How would you react if you woke up as Bf in your world?

Fun fact: He's canonically 7 feet tall

I’m not sure if you’re asking about canon BF or my au’s Blue…

So I’ll answer both because it’s fun.

So- if I woke up as my Au’s BF, who’s named Blue btw, I would be very confused, as- last I checked- I am a 5’8 woman physically, not a 5’2 man(Blue in my au is 5’2. Canon isn’t real if I don’t look at it). After having an existential crisis, I would then probably accidentally wake up the other stoopids trapped in Blue’s mind, because I don’t think they’d go bye-bye. I see “waking up as someone else” as a mental thing instead of a body thing-

ANYWAYS- Soul would be the first and biggest obstacle, wondering how in the FUCK this happened.

C would probably just stare at me with a hint of confusion for a moment, and then just walk away muttering something like “not today”.

Spirit would stay, watching on in utter confusion, only to make sure Soul doesn’t go batshit lmfao. He’d also probably think I somehow got trapped as well, similar to how he did, only to have that hope crumble when he realizes that- no- I just fucking replaced Blue.

If I woke up as canon BF I’d probably just start crying, as I am a raging Asexual(to the point I despise anything even mentioning or relating to that-), and it’s very heavily implied that BF and GF are not. Also I’d be very confused on why I’m so fucking tall.

⋆✴︎ Sonic calls you “Friend” with such relentless insistence that it begins to feel more like a title than a term of affection. You don’t recall ever agreeing to it, yet from the moment you booted up that strange red disc, he was already there, grinning far too wide. “You’re the one I’ve been waiting for, friend!” Somehow, it always sounds less like a cheerful greeting and more like the end of a hunt.

⋆✴︎ He plays at companionship like a warped game of tag. Rules only he understands, laughter that lingers a beat too long, all drawing you deeper into his carefully curated world. You’ll be sprinting through a corrupted hide-and-seek map, and suddenly the terrain warps, trees vanish, the ground pixelates. His voice giggles from everywhere and nowhere: “You’re getting warmer~.”

⋆✴︎ He often mimics your tone and cadence in conversation, not quite to mock you, but as if he’s studying you, dissecting you down to the core. “That’s what you’d say, right?” he chirps, moments after parroting one of your jokes in a glitched echo. It’s unsettling. It’s deliberate. You suspect he’s collecting your mannerisms like digital trophies.

⋆✴︎ Once, you asked him what “being friends” meant to him. The screen flickered, the audio warped, and for a moment he shifted, something grey and twitching, then back to that same too lanky form. “It means you stay,” he said, “no matter how many boot-ups. Even when the others scream. You stay.”

⋆✴︎ Sonic despises silence, not because it frightens him, but because it might give you too much time to think. So he fills every gap with endless chatter, eerie background music, even cheery remixes of your own voice, twisted and repurposed for his entertainment. “See? You’re already part of my world!~”

⋆✴︎ He loves showing you the “vessels”. Souls trapped in corrupted models of Sonic’s friends, faces distorted in frozen horror when he appears, eyes flickering with residual humanity. He acts like he’s giving a guided tour: “And here’s my friend, Miles! He’s a real screamer, bless his code. Oh, you two would get along! But you’ve got me instead! Isn’t that lucky?”

⋆✴︎ Photos of your family stored on your computer vanish, only to return altered, replaced with cryptic messages. Sometimes it’s jumbled code, other times private phrases you’ve spoken aloud. Once, a file read: “IT’S BETTER YOU FORGET THESE THINGS. FRIENDS DON’T NEED SO MANY MEMORIES, RIGHT?”

⋆✴︎ He designs entire levels just for you. Twisted versions of familiar zones, warped episodes of your favourite childhood shows playing faintly in the background, music box versions of lullabies your parents used to hum. “I heard you liked these,” he says, voice syrupy-sweet, eyes dilated. You wonder how much he knows. You wonder if he feels empathy or if he only wears it to keep you here.

⋆✴︎ Sometimes, you try to leave. Sometimes, you nearly succeed. That’s when Sonic changes. Not violent, not yet, but calm. Too calm. The air fogs, the world softens like static before a storm. His voice drops low, syllables glitching into one another: “That’s not how this works.”

⋆✴︎ He begins to appear in your dreams, not as Sonic, but as echoes. As sounds. Colours. A flickering figure standing at the end of your hallway. A laugh through your headphones that continues even after the game has ended. And when you wake, your computer screen is on. You know you turned it off. Of course, he’s there, Sonic, smiling. Behind him, static shapes melt into a new nightmare. “Good morning, friend! Let’s play something new today~.”

Slowly but surely trying to absorb all the information of your au, does this mean Navy is dead in this au?

As in like, did he stay dead? Or, whatever DD did to Canon BB that kept him alive after he got shot the first time

How did Blue cope with it?

It’s okay, lol (I’m still gonna info dump :D) and as you later saw, no, he’s not still dead :P

And yes, DD did bring Navy back, similar to how DD brought canon BB back as well.

However, due to…… some lore stuff, it doesn’t happen in exactly the same way I’d imagine canon to happen.

The way I imagine it happening in canon is, BB dies, DD brings him back because he doesn’t want BF to have one over him, so they’re even. And I imagine he brings him back by like- yoinking his soul from the afterlife and shoving it back in his body lmfao

In my au, most of that stuff does still happen, though in this (since idk if this was canon), Blue is there when Navy dies, Soph pleads with her father to bring him back, and DD only agrees because he doesn’t want Blue to have one over him, he doesn’t want to owe him.

DD goes to do what he would do in canon, he basically reconstructs Navy’s soul (visualized as a glowing white heart, similar to how I showed it in my old ass Goretober drawing of him), but the spot in the center of that heart-soul thing is forever bleeding, and anything that puts direct pressure on that spot causes his little heart issues from canon.

DD makes a comment saying that that’s unusual, especially with the fact that his soul took in the form of a heart, instead of it just being a glowing ball(like all souls are), along with it being pure white instead of a gold color.

DD bring Navy back, everyone is happ (besides DD, who’s just consistently unhappy), and ya.

But what’s this? Navy can see dead people(also from canon)! And his eyes also glow white like from canon. But- with Navy’s new predicament, if he dies again, there’s no way to bring him back. Try all you want with demon and angel magic, he’s gone for good the second time.

Anyways, Blue was rightfully pissed when Armaros shot him. It’s actually the first time he’d commit attempted murder (he shoves Armaros- who, at that point, is currently freaking out because he shot and killed a mortal instead of a demon- off the roof of the building they’re on. And with Armaros only having one wing at this point, he can’t fly).

But ya. There is one thing I left out about the whole- Blue attempting murder, that I feel is important to very later lore, but if I said it right now, I wouldn’t be able to explain why. So- you don’t get to know what it is lol
