I’m back with another review from the Hungarian brand Geek & Gorgeous. After reviewing their Jelly Joker Low pH Gentle Cleanser and the C-Glow Vitamin C Serum, this time, I’m sharing my thoughts on a potent antiaging retinoid product – the Geek and Gorgeous A-Game 5 Retinal Serum.

My asks keep getting eaten so I’m sorry if you’ve already received my comments and I’m repeating, but tumblr hates me. I just wanted to say what an absolute joy it is to read your writing. I’ve been going through and rereading your works- as usual- and it just literally is like being baptized and reborn when I read it. Like being submerged under the water filled with that beautiful stream of consciousness- swept into an undertow of the boy’s chaotic darker thoughts, filled with the reader’s emotions with mix of raw primal fear and panic like an animal trapped, overwhelmed by the magnitude of their plans and beliefs and thoughts. It’s just so delicious and heady and unlike anything else- your writing style is so unique. It’s a full bodied experience- from the clever foreshadowing and references, to the absolutely transformative emotional journey it causes. By the time I finish reading I feel like I’ve just made it to shore, reborn and a little different. I adore you and we’re so lucky to have you, I’m so sorry 2025 has been filled with chaos thus far.

This may be one of Chuck Jones’ greatest works he has ever done. In my opinion, It’s almost as great as What’s Opera, Doc. Yes, it’s that good! It really looks like it’s been though time, not just the characters but the animation as well. Sometimes the animation look like Chuck Jones’ work from the 1950’s, sometimes the animation looks like Chuck Jones’ work from 1960’s and it also sometimes looks like 1995’s animation with the chicken in the beginning looking a lot like something you see in a 90’s Disney Renaissance movie. The gorgeous animation really fits so perfectly with it’s story. The story: For centuries these men find a singing frog name Michigan J Frog, for years they wanted to take advantage of Michigan’s singing talents & to get rich. But Michigan being the very clever frog that he was, fooled everyone by pretending to be a normal regular frog, making the greedy men looking like crazies. The cycle continues like this for 300,000 years, until a kind hearted martian named Marvin the Martian came along and met the talented singing frog. The cartoon ends with these icons giving us a beautiful duet, then flies away into outer space, living happily ever after. So this is what I learned from short:“Don’t be Greedy”, “Always Be Kind Towards Animals Especially Frogs” & “Be Careful Who You Trust But Never Give Up On Your Dreams Because Even Though There’s A lot of Lying Greedy People Who Will Crush Your Dreams For Money, There’s a Very Sweet Kind Martian Who Wants Nothing But To Make All Your Dreams Come True.”

I really hope this short, Another Froggy Evening won at least one award because this deserves many awards and an oscar.🏆
