hi! am sorry it took me a while to answer this! it's so nice to finally meet you :') I had a nice evening indeed, chilled with a couple of friends and played some games and watched a movie :'D very untypical new year but it was very nice ^^ I hope you enjoyed yours too!

hopefully we can now talk without tumblr hindering us with eating your asks :'D feel free to continue dropping things to my dms and return to the questions I didn't get! there's so much stuff we need to get through, am excited ^^

and for the final question:

1. Jiang Sect

I think when it comes to principles and attitudes, the Jiang Sect is the most... liberal, maybe? they feel like they can adapt and are mostly acceptive and inclusive. they also seem a lot more free spirited than any of the other sects and I would see myself fitting in quite well. also their motto can mean many things and I think they show it too? you can attempt the impossible in your own way!

2. Lan Sect

as much as I love the Jiang Sect, I feel like I would suit Lan Sect the best. am usually very quiet and calm, take responsibility, enjoy rules and order but when it comes to principles, I don't feel like the Lans' stark separation between black and white would really fit. this is why am placing them second. I admire their attempt to bring order in the middle of this chaotic world and to always keep their honor but I wish they weren't as strict when it comes to ppl and situations that do not obey the black/white spectrum

3. Wen Sect

tbh it was hard to choose between the Wens and the Nies :'D am lowkey surprised how high I ended up placing the Wen Sect. they are portrayed as evil in the series but I think they suffer from the same bullshit as slytherins in HP do lol which is just. their principles allowing that evil to sprout? idk. I just admire their ambition and strength, their wish for knowledge and power and their resilience (as we see with the wen siblings). they are a great sect and it's a shame they suffered from the selfishness of someone like Wen Ruohan.

4. Nie Sect

I have not thought about the Nies so much during the time nmj is still in the lead. I've had thoughts about the changes nhs would make during his time as the leader but the core essence of the Nies is a bit foreign to me. they always seemed to just... have only warriors and war? I do not hate them or love them, they seem cool but they also scare me a bit ^^' their wish for physical power is just not something that would suit me haha

5. Jin Sect

Eat the rich. Fuck Jin Guangshit. their sect has so much potential and YET (rooting for jl tho, that boy better make some changes in this selfish, greedy, terribly deranged sect smh the Jins need to learn some SYMPATHY)

Okay so they're called Engelquiks. The name is just me combining I think a name I found on a baby name website that means "angel" and the other part is from the fantasy generator. I squished the two together because fuck it. Anyway.

As the angel part suggests, they got wings. Not huge ones but tiny ones! Oh and pointy ears. Small, not too big, but not too small either. Like. Noticably elf ears yaknow? Anyway.

So that's really it.

BUT wait there's more

If an Engelquik is Force sensitive (and trained I guess), depending on what side of the Force their path takes them on, their wings change. Basic ass example but white is neutral/with the Jedi, black is with the Sith/gray Jedi. So if a Sith Engelquik redeemed themself to be a Jedi or gray, their wings would change colors. Wing color isn't strictly for your moral compass btw. If someone lost their romantic partner their wings may go a dark maroon, or if someone achieves their life long goal their wings may go gold. Basically, huge emotional events change their wing coloring!

Culture wise Idk? I haven't thought that far ahead. I just know that wings changing color is a huge deal.

Oh also they can retract their wings into their back. FUCK if I know how their skeleton would look. Idk the shoulder blade can make some room smh greedy ass bones. Anyway. So yeah they won't always have wings out.

Also it isn't strictly on their back. Some have it in place of their ears (they hear perfectly fine they just got head wings), ankles, wherever.

And I know someone will fucking say it but NO they are not born with wings. Wings start to sprout during the toddler years.

Speaking of age the lifespan isn't much longer than a human's! Like they might live to late 100s but never past that. Idk.

So yeah uhhh. I think this is pretty neat and really sexy of me to make. I'll probably rb this with updated info.
