I'm still debating between making Vivi's hagraven wife a rito type bird lady or keeping her as she is in-game. I have this interesting thought where like, the more powerful the hagraven the more birdlike they are, because they give up their humanity for it. Which brings the thought of the hbitc hagraven being like. Just a huge fucking bird that knows a ridiculous amount of words that can also spit fireballs at you
