To make a few bucks, the Corroded Coffin boys pin up a flier on the bulletin board that they’ll preform a sing-a-gram for your crush the week leading up to Valentine’s Day. $5 per song. $3 if it’s metal.

A lot of people actually take them up on this so the guys are touting around their instruments, playing acoustic covers of songs they don’t like to a bunch of cheerleaders and jocks, and Steve Harrington. A lot to Steve Harrington, actually.

Steve gets a kick out of it every time, even though he never knows the names of the songs they sing to him. He gets red faced and bright eyed with a smile ten miles wide.

Every time he asks, “Who sent you?”

And every time they shrug, “Secret admirer.”

“Oh,” Steve deflates a little and asks pretty damn sincere, “if she does another one, can you tell her that I’d love to be her valentine if I knew who she was.”

“Sure, Harrington,” Eddie snarks, nearly hitting the jock with his guitar as he stomped down the hall to find Molly Patterson. “I’ll let her know.”

“Thanks, man,” Steve calls after him, oblivious or just ignoring Eddie’s pissy attitude. He stops Jeff when they start to follow Eddie, “Oh, George. Wait.”

Steve fished a five out of his pocket, “Can you… can you play, uh. Waiting For A Girl Like You? To her.”

“Umm…we don’t actually know who is sending the requests. They give them to Eddie.”

Steve deflates more and looks like such a kicked puppy that Jeff takes the five and says, “We can try to-“

“Thanks, man! Gotta run.”

“But no promises!” Jeff calls after him, and turns to his friends. “…let’s go find a girl?”

“Yeah,” Gareth says. “One that loves all of Eddie’s favorite songs.”

I really hope the spinoff can nail this poor guys style and keep it good looking and consistent, seeming as I dont think his model looked the best in show for about...? 60% of the episodes he has been in. For me personally anyways. He has such a good design that can so go south if you dont nail it. In my honest opinion his design quality and expressive animation style peaked in Horror Club, and then we never got that same level of quality again!

I like how his hair got more fluffy after the Pinkening but even then, they dont draw it consistently fluffy! This also made me realize how I really didnt like the way he looked in Little Graduation. And just look at how inconsistent he looked in that episode too from the three images on the very right! PLEASE can the spinoff keep his model more consistent.. I am on my hands and knees

i get so fed up with posts and claims that all dean has to do is pull his head out of his ass and admit what he wants and just realize he can have it. it pisses me off. like sure okay okay okay let's list some fucking things he's said he wanted: to take a break from hunting, a beach vacation, mary alive, not to have the weight of the world put on his shoulders, his family not to be forced to play out heaven and hell's sick fantasies, not to die, not to die, not to die, to have cas safe and nearby, if he has to die to have a big blow out funeral with a sabbath cover band, more from his life than hunting until a sudden violent death, to retire on a beach with umbrella drinks and his toes in the sand, not to be watched for entertainment, not to die.

like i don't know i think actually that he's been punished every time he admitted he wanted anything and therefore not being entirely open about what he wants is entirely rational and justified.

the eddie kissing buck first propaganda needs to be stopped at all cost ✋I know i know, i'm probably going to be taken out back and shot several times BUT hear me out:

buck needs to get off that squeaky spinning wheel and for that he needs to be the one initiating Something -either love confession or kiss or both i'm not picky- because as my good friend Bobby (#rip) said he's always been the one going with the flow and not knowing how he even got into a relationship in the first place so him breaking that pattern is essential to his own personal growth. he hasn't initiated a first kiss on screen a single time. he's always been either caught by surprise (taylor and tommy), or been asked out on a date without necessarily expecting it (ali and natalia), and even his first date with abby mostly happened because of external pressure (hen and athena cornering them), and she ended up being the one to kiss him first later on.

and for eddie it's the opposite, he's always been the one initating pretty much everything with his love interests: calling shannon in the first place and then kissing her first, asking ana and marisol out on a date. He's always had to make that choice for himself, and buck pretty much jumped any time someone showed interest in him and only started considering his own feelings when things started to get rocky in his relationships. So them actually switching that because buck is that sure of his feelings for the first time, oh that would be so juicy, so good, so delicious.

anyway this is not me starting discourse ❌ because i hate that but just me officially campaigning (at the very last minute) for buck initiating the love confession and/or their first kiss. thank you for your consideration 🙏
