This year I was going to visit Paris for the first time in my life, which, of course, didn’t happen 🙁. And what do you do when your plans go pear-shaped? Right, you read books. I’m not a big fan of Ernest Hemingway but “A Moveable Feast” is probably the best guide to Paris that wasn’t meant to be a guide book. Here you will read about Hemingway writing to earn money for food, borrowing books from “Shakespeare and Company”, partying with F. Scott Fitzgerald, giving writing tips, enjoying French cuisine - the list goes on and on.
