Azula!

Azula spend years in the asylum getting help properly and had an agreement with Zuko to be removed from the line of succession once he has acquired an heir in exchange for her freedom. This was all done in secrecy, no one but the two knows of this.

Azula now lives in Republic City. She struggled getting permanent jobs at first due to not having any prior knowledge of labor work but gets hired at the end, unfortunately it was not enough pay to make ends meet and gets roped into this mercenary group, the Kemurikage, and they makes use of her ‘skills’ there.

Azula seldom bends in her ‘job’ as her fire is wayyy too distinguishable. She only does so incase of emergencies. It also burns her uniform as well (they cut it from her pay every-time she needs a new replacement, which Azula thinks is ridiculously stupid).

Azula is mad, specifically at Sokka at the Mochi incident (No way she’s gonna get mad at Izumi. Never). She told him that he needs to talk to his Daughter, Sokka agreed but jokingly replied, ‘She’s techinically our daughter’. This makes Azula feel things she can’t fully describe and doesn’t know if its good or bad.. so she decides to talk to Izumi personally.

Izumi!

She’s taking her role very seriously as the future crown princess and Fire Lord. All the adults are worried about it.

Izumi doesn’t like it when people treat her as if she’s stupid and belittles her. She’s also very sensitive about her personal space and doesn’t like how people don’t take her study schedules very seriously .

Izumi and her Grandmother, Ursa, are very close! Izumi loves spending time with her whenever shes not with her Dad or studying. Ursa lets her do whatever she wants and (she secretly liked being coddled by her) but Izumi cant understand why her Grandmother looks at her in this sad-ish expression.

Izumi loves the Bluespirit! There’s a show about him and she can’t not watch it! (Zuko was very proud of himself whenever he listens to his daughter tell him about the Bluespirit)

Izumi likes sweets in general. In the Palace she gets them all the time, especially whenever she’s with Ursa; they both eat mochi together. She apologized to Azula about eating the mochi, but Azula tells her it’s ok and wasnt mad at all at her and lets Izumi eat off her stash whenever and however she wants it .

this is my long winded way of asking: do you have any favorites you've written or recommendations of what fics to start on for all the newbies to your blog? with my stuff, ik i have certain ones i'm most proud of/pleased with, so if any come to mind for you, pls pls let me know! ❤️

Oh, hahaha, well, thank you for checking out my blog after tumblr seems to have thrown me right into your face😂 uhh, honestly, because I'm insane. I love procrastinating uni assignments, clearing my head with writing instead. I usually work on fics for at least an hour of the day (my sleep schedule is fucked), and I work on like five things at the same time at least to avoid getting stuck anywhere...I also had a schedule of posting 4 times a week which I had to stop, not it's like 2 to 3 times a week😂

There's two ways to tackle this😂:

1. Okay soo most of my fics are Minchan or include either Chan, Minho or Felix. So if your bias is one of them, go wild😂 I only recently started writing more for the others as well. I'd recommend you start out easy with the masterlists for Seungmin, Changbin, Jisung, Jeongin and Hyunjin; there's one soft thoughts fic for each. Then probably Felix, his is still short. Check out Minho's and Chan's individual masterlist then if you want stuff with a reader. Me and my friend @zehina also started posting weekly rambles that are just soft thoughts on all the members.

If you're into pairings among the members, go check out the member x member (mostly smut, one Jilix/2min fluff thing) and the Minchanlix one. For Minchanlix, you'll find something with the reader as well; the Chanlix master list is mostly with a reader. If your favorite pairing is Minchan (with or without the reader)…almost half of my fics are on that Minchan master list.

So I woke up this morning dreading life because uni assignments and I decided deliberately to go back to sleep (I knowwww ‘Star the bed is evil the little nap is evil!’ But I stayed up late cleaning last night! I was toired🥺)

So I woke up from the most fun and surreal dream and I was smiling and slightly giggly because oh my GOSH that actually happened and I immediately tried to go back to sleep (got pulled into a fantasy mystery fighting 5 different creatures and searching for a treasure box in each realm and travelling back to my Lolo’s house via a mine wagon each time like I was in a frickin’ video game)

Because my dream was sort of normalish, I don’t remember how it started (yeah you never remember how dreams start- I do I’m amazing like that *tosses hair*) but I was at my Lolo’s and starting to plan out these quests and taking care of my siblings

And thinking about whales

Walking by accompanied by one of my brothers is the cameraman for Blue Planet (2001) who filmed the amazing feeding frenzy scene where the whale SWOOPS IN AND SWALLOWS WHOLE SCHOOLS OF FISH

And my jaw DROPS and a childhood friend of mine who’s also Filipino and so I guess that’s why he’s there cos his Lolo was visiting, nudges me and he’s like duuuude and I’m like IKR and we’re both kinda fangirl/boying and he shoves me forward and he’s like go talk to him!!

And then my best friend is there and they’re grinning because they KNOW how much this means to me ^_^ and I’m so excited and squealing and I go up to him nervously and I’m like hi uh are you the guy who was filming the whale in Blue Planet?

Yes I was extremely inarticulate and stuttering and?? Star COME ON be more specific he’s probably filmed loads of whales! But this guy just smiles and he’s like hey sure I know the one you mean

And just when he’s settling into a monologue, leaning back against the wall and staring across the room dreamily

I wake up 🥲

And I am smiling and giggling because I ALMOST KNEW I gotta go back and chat with him I gotta know what it was like living through that!!

And then I woke up again, properly and realised ah wait. Not real. It wasn’t him.

Anyway all this to say is I FOUND THE BEHIND THE SCENES EPISODE A FEW WEEKS AGO so I’m so pleased I CAN actually relive that moment and watch it over again 🥰

^^ that’s the guy who filmed it!!!! The guy who was in my dream. And I was mistaken it wasn’t a blue whale it was a… Sei whale?

But oh God just rewatching this makes my heart skip a beat 🥰🥰🥰 whales my love 💙🩵

The whale moment is 35mins in but the WHOLE episode is amazing please watch it if you haven’t, I wish they did an entire episode of behind the scenes for the new Blue Planet because it’s so fun watching this one.

unfortunately it’s awards season so multiple balls to go to. got the football and med school awards ceremonies first and then there’s an overall uni one that everyone goes to.

gotta say i laughed at your need to know this but i’ve got a few tux’s for them, sadly gotta do the full black tie tux (incl. bow tie 🥲) for the uni one, but imma go with a normal maroon suit for the med school one, as for the football that calls for a navy suit (thank fuck i don’t have to wear a tie for those) and as always and most importantly going to match them with corresponding jordan 1’s

Um.. last year November i think? 🧍🏽 it's cliche but i hate crying.. but then sometimes.. you just gotta do it i guess..

Nah.

4. What sports do you play/have you played?

Back in school, badminton is a common sport but i just played it recreationally. However, growing up i really have a strong interest in boxing. I joined a Muay Thai club in uni and it was fun till it lasted lol. I would do boxing/Muay Thai again if i could 🫣

Maybe? I never consciously realized if i did.
