Worshiped as a deity by some, this winged creature inhabits the coasts of Nubus, resting between the rocky protrusion where the water meets the land and feeding on whatever it can catch in the vast oceans. For years the only proof of the existence of this creature were the indigestible, regurgitated scales from its prey, until it was forced to move land inward by an unknown outside force.

It is the only known surviving true dragon, most notable for its twin heads and the eye like markings on its wings. This fact does make it impossible to know if these traits were something that ran in the species, or if it was a mutation that helped it survive over the centuries that it has called the harsh environments of Nubus home.

Some say that a creature of this size could not have evolved at all, and that Tuor was gifted by Helios to protect the south coast from any leviathans that lurk in the ocean.
