HOME || CASA Day 7. It's been a rollercoaster. Sadness. Loneliness. Joy. Wonder. More sadness. Appreciation. Blessings. Miracles. More loneliness. How do you find a sense of home when everything that's been "home" is gone? My first day I was overwhelmed with this feeling. The answer was simple, food. A meal that nourished my body mind & soul. Every part of me recognised it & felt less lost. I've since been sick & taken my time to rest, cry, write, sleep, cry & feel lonely. I haven't shared because my Soul needed me to be fully with my process. If I had pushed to share I would've been acting out of alignment with my truth. This is what #consciousliving looks like. #consciouschoices that are in alignment with my Soul. To trust the process & to honour myself at the deepest level. This is me now. On the other side. Facing the unknown each day. This is what my #dreamcometrue looks like today. Who knows what tomorrow will bring. Join me in discovering the magic of it all. 🌟🌟🌟 Dia 7. Ha sido una montaña rusa. Tristeza. Soledad. Alegría. Maravilla. Más tristeza. Apreciación. Bendiciones. Milagros. Más soledad. Como encuentras una sensación de "casa" cuándo todo que era "casa" ya no esta? Mi primer día estaba agobiada con esa sensación. La respuesta era sencilla, comida. Una cena que me alimentó mi cuerpo mente y alma. Cada parte de mi lo reconocía y se sentía menos perdida. He estado enferma desde que llegue y he tomado mi tiempo a descansar, llorar, escribir, dormir, llorar y sentirme sola. No lo he compartido hasta ahora porque mi alma necesitaba que estaría con mi proceso. Si me he hubiera empujado a compartir estuviese actuando fuera de line con mi verdad. Esto es #vivirconscientemente. #eleccionesconscientes que están en line con mi Alma. Confiar en el proceso y honorarme al nivel más profunda. Esto soy yo ahora. Al otro lado. SELF LOVE || AMOR PROPIO Called to share the gifts of my self-love morning practice. I'm grieving now. Feeling all the sadness of leaving my home of 12 years, people I love & so many memories. I've grown up here. Become a woman here. Been heartbroken, broken hearts, laughed, cried, fought for my life here. I've done it all & though I'm about to achieve a dream I've held for many many years, I need to be present for this part of my process. I am in flow with grief & I'm grateful for it. I never thought I'd be able to share that. But it's my truth. I'm present for today not dreaming about tomorrow because I no longer want to miss out on whatever today offers including grief. Inviting you to discover self love & see the gifts that it may hold for you embracing all that life has to give. 🌟🌟🌟 Me llamó a compartir los regalos de mi ritual de amor propio de la mañana. Tengo unas semanas ya mirandome en los ójos diciendome Shonali, te amo te acepto y te adoro ecactamente como eres hoy. Y gracias a esto estoy de duelo ahora sin resistirlo. Sientiendo toda la tristeza de dejar mi casa de hace 12 años, gente y sitios que amo. Crecí aquí. Me llego ser mujer aquí. Con un corazón roto, he roto algunos, reí, lloré, luché por mi vida aquí. He hecho todo y a pesar de que voy a cumplir un sueño que he tenido por muchos muchos años, tengo que ser presente por esta parte de mi proceso. CELEBRATE || CELEBRAR No better way to celebrate one month here in my new home than with sun, sea, my #soulsister @maqtub & #littlelion. Time has flown by & wow how full it's been! So grateful that the weather continues to be in transition as am I. Slowly feeling the excitement of proper #spring & celebrating this #darkmoon with #love. The #gratituderevolution continues as I'm shown day by day how #magic is everywhere & I'm #opentorecieve more & more & more. Celebrating is so important. We work so hard at doing life well it's good to take a moment & say damn, life is good. I'm doing hella well & given all that's shifting I am #crushingit. It is true simply because you exist. You are necessary + you are loved sweet one. Let this be the loudest phrase on the loop in your head each day. You deserve nothing less! Tag those you love who need the reminder that you see + know this.
