((MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE HISS OF AN ADDER!!!)

Hiddenadder of Thunderclan. Son of the late Cliffstrike and Mapledrift. He is a mean-looking warrior with a staggering size, yet has a heart of plain gold. He is incredibly empathetic. But he isn't without flaws. He is in a secret affair with Drifitngice, one of his best friends. His mate, Sunsetcloud has no clue that her own mate is with another cat. Hiddenadder is also father to Lizardkit and Applekit, both mothered by his original mate.

But upon a battle between Thunderclan and Riverclan, Hiddenadder is fighting Riverclan's leader Troutstar beside the gorge. Hiddenadder's good friend: Ternflight runs to help him, but accidentally runs too quickly upon the battling cats, and Hiddenadder and herself fall into the gorge.

Only by one unsheathed claw are they hanging on from the edge.

Driftingice seeing this rushes over to help his best friends, but sadly Hiddenadder lets go for Ternflight to have a chance to live. Having accepted his own fate, he plummets into the gorge, struck dead by the current below.

((MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE HISS OF AN ADDER!!!) Strawberrysun of Thunderclan. Daughter of Curlyseed and Violeteye.

Once apprenticed by Stormspeckle, the young she-cat knows discipline at its finest. Stormspeckle's training didn't just teach her self-control, but self-worth. And worthy Strawberrysun deserves, to some degree. Strawberry fell in love with the most handsome tom in Thunderclan: Driftingice, when they were both apprenticed by their respected mentors. Of course, she knew she had to take her chance with the charming young tom and took him for herself, making sure no other cats would lay even a glance upon his bright white fur. Though, this only made Driftingice drift further and further from Strawberrysun, due to her clinginess and confining attitude. After many moons of courting, they became one though, and Strawberrysun delivered a spiky furred tom-kit named Rosekit. Life couldn't be any better for Strawberrysun. She had a beautiful kit, a well-respected mate, and a smooth birth. But this wouldn't last. When Rosepaw was apprenticed, tragedy struck the clan from the loss of Hiddenadder. Strawberrysun try to console her sister, Sunsetcloud from the loss of Hiddenadder, but it took a toll on the new queen, who had just given birth to her own litter after Hiddenadder's death. Seeing this, Driftingice took the opportunity to get away from Strawberrysun and got closer to the already vulnerable and grieving queen: Sunsetcloud. And it succeeded. Jealousy drove Strawberrysun to lash out at her already bruised sister, driving them further apart. Even more, driving her from her own son apart as he grew older.

((MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE HISS OF AN ADDER!!!) Driftingice of Thunderclan. Son of Pinkgaze, and Whitefang.

He is a cunning, intelligent, yet manipulative brute of Thunderclan. Having trained two apprentices, that being Thistlebrook, before he became a medicine cat out of fear of Driftingice, and currently training Hawkpaw.

He is a skilled fighter, but his talents lie in strategy, rather than brute strength, mostly because he is rather weak. He is the clan's battle strategy guide. When battle breaks loose between him and the other cats within the forest, he is almost always chosen to give ideas on where to attack first, or backup strategies.

He is not a skilled hunter, so he sticks with training apprentices' battle moves. Most of the time the apprentices he trains end up incredibly skilled in battle but lacking in hunting, which is a downside his clan views upon him.

He is good friends with both Hiddenadder of his own clan and Ternflight of Riverclan.

Rosethorn of Thunderclan. Son of Driftingice (True father is Phil, the kittypet) and Strawberrysun. He is a quiet and reserved young tom. Only becoming a warrior many moons after Hiddenadder's death. He was in the same battle that took Hiddenadder's life, and he saw what happened. Having resented his father more than he resented his mother he thought that Driftingice caused Hiddenadder's death purposely. Rosethorn did not have a good childhood. Having parents who separated after Hiddenadder's death the then apprenticed Rosepaw saw helplessly as his mother constantly fought with his father. Driftingice slowly became distant from him from Strawberrysun's nagging and argumental state. Driftingice sought refuge with another she-cat whose mate suddenly passed in a battle: Sunsetcloud. The same cat Driftingice's best friend was mates with. Driftingice quickly adopted Sunsetcloud's father-ridden litter and grew closer to them than to his own kin. This made young Rosepaw resent his father's new family. It didn't help that Strawberrysun spoke ill of Driftingice, fueling Rosethorn's anger toward him.
