Masckiddic is a gender that is masculine aligned but in the way that a little kid might be masculine 

Femkiddic is a gender that is feminine aligned but in the way that a little kid might be feminine 

Neukiddic is a gender that is neutral aligned but in the way that a little kid might be androgynous

Fluidkiddic is a fluid gender that is fluid between the kiddic genders

These can be used as a stand alone gender or an add on to an existing gender (for example pupmasckiddic a pupgender that is masculine aligned but in the way that a little kid might be masculine)
