Colony collapse disorder (CCD) is an abnormal phenomenon that occurs when the majority of worker bees in a honey bee colony disappear, leaving behind a queen.

Call me Sting. You can use they/them pronouns for me over the course of this project. Over the past few years, an online community called "THE GAEHIVE" has been single-handedly responsible for destroying the mental health of vulnerable queer youth with its corrupt 'managers', curators that are downright bullies, promotion of identity discourse, and favoritism. I was one of these people of whom THE GAEHIVE harmed irreparably. I was a figure in the community for years, then 'managers' turned their backs on me and spread lies about me, hoping I would not find out. Well, I did.

This project aims to take down the management of THE GAEHIVE via colony collapse - boycotting the studio until leaders are forced to make important changes. Ideally, the project aims to take down the studio as a whole. I do not want others forced down the same path I was; hyper-focused on identity discourse and making enemies as a child. Being queer should be liberating, not limiting. THE GAEHIVE thrives on infighting and disagreements to keep the long-running 'managers' in power.

This Tumblr blog is used to bring to light the issues of THE GAEHIVE via anonymous, user-submitted asks. Everyone has a story to share.

Notes (especially reblogs) and follows help spread the message of reform. Submit asks talking about how THE GAEHIVE harmed you, and what change you want to be brought about.
