I don’t think anyone believes I can actually change,, i’m constantly backpedaling and it feels like I can’t have one day without upsetting or hurting someone. I just don’t know how to live with myself anymore, I want to change, I promised everyone, and i’ve broken the trust of my loved ones time and time again,, I don’t know if I can change either, I feel like giving up

And the world is in shambles, everyone around me is always in danger and it’s violent and scary I don’t like it I don’t want it why can’t we go a day without some terrible incident?

i don't wanna repeat myself too much but, change is rlly a tricky thing. and it's kind of unfair to expect yourself to meet a certain criteria within a time limit, because that's just... not how that stuff works. change takes time, you'll have good days and you'll have bad days, but acknowledging what's wrong is one of the first steps when it comes to changing
