wrapped around the leather bound handle. it made for the perfect grip. his specially made baseball bat-- that's all he needed and he had taken down some of the strongest monsters you have ever seen with this thing! so don't you dare underestimate him.

his eyes narrowed. his feet shoulder width apart and firmly on the ground. he was ready for any kind of funny business from this geezer.

cracking combat-scarred, bruised knuckles while grinning, readying for a fight

limbs stretching to pull loved ones into a warm and safe, but bone-crushing hug

throwing head back and clutching one's stomach to release a joyful laugh from deep within

chest forward, shoulders back, chin up, and hands on hips — the confident stance of a future king

the rare, straight and serious face that accompanies a dangerous, animalistic stare when friends are threatened

a playful tiger cub, grown into a protective, dangerous beast
