Hausberg Gin NO.1 tasting notes . Hausberg Gin comes from Bremen, Germany. Gin have 46.4% AVB so good amount of AVB to drive juniper aromas from glass to mouth. Main known botanicals are juniper, coriander and angelica root. Gin is made with soft spring water filtered through low-limestone rock. . Nose: Juniper . Palate: Good juniper bite in taste. Very dry end in taste and you can also sense botanical aromas. . In Gintonic, taste is fresh juniper forward, really good when you want classic tasting gintonic. For Negroni use this is great gin also. @thebotanistgin es una ginebra escocesa hecha por el maestro destilador de @bruichladdich, siendo una de las pocas ginebras de Islay. . Su proceso de destilación dura 17 horas, luego de los cuales oasa unas 12 horas remojando un total de 9 botánicos distintos. Además de esos 9, la ginebra contiene 22 botánicos autóctonos de Islay, que son manualmente recogidos en las montañas y valles que rodean la destilería. Por ello el 22 rojo bien destacado en la botella. . En nariz destaca fuertes notas de enebro y pino, seguidas de notas más suaves cítricas y ligeramente florales. Al cabo de un rato también se aprecian yerbabuena, clavo y cáscara de limón. . En boca tiene una fuerte nota ácida y de enebro, seguida de notas de jengibre, cilantro y cardamomo, cáscara de naranja y limón, regaliz, yerbabuena, angélica, celery y grama. . Para ser tan local y autóctona, tiene sabores muy típicos de las ginebras tradicionales. No obstante, le di 92 puntos porque es deliciosa. . ​ ELEPHANT GIN “Test & Create”; (@elephantgin ) . Inspired by Africa but made in the great Gin nation of Germany. This is how I would start describing this really interesting gin. Right from the start you get a good impression by this brand; 15% of its profits goes to 2 charities; Big Life Foundation and Space for Elephants🐘, focused on the conservation of Elephants (hence the name of this gin) . BOTTLE & DESIGN These words comes to mind looking and feeling this bottle; Lots of hard work and thoughts has been put into this bottle. The logo’s design as a stamp on the top right corner is a reference to the letters sent home by African explorers. The map with red dots clearly represents the journey 🔮either the explorers or elephants would have taken across the plain. Truly a great touch👌🏽 . FIRST SNIFF When pouring into a glass the aromas explodes out of the glass🔥; Aromatic dry pine, sweet floral flavours and other herbal notes emerge in what feels like a dusty, earthy gin. It’s a great first sniff! . FIRST TASTE When sipping it neat it’s as with the scent; It does not seem like a gin at 45% ABV as it is smooth on the tongue. Spicy flavours upfront, before pine and juniper dominate to create a dry, warming gin with a long finish. This gin can easily be seen in a mix like the classic Negroni. As a first try I will test it in a "classic" Gin & Tonic .   World Cucumber Day is yet another really ‘cool’ idea that was taken very well by everyone and reestablished the fact that why Hendrick’s is such an iconic brand!

To mark the celebration of World Cucumber Day, Hendrick’s gin is running a global campaign to highlight the super-premium gin, which is infused with the uncommon combination of cucumber. Hendrick’s is a most unusual gin, oddly infused with rose and cucumber and to champion its peculiar garnish, the noble cucumber, the brand engaged gin consumers like never before and worked extraordinarily hard to maximise the visibility for all.

  ATM bistro located at a very niche surroundings of Sundar nagar  unearthed a pop up event unlike any other “Cultivate the unusual” they said! . Taking place under the stars with of course an closed sitting as well, this place helmed an event where invitees lost themselves in the wondrous world of gin and cocktail pairings.

We all know that “Gin has enjoyed a huge surge in popularity in recent years and the it is needless to say that Hendrick’s unusual and wondrous event left everyone awestruck. Night rolled into deeper night step by step and beauty by beauty.. there were so many gin connoisseur (Using connoisseur here just because of the lack of good words :D) around and everyone enjoyed the evening to the moon and back and went home with happy memories of World cucumber day!

On a side note: When the hustle and bustle of the city gets to you, make your escape to ATM Bistro. It will leave you speechless just way it left me.
