... it's still February, right?
Not quite in time for @haguenauisforlovers Day 7, but my niche ode to both Webgott and the production design of TLP (via the medium of, uh, pop-up card) is finally complete! Lots of photos under the cut:
Inside the card (timelapse while the engineer tries to get everything to stand up straight at once), the collapsible miniature Haguenau, in the light of day:
And after moving the arrow on the front, the dead of night (reversible glow-in-the-dark moon can be stored in its handy pocket for optional historical accuracy):

#haguenauisforlovers#hifl for ts#uh. i made this#thematically I was planning on considering it day 7 but the colors of different sections are drawn from different prompt day palettes?#the mechanical idea behind this project possessed me back in December when the prompts were posted#and the more ''artistic'' side came together when I figured out what the sign behind their truck says (adapted into the back of the card)#for the record. it was barely a new moon and it hadn't risen yet until after they got back from the patrol#contractually obligated to be unnecessarily pedantic about the moon 😭
