I love picnene🤞

but I’m really worried for the ship. Like at the moment the ship is “fucked up” WHICH IS WHY WE LOVE IT. Like we want that beat the shit out but look cool as hell doing it and then make out type shit.

But I’m scared what would happen if they become canon. Cuz they could easily go the stolitz route. Where they’re their fucked up mess is “redeemed” poorly and it’s no longer spicy it’s just depressing abuse.

I mentioned before in some other post usually the way to tell if a piece of fiction really was trying to normalise abuse is to make it seem normal. Like the stolitz thing, its not ooooooh manipulation this ship has LAYERS *sips tea excitedly* we’re literally meant to believe their relationship is healthy now. The amount of stolitz shippers that don’t identify as c0mship shows that. The show actually has gaslit ppl into thinking this is healthy irl, and for everyone else they either love the show and hate the ship’s writing, or stopped watching from how ass the writing is.

I need to my Pico x nene from this fate. They’re juicy. Complicated. Kinda toxic but that’s what makes them beautiful to watch. Honestly I’d rather them stay fanon/semi canon than become canon and be written like shit.

I beg the fnf devs not to ruin them. PLEASE PLEAse.

(I’m fine with fanfiction doing whatever. If you wanna write a picnene redemption arc make it as corny and lovey dovey as you want 👍Fanfiction is like an AU and the implications of what they’re like in canon has no weight on the writing. I’d only have a problem w it if they become stolitz like in canon)
