Alright, so what happens with the escape squad is they use Andrew's omni-gauntlet to travel to the Bitlands, where Fort Francis and its mechanical workforce are patiently waiting for their master to return from his "business trip" in the Mushroom Kingdom... never mind that it's been several years now.

Francis has regained his senses (or at least what passes as senses for him) but is still stuck as a cute anime girl so when they reach the gates he has to get scanned by Tippitron to confirm his identity. That scan also reveals that the spaghetti's effects are going to last approximately another thirteen hours. He grants the rest of the group access to everywhere in the castle except his room, the merch vaults, and Lab B, has the Meowmaids prepare some guest rooms for them, then heads to Lab B himself.

What's so special about Lab B? Well, it's where he created the Zuccers, and where he transferred all his research notes on Inkweaver just in case things went pear-shaped on Anime Island. He obviously hadn't expected things to fall apart quite that drastically, but oh well.

After checking that everything's in its proper place, he pulls out a ceramic bowl stained with blue sauce and places it in a sample analysis tube. He decides to name the research file Project Jusenkyo because of course he does.

Again, surely giving the guy who nearly committed genocide just because he wanted some anime titty a way to turn people into anime girls won't cause any problems!

Meanwhile, Andrew starts testing out his new transformation abilities and asks Tippitron to find him a copy of Tulip's Road Trip, and Lady Rose tries to find a way to get in contact with her remaining followers while still staying below the radar. Assuming she still has any followers.
