Having thoughts about Timaeus having a Gymnasts body/build

In part from the Chimerism but even as a normal human he has much the same build.

You look at the guy and while not like skinny skinny you almost wonder where the muscle is hiding.

He 100% could pull off doing a split

FINAL CALL : obviously this might not be the most accurate list but this was fun. i fkn love final destination and finally saw bloodlines this past week. if you havent seen the final destination movies, you should (only if youre okay with violence and gore ofc)

♕ isagi ─ isagi survives until the end as he should. in a way, i can see him either being alex (fd1) or kim (fd2). kim was the ONLY one able to survive and beat death and i feel like isagi can cheat death too somehow

† rin ─ has a great chance of surviving til the end too with isagi but somehow ends up dying anyway like carter from fd1. makes it to the end but is hinted that he dies from a falling sign post the secknd the credits roll lol

† bachira ─ bachira. probably dies like hunt in tfd. getting his ass stuck in the pool's drain pipe and getting disemboweled. shit traumatized me pt.1

† nagi ─ this is so vivid in my head but the boy in fd2 that gets squished by the glass panel falling on him. that boy made no attempts to move and neither would nagi

† chigiri ─ this one might also make sense if done right but in fd5 when candice dies from falling off the bar during gymanstics practice. shit traumatized me pt.2

† reo ─ this one was tricky until i thought of fd3 when ian spirals after watching erin die. bcuz obviously reo does spiral when nagi chooses isagi over him so i can see him going rampant like ian and dying by being sliced in half

† kunigami ─ pre wildcard kunigami dies from saving someone obvi, like darlene in fd:bl and then gets bisected from a lamp post. post wildcard kunigami would die the same way just without saving someone

† sae ─ idk why this one was funny to think abt since sae is so nonchalant but he dies like julia in bloodlines. going for a jog just to get hit in the face with a soccer ball and fall into a garbage bin. and then proceeds to be crushed by the garbage truck compactor

† shidou ─ i have two specific deaths in mind that fit so well but i think i'll go with ashley and ashlyn's death in fd3. he says it's a natural tan. but then he probably decides to do a tanning bed session only for him to burn to death

† otoya ─ okay, i have to give otoya and karasu bobby and erik's death in bloodlines. otoya trying to save karasu from his fate only for the mri machine's magnetism to go up and extract any and all piercings from otoya's body. which then leads him to get folded into the mri machine when a wheelchair impales him

† karasu ─ he has bobby's death. getting his head busted in with a loose coil from a vending machine that is being extracted by the same mri machine. at least they die together

† oliver ─ also very vivid in my head but it's what he deserves. being an asshole at a massage parlor and as he's left alone, he gets his head crushed by a budai statue

† yukimiya ─ alice, i'm sorry. but yk this one works too well. olivia's death in fd5. getting laser surgery on his eye only for the laser to mutilate his right eye and then he proceeds to fall out of the building and land on a car. and then his eye pops out of his head (which then gets run over)

† barou ─ it's hard for me to imagine barou dying or getting killed but i'd have to say maybe lewis's death in fd3. gets his head crushed by a weight machine in the gym.

† hiori ─ i don't think hiori has an impactful death but it's still scary nonetheless. billy's death in fd1. shrapnel flies from train tracks as a train passes by and decapitates him (this is funny tho if you think of isagi as alex)

† kaiser ─ i have to include his bitchass in here somehow. lowkey thinking abt peter from fd5, who tried to kill molly and sam to take their lifespan but ends up getting killed with a meat spit. yeah, sounds abt right (and i bet you he'd try to take isagi's lifespan too)

† ness ─ if kaiser's here, ness will be here too. but this plays out so well in my head. erin's death. getting shot in the face with a nail gun, multiple times. shit looks like it hurts

The Gymanstics Kids from Nightwing 1996 Issue #126: “Payback”

Dick Grayson had dealt with a lot things in his life: crime bosses, metahuman threats, alien invasions - so many. He’d fought against assassins and warlords, juggled hero work with civilian duties, lead an entire generation of crimefighters, and somehow still managed to stay on his feet despite getting barely 3 hours of sleep per night. His greatest achievement? He’d even survived being raised by Bruce Wayne. He turned out alright!

But nothing - and he meant nothing - had prepared him for this.

“Coach Grayson!”

Dick barely had time to react before a body slammed into his, arms wrapping tightly around his torso in an iron grip. Years of training were the only thing that kept him from toppling over. He instinctively braced himself and refrained from Judo flipping the thing that collided into him, instead looking down to see a face that was somewhat familiar...

“...Alex?” His voice came out in disbelief. Wait, was this the little teen he'd taught when he was working at the gymnastics gym 10 years ago?

“Teach!”

He pried himself free from the boy-man-Alex(?)'s-clingy grip just in time to catch sight of the rest of them. 7 men and women. Each and every one of them. He was staring at a lineup of old memories. And little terrors.

10 years ago, when he was still settling into himself in Bludhaven, Dick had taken a part-time coaching job for the gymnastics team thinking it would be a relatively low-stress gig. He could pass on his experience, brush up his skills, have fun teaching some kids, and, for once, avoid getting shot at (unlike his previous job where it had practically been a job requirement). That had been the plan.

A simple plan.

Now, all of his past decisions came back to haunt him.

There they stood. His old students from his time coaching in Bludhaven’s gymnastics club years ago. The very same students he had fondly trained when he was still trying to balance being Nightwing and holding down a ‘normal’ job. Each and every one of them was now standing in front of him, dressed in Team USA’s official leotards and tracksuits, grinning like wolves.

This was bad.

“You didn’t tell us you were coming back, Teach,” Reina, the one he had once nicknamed ‘Menace’ (affectionately), pouted. Her piercing green eyes gleamed with something that made the hairs on the back of Dick’s neck stand up.

“I wasn’t exactly expecting to see you guys here,” he admitted. “At the same time. In one place. In my apartment building.”

“We’re national-level now,” Alex said proudly, ignoring his last words and still bouncing on his heels like an overexcited puppy. His blonde hair only added to the image of his being a golden retriever puppy. “Thanks to you.”

“That’s… great,” Dick managed, already mentally preparing his exit strategy.

“Oh, don’t think you’re getting away,” Reina cut in smoothly. “We missed you, Teach. And you left without saying goodbye.”

Layla nodded, the black braids in her ponytail swinging with every moment. "We were so sad. It's almost like you didn't want to spend the time we wanted to with you.”

Dick tensed. He did not like the way she said that. It sounded like an accusation, which was technically fair. He had left rather abruptly when his Nightwing duties had gotten in the way. But in his defense, he had not expected all of them to become Olympic-tier gymnasts and then hunt him down like a pride of lions who had finally found their lost cub.

“It wasn’t personal,” he tried. “I had… other responsibilities.”

“We know,” Kai, an ever-smiling boy replied sweetly. Only this time, his smile didn't have the same heart-warming quality as it had 10 years ago. “That doesn’t mean we’ve forgiven you.”

“Oh, boy.”

And then they descended.

Kai hooked an arm around his neck, dragging him into a headlock while Reina pinched his side in a way that made him twitch. More joined in—Sora, the quiet one, was suddenly behind him, tugging at his jacket like a child with a toy they refused to let go. Caleb, the one he distinctly remembered having difficulties with anger when he was younger, pulled the grocery bags from his hands with a smile and with a sharp jab of his leg, broke the handle on the door, slowly letting it swing open on its own. He then stepped to the side and waited politely, all the while still smiling.

Dick felt a shiver running down his spine. What's a house? Who needs their old things, huh?

Forget it, it's time to start new anyway. Dick turned around at once.

Tomoe, who had once been his shyest student, smirked as she executed a perfect flip over his head, landing gracefully in front of him just to block any potential escape route.

“We have so much to catch up on, Coach,” she said with a smile that was anything but innocent.

Dick took a slow breath. He had fought crime lords, outmaneuvered Slade Wilson, and stared down the barrel of countless guns. And yet, looking at the familiar, determined faces of his old students, all united in their goal to reclaim their beloved ‘Teach,’ he felt something he hadn’t felt in years.

True, unfiltered fear.

He was so, so screwed.

i really like former collegiate gymanst/athlete santos because it fits SO WELL. you can just tell what an effect sport has had on her, especially since it's likely she was a collegiate athlete during undergrad if they went out of the way to describe her as an athlete in the initial character descriptions (as shown in this article). the discipline it takes to be an athelte, a pre-med student, and keep your own life afloat is extrordinarily difficult to have, and you can tell that santos has it and gained it throughout being a high level athlete for most of her life to this point. she's focused, relaxed under pressure, and hardworking. it feels like she approaches robby as a coach. she views many, many things as a competition and as a way to test her skill and keep improving, and she'll keep pushing until she "wins". she even interacts with the other residents and med students the way you might act with your teammates (nicknames, fist bumps, teasing, etc.). not to mention, sport is likely an important outlet/hobby for her given what we know about her past. sports are often a getaway, coaches a figure to look up to when other adults in your life fail, and a place to physically let out your stress and drive your focus towards something else and center you. i wouldn't be surprised if santos took up martial arts as another athletic hobby when her collegiate career ended. when you're an athlete for so long, the pressure and the speed and just moving provide a calm that little else does

You know what I realize I don't actually post any of my own art a whole lot on here!

So here's a little pen sketch I did of my Exo Ocs teen design

His name is Clement and he's kind of a dick!

More info under the cut cus I want to ramble. Spoilers for a future mod I plan to make with him! Also warning a bit of a mess below the cut since I didn't really organize my thoughts.

So! Clements story is as follows so far:

He's a creche orphan but rather than being under cared for like dys and tang. The adults are instead SUPER over protective of him because they adored his parents. Due to this over bearing parenting and being honestly kind of spoiled he grows to be kind of a dick. Generally being an actual bully. Compared to Marz who's not mean on purpose. He doesn't physically hurt anyone (without cause) though!

He's a year younger than Sol and will be romancable when I make him into a mod. The mod will have two romancable characters one of which I cannot talk about, 1 end game romancable, 3 side characters, a new job/ending, some items/gear, and finally a new xeno not sure if I want to player to acquire it as a pet yet!

Anyway! When playing through his story you learn the reason he's such a dick is because all the adults are so overbearing and he never gets time alone he's pushes everyone away. Hoping to receive some privacy and lashing out because of the way the adults treat him. He also generally struggles with empathy towards others and will often voice his jealousy of Dys and Tang because they're left alone. Only to you of course he'd never admit that sort of thing to anyone he's not close to which isn't an ways task. Don't worry you can fix him :D

About the new job! As a kid Clement will start a Gymanstics class/club in the creche! He (or she at the time as during teen years he realizes "oh shit I'm Trans" while going through puberty) adores the class. Plus due to his augment which makes him more flexible, unlike EDS it doesn't cause pain, he's awesome at it. This class after the faceless attack will dispear, but in adult years Clem will set up a similar clas with him as a teacher reinstating the kids gymnastics class in the process. Similar to Rex's bar this will only happen in game with your involvement though Clem will always end up as gymnastics teacher.

You may be wondering then: what does he do as a teen without the gymnastics class? Well he's training to be a soldier! Like Nem he leans HARD into the Helios culture for a couple reasons. One, they don't "coddle" their kids which seems awesome to him. Two, they plan to actually do stuff about all the violence the colony is facing and as much as he won't admit it he loves the creche kids and doesn't want them to experience the fear they felt as kids. Three, they treat each other way different if you're on top people will sort of leave you alone and actually listen to you (the creche parents frequently push an image onto him he doesn't want to be because all they really see are his parents they lost).

Once you get into a relationship with him and send him to therapy because you can't actually date him without therapy. His view on relationships is much different than most of the colony members. This is due to the fact he doesn't care if you sleep with other people but doesn't like the idea of more than one serious relationship. He'll tell you this up front and if you say that's not OK he WILL turn you down when you ask to date.

Anyway that's all hope you enjoyed my messy ramblings!

for some reason it's really hard to find songs that fit SP and the only one that I really think is spcoded is "fuck you I'm going underground" by Grand Commander. the lyrics don't even fit him literally but the vibe and emotion is right? and if you do mental gymanstics you can sort of interpet the lyrics through a SP lens...it KIND OF fits..... okay hear me out

1. its about the singers choice to say "fuck it" leave everything behind (to go "underground") and saying he prefers it this way, without sight, in the darkness. feels analogous to SP living in N'gai forest divorced from the rest of the universe and dokkeabis, also him being literally a dark shadow and having void eyes...the imagery is similar

2. this verse

tested by his destiny of being the puppet of the oldest dream....thoughts of giving in, not wanting to live anymore...and this mirthless smile, not caring anymore and just leaving everything behind and giving up. and of course he didn't "win" in the end, his ending was a pyrric victory.

3. then there's also the part that's about the "sun" which I interpret as about 999 Uriel since she is the Sun in SP's storyline
