Who is dying to break up the monotony of this crazy year??? 😩. . Ooze classes are good for letting loose, and breaking up the week from the safety of your own home!!! It’s an amazing experience to feel transported by art, and that’s how Lina feels when she is ready to paint. When she paints, I see in her expressions what I feel..... . Enjoying something creative, and taking a time-out from the daily routine is like visiting an old friend, or taking a holiday. This is so so important right now!!!!! Especially when we can’t visit others! . . Instead we visit our #oldfriend , imagination, 👋🏽 and greet her with uncertainty... will they remember me? Will our bond be the same as when I was young? And you find that after easing into your “conversation” of creating, that you’ll pick up where you left off and the enjoyment CAN come to you naturally. . Then there is that feeling of “this piece is done,” and cleaning up your workspace is like the trip going home. A transition back to the norm. This week we made paint dance! Thinking back to all that is and is not working at Ooze Studio as I create content for week 7. I’m going to make projects easier for the littles again and still engaging and challenging for others. It’s a big undertaking to work with such a wide range of ages but I think I am finding the happy medium.
