Seasonal allergies can make us so miserable! There are so many natural options that I just can’t live with out when everything starts to bloom in our area. Luckily, I already have these items on hand and can mix them up any time of the day or night! . . . This is a vapor stick that I drop 3 drops of each oil into. Then you place the cotton tube into the plastic tube and place at the opening of your nostril. Then inhale deeply. It instantly opens your nasal passages making it easier to breathe and function. My kids each have one as well. I find that they use theirs most at bed time because we tend to get stuffy right when we lay down. The other thing I love about these...they last for months!!!
