I wonder why my brain is so fankid-focused, even when dealing with Transformers (I don’t say it out loud as much as I think it, but it is)

But then I remember, I spent over a year and a half making 100+ fankid requests for Cookie Run, and technically speaking I never stopped, I just have kind of forgotten about continuing them, particularly with my new Transformers fixation (though that’s not necessarily an invitation for new ones, since I feel like it’ll be even slower than the snail’s pace it already is at this point, and that’s assuming I don’t just stop at some point. Just an FYI)

Like at that point, I feel like this sort of mindset makes complete sense. Yeah I did other stuff during that time, but you probably don’t do all that and not have a brain oddly centered on this sort of thing, especially when it’s another series where there’s no clear answer to where children come from (though in Transformers’ case that’s because they don’t have children, even if it is a widely fanon concept. But my point still stands)

What is the Theater AU?

A fic currently in the works which takes canon Sun & Moon and plays with the concept of them being theater bots before being transferred (unwillingly) to the daycare! Half of the story revolves around when they were theater bots, and the other half is about the daycare. The drawing above is Sun when he was a theater bot! Sun in the daycare looks very close to canon in design with a few different details. And by theater, I mean they had some very cool acts. Moon has my favorite performance in the story so far.

Is there a y/n for the Theater AU?

No, you follow along the story of a nonbinary oc named Roy who dabbles in software engineering. You can, however, imagine that Roy is the pizzaplex’s nickname for y/n and pretend as such! Either way is fine by me, but the fic will be tagged as oc insert.

Have you written any chapters/made any art for the Theater AU yet?

Very few, but that’s only because I have to wait until summer to flesh it out properly. I do, however, have many bullet points for the storyline written down already as well as a couple of snippets and have a very good idea of how I want the fic to play out.

What kind of personality does Roy have?

Roy is a very down-to-earth, analytical, logic-oriented type of person. Roy has a lot of patience and I think Sun sometimes needs that kind of patience because of his jitteriness and overall bouncy personality. They’ve known the boys for a while and always took an interest in the way they work. They might even be the reason Roy went into software development and specialized in AI.

Can I use your art/writing for AI?

Absolutely not. That is not what AI should be used for. Thank you for your cooperation.

How technical will the fic be?

I want to mix my own experience as a computer scientist into the story a little while also making the explanations easy enough for anyone to enjoy and maybe find their own technical passion out of it. I will still mention some fun comp sci technical jargon for the purpose of enunciating Roy’s professionalism. On the robotics side, my own experience lacks, but I will try my best to get as accurate as I can by studying the canon boys.

Does Roy get to smooch the boys?

I’m still debating this, honestly! Maybe in some sequel story or side-comics, but the main fic is meant to focus on the characterization of Sun & Moon, so we’ll see. The boys can’t move their faces similarly to canon, but they would happily accept a smooch on the cheek.

Who do you like more, Sun or Moon?

Oh boy, I love them both! Moon is very scary and I’d never go back to that level in security breach if I can avoid it, but he makes for such a funky character full of potential storytelling. Sun is definitely my favorite of the two though. When I tell friends about a fic I’ve recently read from any of the fantastic DCA stories, I always ramble about how Sun’s character was written whether it was sunhinged, emotionally haunting, or absolutely sweet! When I played Help Wanted 2 I was overjoyed by his character. He deserves to be a little sassy sometimes, as a treat. It is no different in the Theater AU; he has his sassy and sweet moments.

Moon’s design I am still working on, so keep an eye out for him!! Also let me know if you take an interest in my boys by asking questions about them! It helps me find their personalities better and inspires me to do more. Thanks for reading!

anyways while drawing these I started thinking abt like. idk does this count as an AU.

General shit:

I didn't make it clear, but the robots that have pupils were built without a hardcoded purpose. They've always been free to explore what they want to do. The robots with fully colored "scleras" were created with a purpose from the jump, so their creators didn't feel the need to make them appear more "human".

The more expensive a robot's parts are, the less clunky it is.

Right now, I'm going with "their human family built them" but that's liable to change.

The designs are also liable to change because uh. duh.

Celestia Ludenberg:

Viewed the robots with an imbued purpose as interesting and superior (something something humanity's advancement). She wants to be praised like that, so she emulates them

Her cat loves how much heat she radiates so it's always near her.

Most of her upgrades are cosmetic but if they aren't, they're stupid. She won't upgrade her CPU or her motherboard, but she'll load up with three 4090s that her other components can't even keep up with. Yes, she does it to flex.

She'll distract from bootleg, refurbished, or shoddily painted parts by turning on her RGB. It gets annoying.

She knows that she's fairly unsettling and she revels in it.

All things considered, her cable management is pretty good.

Her gambling skill is still just luck here, but she tells everyone it's because she has a never-seen-before GPU(& CPU) that does calculations at insane speeds.

Most don't believe her but have no way to disprove her lie.

Kiyotaka Ishimaru

I can't decide if he was built by his father or his grandfather.

Either way, he was built before Toranosuke's downfall, so his internals were all pretty expensive for the time. Luckily for him, that means he was slightly future-proof and has a viable upgrade path.

Unluckily for him, this means he's stuck with really old parts and his 8gb of RAM can barely keep up in a 32gb world sadge

His chassis is built from secondhand or scrap parts. It's why his joints are so ancient in comparison to the rest of him and why he has so much cabling that he can't seem to manage.

Shit chassis = shit airflow = he is always overheating

BUDDY IS YOUR CPU BURNING HOW IS THERE SMOKE

Older tech = LOUD AF. The class bought him new fans to avoid the loud ass whirring. It's not quiet but he used to sound like a jet engine.

He runs on Debian. It was originally going to be Arch since it's lightweight but Debian's whole "old but stable" reputation fits him more. I don't see him properly dealing with bleeding edge software anyways.

His room is filled with past HDDs that no longer have storage. He deems all educational material important so he refuses to delete any lessons. He doesn't have the money for SSDs.

Mukuro Ikusaba:

Is usually in reconnaissance mode, meaning she has a shit ton of hidden cameras in her chassis

This used to benefit Fenrir. Now it benefits Junko.

She can have her parts shifted around with no issue to make room for a better arsenal.

She’s durable in her reconnaissance mode but she’s nigh on untouchable in her combat mode. Her chassis gets 10x bulkier and she can split her attention to several different tasks on the battlefield.

Fenrir Mercenary Group doubles as a weapons company. Mukuro is the only model of her kind though.

They tried to give her reconnaissance model the look of a “normal girl” so she could gather info more efficiently. They failed real bad. They also didn’t account for the fact that Mukuro isn’t good at socializing.

She allocates a CPU core to a process dedicated to Junko. 24/7 365

She believes herself to be less capable of emotion than she actually is. She can’t seem to find the system process that triggers such painful emotions.

Chihiro Fujisaki

Each “fold” in her skirt doubles as a screen. Think of the skirt as having two layers: the top shell and the under shell. The top shell is what doubles as a screen.

Optimized her hardware to work on code as fast as possible (fingers, skirt, etc).

She tends to test out new software on herself regardless of their compatibility with her pre-existing shit. She constantly has to reinstall her OS, but it’s all fun for her.

Speaking of her OS, I was going to make her run on Gentoo but IDK cause of the compile times. It’d be faster if she used distcc but I can’t see her screwing over her classmates like that lol.

So I’m between Nix and Arch.

Insecure about the fact that she overhauled her original model so extensively. Got made fun of for being a ‘defective’ robot. Her father supports her modifications but she still feels bad about having ‘failed’ somehow.

Cue identity issues

She helps out her classmates when it comes to repairs.

Tendency to stay up programming leads to high uptimes. If her friends notice her lagging or crashing, they’ll try to get her to shut down. (In a computer sense lol, not an emotional shut down)

Do y’all remember the xz utils backdoor? Yeah that’s how extensively she combs through code.

Sayaka Maizono

I can’t decide if she was built to be an idol or was originally some other type of robot.

Loves to make kids smile, so she has a sort of candy mechanism in her arm.

Everything about her glows or spins. You will never get bored looking at her.

Her skirt isn’t actually see through I just didn’t feel like erasing the hip joints lmao.

If corpos give her manager enough money, she has to perform with literal ads on her.

State-of-the art facial recognition software. It makes her fans feel special to have their names remembered.

She has a regular sleep cycle due to how load-intensive her everyday life is. Has to shut down for a couple hours every week at least.

Her psychic ability is just her running a million calculations based on people’s behavior and sensing which one is most plausible. This feature is in place to avoid PR disasters during interviews or public appearances.

There really aren’t enough worker’s rights regulations in place for robots.

The company gets alerts whenever she freaks tf out, so she feels even more stifled and repressed. Chihiro helped remove this.

Kyoko Kirigiri

Can’t decide if she was built by her father or grandfather. Probably just built by Jin and he “left” her in Fuhito’s care.

Fuhito made her go through several modifications, hardcoding his own investigative skills into her system.

Her grandfather loves her but has fucked up ideas about her own autonomy.

The events of DR:K still happen. She chose not to replace her hands.

Fuhito doesn’t make much use of a backdoor in her system anymore. He used it a lot more when she was a child but he sees her as a viable heir of the Kirigiri clan now. Chihiro isolated the backdoor to a separate SSD anyhow.

Still complicated father-daughter issues

Everything about her (but her OS) is proprietary, probably commissioned from Towa Industries. Her OS is a fork of Mint. The Windows 7 UI is just because I imagine her grandfather is One of Those lmao.

Has way too many scanners and sensors. She can’t test any evidence herself but she can gather a fair bit of information. Has a vast database for cross-comparison anyways.

Same issues as Togami and Mukuro: sees herself as less capable of emotion than she actually is.

The ramen noodle incident called for actual repairs.

Byakuya Togami

His superiority complex is far worse because he was literally CREATED to be the perfect Togami. You can’t tell him shiiiiiiit.

Gold joints. Scoffs at those with unoptimized cable management or software.

He’s constantly streamlining his own processes. Brings up that he runs on his own OS when Nobody Asked.

Had a similar backdoor to Kyoko’s but Koji did check that one. Obsessively. Nobody would tell Byakuya but He Just Knew. The lack of privacy irritated him. Aloysius helped fix it once Togami finally took over.

Only trusts Aloysius with his repairs. Has a hard time admitting when he needs repairs in the first place so Aloysius hides it under ���monthly maintenance”.

Does everything from the terminal even when he 1) shouldn’t and 2) can’t. Bragging rights. He has written a bunch of his own scripts though to speed things up.

Kernel and OS provided to him by Koji. (UNIX-based. Proprietary) Byakuya maintains and builds his own updates. Doesn’t trust cheapskate peasants to do it for him.

Anti-FOSS. For him at least.

Has glasses for the aesthetics. Doesn’t need them.

Things I loved about the Murder Drones Finale: Part 3

Spoilers, obviously

The secret handshake during the boss fight was great, (V did not want to be a part of that.)

Uzi predicting Cyn’s teleport was genius.

The way she created a black hole like you’d detonate a grenade.

She blasted a hole through the whole planet and used the sunlight to melt Cyn’s heart. Incredible.

Cyn’s face when Uzi swallowed the solver core.

Thad’s skateboarding move and Lizzy taking a selfie after almost dying. What a duo.

Nori definitely passed down her awkward tsundere energy to Uzi.

Khan’s kinda freaky, and the teacher just climbed back down instead of dealing with it.

A sentinel driving a bus wasn’t on my bingo card, but okay.

Not my personal ship, but Envuzi shippers ate well with this. “Weirdly hot robots”, and this reunion scene. Perfect.

Uzi absorbed an Eldritch entity, and her first instinct is “oh this makes me so much edgier now” is hilarious.

Callback to the pilot episode.

“Get tunnel vision on spooky robot corpse reveal and work backwards from there.” An accurate description of the writing process.

That teacher’s gonna lose it.

Don't look too close, Ive never drawn such mech heavy designs until now...I don't know what I'm doing. I got a little more confident with NSH but I was absolutely just going blind with Suns. It took me 2 days to figure out how I wanted to start with Suns...

Some background info dump of them for this? Au??? Idk yet lol, under the line if interested

Erhm. Set in a post apocalyptic world, much like how Rain World actually is. Alternative timeline where iterators don't exist?? Failed??? The ancients have not yet ascended?? Maybe??? Idk the details are still blurry to me also 😞. They are in a high security lab facility ground type setting. (Perhaps just an excuse for me to draw apocalyptic higher tech designs????) It is cold outside, some failed iterator structures still produce rain, and occasionally the air may become toxic.

Suns is an offensive/surveillance model meant for fighting and protecting as one can probably tell with his tail blades. It folds back in an attempt to make it less dangerous and also functions as a way to swiftly cut into something if needed. They are the only one of them (excluding Pebbles for special reasons) to be equipped with a mouth hiding sharp teeth and/or lasers for even more attack prowess. They are also still huge. Sorry I run with the huge Suns agenda. He is a tower. Easily wrestles most lizards. I still like the idea of fluffy Suns, so he still has it as a robot cat. Some insulation for the colder outside temperatures, he's outside a lot. Suns is not built to be friendly. Mostly acts and behaves as an unassuming robot early on.

Moon and Suns were the first properly functional/successful projects. They were edited and reconstructed a lot from beginning to now. Maybe they were both originally purposed as therapeutic companions.

The overseers are little drones that fly around. They still project things and are still sometimes unhelpful with directions, follow at your own discretion. The lizards and predators mostly ignore them as well. They do recognize the different drones with time. They've learned to recognize NSH's drones, which sometimes might contain some edible collected material, so they do occasionally try to eat those. And most of the smaller predators try to leave the area if they see Suns' drones.

NSH is closer to a pet model. He is made for reconnaissance and scouting. He is still tiny because I like him tiny, he's adorable. NSH has three pairs of legs for rough terrain traversal, and is a fast little guy. He helps in collecting samples and materials from the outside, marking maps, as well as finding viable safe spots/shelters. He has no mouth but has a component in his chest where he can collect small samples, as well as storage units in his drones to store excess. He has small vials of decontaminate fluid to clean any samples he collects, they have to be refilled occasionally. Also, as mentioned in the art, he can open his neck and chest area and just swallow bigger samples. He can even keep them alive inside him if he wants to. Otherwise, they're killed and turned into power for him to use. Sometimes he finds lizards with cool patterns and tries to swallow them to show Suns, who oftentimes will kill it afterwards.

He was the experimental project for emotive programming alongside Unparalleled Innocence/UI, hence his fully functioning screen as a face. As opposed to Suns, who functions more as a security camera. I think NSH and UI are both similar in the more playful/chaotic personalities, so I decided for them to be created around the same time and put into the same testing. Overtime, UI did not respond very well and was repurposed (She's not gone). Emotive sentience was programmed into NSH first and then tested on Moon. It was generally successful in both cases. NSH really enjoys messing around and can even imitate his fellow iterators faces. It works really well temporarily scaring predators using Suns' color markings lol.

Because NSH and Suns are both outside often, they have solar panel components in their design for extra power. The two of them are very close because of their shared experiences. NSH likes the outside more, Suns has little opinions of it. They worry about NSH because he's so small and curious and occasionally brings back dangerous things.

Suns is a little bit of an outcast here because of his difference in role. He is mostly left to roam and function on his own/not approached as he carries his role. The others are research focused and Suns is more obviously purposed for battle, so there is a little bit of a divide. Not to mention, he technically does not have the programming for emotions that Moon and NSH have. Suns does learn on his own though :D, some of it is learned from NSH too

I will leave it here for now. I will probably talk more about Moon and Pebbles for their own post. And the others as well. I'm still thinking about their designs though.

Erhm hopefully this makes sense somewhat and was at least a fun read.

Overall he's just a freak who enjoys having fun at the expense of others. Very obsessed with megatron like that's his boyfriend he just doesn't know it yet ya know <3

He's really good at doing all kinds of tricks and stuff!! Also he's able to extend his limbs to do said tricks :P

He first started out trying to get into the high guard. Though a while into it he ended up flunking in the academy for goofing around too much and being a little too violent.

He then started to get into illegal fighting rings after that right. Doing them solely to make a mockery of whoever it was he was going against because haha hehehe funny stuff!! And that's what he's good at!!!

Eventually he decided to sneak into the gladiator fights to participate in those. And well... He did well at the start, doing what he usually does, even sort of intrigued Megatron himself with his odd method. But his opponent did NOT like being made a fool in front of such a crowd, so they end up getting the upper hand with their better speed and agility. And he ends up getting MESSED UP. In turn then megatron immediately loses interest.

So... Joystick did manage to escape almost getting killed by that bot. And he's fucking pissed that he was the one who lost even though things started out perfectly for him.

Because of this, he decided to get himself fixed, but switched to a sleeker, more lightweight look. This gives him the ability to move around easier, use his opponent's size to his advantage (the bigger they are harder they fall ya know?), and still pack his usual punch.

With this, he went back and challenged the bot he fought originally.

He ended up evading so easily, having the bot running into walls, tripping over themselves, acting more on their anger than strategy, which got everyone in hysterics.

Eventually he did stop with the goofing and absolutely wiped the floor with the bot when he started to fight properly. This whole scene finally fully caught the attention of megatron and he decided to keep more of an eye on him.

Joystick started to frequent the pits, but only more casually, just to cause his usual commotion and get the whole arena to laugh at the misfortune of others.

Megatron finds him to be very entertaining, so he ended up being one of the first choices when it came to gathering decepticons!

But then megatron also learned just how annoying he is... so it's a struggle between "he's really entertaining (and kind of cute) and keeps morale up I should keep him" and "holy fucking shit he does not know how to leave me alone I don't need him I have to kill him NOW"

At the same time, Nobody is allowed to be overly mean to him besides megatron. like no you do not scold or berate him, that's MY job. try again and I'll kill you.

But also joystick will just eat them up without his help by prodding at their every weak point and insecurity and megatron is just like. yeah go off ur so right !!! He's especially mean to starscream.

Starscream did try to kill him several times during the periods it was thought megatron was dead. and he got his ass handed to him the first time he tried doing it directly and failed every indirect method too... After starscream started working with megatron again, well. joystick still makes his life miserable lol

suddenly i understand A Lot Of Choices ive seen in a lot of media, as made in reference to Utena. namely, So Much from Witch From Mercury

Utena either doesnt notice or chooses to ignore just how many gals have a crush on her. or has been catching gals for so long she doesnt realize that usually isnt how gals behave

pretty much everyone projects onto Anthy? green hair thinks she loves him, blue hair projects his sister's issues onto her, even her sister in law kinda assumes the worst. and based on those episodes against mr president, utena also projects her disdain for the whole thing onto anthy, but she *may* be closer to the truth than most others

i do believe that chuchu is like, an externalized exaggerated and metaphorical display of anthy's emotions, opinions, and mental state.

i am also intrigued by utena's prince maybe chilling out in the upside down castle and aiding her when she needs it most.

but yea i feel like i have had my eyes open and im only in the second episode of the black roses arc!

So... the black rose are a bunch of students that died/were murdered (at least that's my theory), and that's why 1) there are all of those coffins 2) the duel arena looks like a classroom with body outlines on the floor

so... mikki's sister getting the twin coffin makes sense considering her and mikki's Situationship. What intrigues me is that a coffin with twins/two people existed at all. Plot convenience i guess but i am still quite intrigued

who killed the 100 black roses?

loving how the black roses seem to draw the skill from their targets. miki's sister, juri's toxic crush, nanami's boy butler, red hair's fan (from nanami's clique) and somehow the black roses are manipulating those feelings of resentment toward anthy.

so, the 100 boys who died in the building died in a fire

yet... their bodies were preserved and seem intact in those coffins

mr seminar and his partner (periwinkle hair) were "seeking eternity" by preserving life (as helpfully marked by the pointing hands in the flashback episode), and as seen in the prior episodes of the arc.

mr seminar slips and implies he is working on his assignment for someone else (a woman?) but the only woman he interacts with is then treated coldly when the fire breaks out... unless he was talking about periwinkle?

why was there a train stopping the student council from properly communicating? feels like some form of wordplay that didnt translate...

the 100 students were sacrificed by the periwinkle haired boy, under orders from... whom? Anthy's brother? The End of the World?

what is anthy's brother's role in this? he wasn't there when utena went to visit with chuchu in tow (after chuchu was caught by mr seminar).

if chuchu represents what anthy wants to express, why was chuchu caught separated from anthy, in a mouse trap, by mr seminar?

where WAS anthy?

the shadow gals were playing monkey-catching robot, and we know chuchu is a monkey... mr seminar wants more than to just be a tool

should i interpret all purple-haired people as related? utena's prince, the frozen prince in the upside down castle, anthy, anthy's brother, and periwinkle boy.

yet periwinkle's sister showed up to talk to anthy's brother to say she was visiting periwinkle's grave????? despite the fact he talks to mr seminar? ARE WE SURE THEY ARE TALKING? is that a reliable narrator moment? is mr seminar hallucinating? is someone posing as periwinkle to manipulate mr seminar????

so Anthy was masquerading as periwinkle (who has been dead for A LONG TIME and not, in fact, periwinkle-haired), to manipulate mr seminar's obsession into using the black roses.

She was doing so maybe under directions from her brother, who it seems knows that Anthy is The Rose Bride.

Was this a test for Utena? Or a way to dispose of mr seminar and his obsession that had rendered him immortal?

After mr seminar's defeat, it was as if he never was there at all, which then... does it mean none of the people that were black rose'd suffered that manipulation? does anyone other than anthy and her brother remember?

that was a FASCINATING twist. in Utena's world an obsession can make someone stuck in time and space until they realize they are an impossibility then...

I know there is magical realism what with the sword coming out of anthy, and the magical items, and yet this is a whole new level of magic.

Also at the start of the episode with mr seminar's duel, chuchu was trying to get into an oil lamp, shaped like a stereotypical magical genie lamp. is anthy trying to contain her magic? hide herself away from those that may use her power?

IS SHE PLAYING HER BROTHER AND REMOVING ALL THAT WOULD USE HER FOR THEIR OWN ENDS?

new arc. anthy's brother is ocnfirmed to be the chairman and Mr End Of The World. Also an absolute piece of filth of a person (this was known, i just hadnt mentioned it)

And somehow him and redhead convinced greenhead to duel utena again.

I REALLY like how now Anthy pulled the sword from Utena, she is using her own agency to engage with the system she is imprisoned by. Also the change from "grant me the power to bring revolution" to "grant US the power" was like :O :O :O !!!!!!!!

I am in the second to last episode and i have a lot of scattered thoughts so here they go:

PLOT HAPPENINGS:

Anthy's brother can fall into a pit of spikes repeatedly forever.

HOWEVER now that we have seen the flashback to what happened to anthy and her brother... way way in the past? things are most interesting

So Akio was requested by the world to do everything, and Anthy wanted to either give him time for himself or keep him for herself (I am leaning more toward the first, saving him in a manner), which resulted in her being branded a witch and cursed to suffer eternally.

This suffering is displayed by the impaling spikes, which ALSO are reminiscent of the tree branches growing through Anthy's school uniform in the new ascent to the duelling arena.

So now Akio is "saved" from the world by being kept from it by Anthy, Anthy is cursed and needs saving and is being looked over by Akio, and =possibly an extremely long time later= Akio finds Utena grieving her parents, and shows her Anthy's suffering in response to Utena saying there is nothing eternal, which shakes Utena to her core and she vows to be a knight to save Anthy.

At some point after Anthy was made to suffer, Akio split into the prince that wants someone to save both Anthy and him, and whatever End of the World is, and Anthy also split between the branded witch in eternal torment, and the Rose Bride... i think?

Either way Akio is now behaving like absolute scum while taking away Utena's "prince-ness" by making her more girly and more like a princess, for some reason.

And despite Anthy contributing to Utena's grooming by Akio, and Utena seeing his treatment of Anthy, they still cherish each other (as evidenced by the poison scene).

I am VERY intrigued as to what End of the World wants, and what led to the change between freshly-saved Akio and current-Akio.

NANAMI:

Nanami being the first to realize Akio's treatment while Utena didn't notice/was in denial and being vocally opposed to it all, while actively preventing Miki from being exposed to Akio? 10/10 excellent character growth. She deserves joy and proper health education.

FEMINISM:

just saw a video by Moon Channel about why chinese and korean gacha games look japanese, and one of the topics that were touched upon was how feminism happened in Japan, skipping first wave and ending up comodified while women still suffer from unjust treatment, let alone lacking in the intersectionality department of 3rd and 4th wave feminism. Either way, in one of the earlier episodes, Nanami's brother in the japanese version calls himself a "feminist" (subtitled as chivalrous), which, with that context, makes it REALLY interesting. He's coopting the coopted movement for brownie points while trying to appear charming when he's a sleazeball. Some fascinating stuff!

LANGUAGE USAGE:

one more detail i noticed was that before Utena was heading to the duelling arena with Anthy at the end, and was met by Nanami's brother and green hair, they said it was foolish to proceed. Utena replies with "I am a fool." with conviction. What is INTERESTING HOWEVER! is that in Japanese she used boku, which cements her tomboy/not-a-princess identity that had been attacked for the last few episodes. It's a tiny moment of characterization that makes me hopeful even as i have heard of what happens in the end.

UNRELIABLE REALITY:

if we know that people with strong enough convictions/delusions can warp the world to allow them to continue existing, just like Mr Seminar did, then how are we to know that other characters are not also similarly stuck in a rut they are unaware of and remain immortal in the same way? When Miki and Juri both tease Utena that they have developed feelings for her, the scene ends with them suddenly disappearing while Utena remains in that spot while still holding the tennis racket she was playing with. Did they break free?

Ello! Can I request Fnaf movie Mike meeting like a Homeless kid who lives in the pizzeria who gives him tips and tricks to survive headcanons? Basically to confuse the robots they like wear the head of a offbrand/prototype Crow animatronic? They just chill and goof around but remain out of sight from the famous man behind the slaughter and his daughter? :3

Ever since you've made Freddy Fazbear's Pizza into your "home", you quickly learned the ins and outs of the establishment.

You knew what times the animatronics automatically started their shows, where all the security camera blindspots were, how to make a pizza quick and easy, etc.

Above all else, however, you knew how to avoid those robots so they didn't try to make you like them.

Normally, they'd be protective over children--they weren't hostile because you were a homeless kid breaking in and living there.

It's the missing kids themselves.

They've visited your dreams, and every time it ends the same way: with Cassidy asking if you wanted to "join" them and getting frustrated when you refused.

You learned what happened to them and communicated via drawings for a while...until you accidentally broke something, which made them assume you were deliberately trying to destroy the place.

So you've been playing a sort of cat-and-mouse game since, often pranking them and thwarting their attempts to capture you, but never meaning anything ill by it.

If anything, they seem to like these little games, too.

After reading some old employee handbooks, you discovered that the animatronics have a programming glitch that makes them confuse humans for endoskeletons without suits on--and they'd use lethal ways to "fix" them.

Conveniently, you've found a costume head of a crow (likely from a partner of Freddy's or some ripoff brand) backstage, and after successfully tricking Foxy with it...you realized how helpful this could be to the security guards who've applied here and "vanished".

Fastforward to when you meet Mike, fully aware he's the next guard to possibly die (the last one got himself killed before you could even properly warn him in advance--not that he would have believed you anyways).

He's understandably concerned bc you're just a kid who's all alone here with no family, and given his trauma....he suddenly feels like he needs to protect you.

Instead, though, it's the opposite.

"Slide that toolbox in front of the floor vent."

He eyes you strangely, wondering why a kid was bossing him around. "...why?"

"Trust me."

The second Mike does that, he jumps as something starts growling and slamming against the vent's grates, clearly trying to get out and failing as it retreats soon after.

"What the hell was that??"

"Probably just rats." You innocently shrug. "Or Mr. Cupcake who seems especially hungry tonight."

"I'm sorry....the cupcake moves?"

You realize he's absolutely clueless, so you tell him about the animatronics and their routines, showing him the crow costume head.

He's impressed that you know so much about this place (like you were an employee), but he doesn't believe they're capable of doing any harm until later on.

When he brings Abby, you easily see through the facade they're all putting on for her, but you play along with their antics while building the pillow fort (although you avoid talking or looking at Vanessa, never trusting her nor the yellow rabbit your "friends" spoke of).

During the final night where you both rescue her from Chica, you urge Mike to use the crow mask to trick Bonnie and Freddy.

He was certain it'll never work.

They couldn't be that dumb....surely they'll know it's him trying to sneak backstage..

Plus the mask was stuffy and heavy, and he just think it's easier to taze them.

But at your insistence, he tries it on and is shocked when they stare at him for a moment, before continuing their scheduled "show", completely unaware of his ruse.

It does make him wonder how you figured that out all on your own..

immobility by itself gets a firm fuck yeah. love it. i think the stages above it (barely mobile) it are the best in general for creating about (because they can still, like do things) but it’s still real good.

but you know what gets it up to Oh God Hold Me Back? mobility equipment. mobility scooters, robot arms, slings, hoists, mobility platforms, wheelchairs, canes…. assisted mobility is so so good. one of these days i’m going to figure out how to draw it properly

The tfp kids were some of the first things I created in GL2, and it's been a few months since then and I have gotten much better. So here's my updated version of their designs/story.

Also fyi before I forget this is not what I would actually have them be in the show if I had written it. This just self indulgent takes on the characters. Let me know if you want to see how I would have written the show.

Miko

Age: 17

Pronouns: Uses any.

Likes: Skateboarding, drawing, slash monkey, kemonomimi, horror movies, fighting, her friends, and monster trucks.

Dislikes: School, conformation, bullies, and authority.

Description: Miko is a full blooded Japanese exchange student that came for America’s music, art, and to free themselves from his overly strict parents. She's quite energetic and finds it hard to sit still. So to help rid herself of her extra energy he'll practice kickboxing or parkour around town. While she may not act it she is actually intelligent. Miko is also quite the music and language prodigy, easily being able to learn them. He just hates the rigid school system and doesn't care for homework. Miko doesn't have many friends as most are put off by their strange personality and or scared of her. If you do become their friend though Miko is very loyal and will be your ride or die to the end.

Miko is a force to be reckoned with so watch out Decepticons, they're coming for you!

Raf

Age: 12.5;

Pronouns: He/Him

Likes: Coding, his friends, studying, snakes, robots, math, science, cats, school, chocolate, and nature.

Dislikes: Yelling, pity, scary movies, being alone, hospitals, and dogs.

Description: Raf is a young techno genius that was born with quite a few health problems. He is the second youngest out of his many siblings, five to be exact. Since his parents are always busy with work and Raf’s other siblings, he tends to be forgotten a lot. He doesn't let that get him down though (most of the time) and is quite a cheery kid. He puts his smarts to good use and has skipped four grades already while also taking some college classes. While he likes science and math his real passion is coding along with robotics. He dreams of one day opening his own tech company.

He might be a sweet kid but don't underestimate him. Raf could hack circles around even among some of Cybertronian’s elite.

Jack

Age: 16

Pronouns: He/Him

Likes: Motorcycles, girls, family, social media, and his friends.

Dislikes: Risks, seeing his friends hurt, and bullying.

Description: Jack is quite an average guy all things considered; he's not overly smart or a great fighter but he is quite the strategist and knows how to deal with people. Jack helps bring out the strengths in Miko and Raf and how to make them use it the most effectively. If he is trained properly he could become quite the leader. He lives with only his Mom, Jack’s dad having passed away a long time ago. He does every he can to help support his mom. While yes he feels she can be too overprotective or a bit embarrassing at times he loves his mom and wants to lessen her burden as much as he can. The reason he even got a job in the first place was to help her out with the bills.

Watch out for our very own human prime! He won't hesitate to sick his friends on those deserving.

Explanation undercut

Miko is still my favorite out of the trio and I will continue to show blatant favoritism. I learned much much more into the punk aesthetic because I think it's perfect for her personality. While I did like how colourful her old design was from a character design perspective it wasn't really unified or fit there enough.

Anyways she has some big ol stomping boots now that are definitely steel tipped. (Ouch man) They give them around 4-5 inches and make her the same height as Jack when wearing them. She also has knee pads and a shoulder pad. Well because skating and I wanted her to have armor without it being armor. If that makes sense? Miko also has horns partly since she likes kemonomimi but mostly because he's a “daredevil.” Miko's skateboard is Bulkhead themed, of course no explanation needed there. I tried to do some messy makeup since they give off that vibe.

I'm a sucker for the black people with white hair design. Plus I thought Raf kinda being (fictional) albino would play into Raf being ill. When something is wrong with you you're more likely to have more problems. For him I kept it generally similar to the last design just made more cohesive. He still has that nerdy school boy vibe and stuff. He also has a wrist brace now since someone told me how bad canes are for it so I wanted him to have some extra support to help.

If you look closely, his bag has a bumblebee on it.

Jack's design also didn't change that much; the main thing is his eyes are now blue. I thought it would be a nice nod to how since he's a human prime that his eyes should be autobot blue. Plus it fits the color scheme better. His gloves are leather and arcree themed. Yeah nothing to say much, as he also didn't change a lot. 🤷

OH! What a great question and I was in the middle of drawing something that relates to this question when I got this ask, so it's your lucky day! And lucky for me too: STORY TIME and INFO DUMP!

get your tea ready mates, LONG POST!

Out of the three, you meet Moon first when they get hired as a security guard to help Vanessa take care of the place. She immediately signs up Moon to patrol the daycare section, including the main entrance (even though that's technically not part of the daycare), the Daycare Theater, and under it. Vanessa very much finds you annoying because you would follow and talk to her any chance you got since you get bored of cleaning. Moon's take away from his meeting with you is that you remind him of his friends: excitable but sweet. Vanessa doesn't mind if they keep you company as long as Moon's makes sure that you don't bother her. Moon likes talking to you :)

Then time flies a tad and you're finally able to meet Sun! He is able to get a job as your assistant as you and Fazbear Entertainment have been getting many complaints about your uncleanliness as well as your creepy appearance and nature, staring into the abyss while thinking about your new favorite human.

You remember being told a lot of Moon's roommate. Mostly rants about how they never sleep properly because they've been trying to get college work done in and then staying up the rest of the night to clean every spot in their apartment. Moon told you that he hopes by Sun getting this job that they can work on getting a proper schedule.

You were very excited to him so when he arrives on his first day, bright and early at 6 am with Vanessa and Moon guiding him in, you are very quick to give a pleasant hello! Unbeknownst to you, Moon also talked to Sun and Eclipse about you too! Sun was very surprised to find that you are much taller than he thought, and he doesn't know what to think about how that makes him feel. He finds many things you both have in common... and some things that you don't. All around he finds you as a pleasant rock to talk to and be friends with much to your happiness for a new friend and another favorite human!

You're hugger, by the way. You have to make sure Vanessa doesn't catch you since you're technically not allowed to touch staff at all. You were so excited however that you completely forgot Vanessa was one of the people who escorted Sun to meet you and nabbed them up right away. Sun was very surprised but didn't mind too much.

Now onto Eclipse! You meet him much later than the other two as well as during a time when he didn't work for Fazbears. Even though you looked pristine, on the inside you were very messy and ragged. You tried the best you could, but often would forget. Sun and Moon noticed pretty quickly and when trying to bring you to Parts and Service to get fixed, you were quick to decline, run, or hide. They decided to see if you would be up to trust their friend Eclipse, who is a great mechanic and is very close in getting their degree in robotics. You were hesitant but agreed. You were glad you did, because you made another great friend, and they became another one of your favorite humans!

Eclipse definitely finds you interesting because of your AI and all about "human-ness" that Fazbears has been able to create. From a friend standpoint, however, they adore you and took to you much faster than the other two. He also absolutely loves that he can finally look up at someone when talking to them.

Here's something from some point in the nearer future when Fazbears grabs Eclipse up before their rival in the west could.

- He has a few faded scars on his face, and his hands, this is bc of his dad being a drug dealer and a scammer, his clients can be.. cruel..

-He wasn’t born via mpreg lmao, that was a joke, he was born in a tiny usb created by smg1 accidentally using meme energy, He needed to be plugged into a computer so be born but smg1 didn’t know that his usb had a baby inside of it and was scared it could be a malware and break his laptop, so he got an old computer someone used to have that had like- 5 viruses and used that, and the computer broke when he was born lmao. So now he has like- 5 viruses in him that don’t technically harm him but just make him glitch out sometimes, have wings, and be overall a bit freaky

-he’s not allowed to touch tari’s robotic arm at all, bc the one time he did he accidentally transferred a malware to her arm and it took WAY TOO LONG to remove the malware, poor girl didn’t let anyone touch her arm for a whole month.

-If him and Bobby were siblings he’d be the older brother, he’d be 4 when Bobby is 3

-similar to all the toys in the toy toy kingdom(including smg1 and smg2), he does not have a biological gender, everyone just refers to him as a male.

-he can fly, just not properly since noone else he knows can(you can imagine how that would turn out)

-When he was first born, Bob very much didn’t like him at all, it only got worse when he had to take care of him since yk how annoying newborns can be, so for the first few months, it was really only smg1 (and occasionally smg2) taking care of him, but when Spudbo was held for ransom for the first time (at a few months old)Bob started taking care of him more and eventually learnt to love him like a son

-smg1 had postpartum depression from the fact that Spudbo was a accident and Bob was barely there to take care of him, and more(obv not hormonal changes but stress), it lasted a month only tho.

-the swords that he’s wearing are plastic, he has hands underneath them, same goes for bob(but his swords are real), and bob removes his swords when he’s near Spudbo, or at home in general. Outside of those things he usually never takes them off.

-Bob was scared of holding Spudbo until he was 6 in fear of hurting him.

-The first syllable of Spudbo is Spud, in honor of Spudnick, and the 2nd syllable is Bo bc Bob wanted to name him Bob jr, obv smg1 wasn’t very fond of that name

-Spudbo has a tts voice just like Bob and Bobby, he also has a Portuguese tts.

-Smg1 wanted to name him Spudnick entirely, and Bob wanted to name him Bob jr, so they argued before smg2 just came up with the idea to name him spudbob, and then they later changed it to Spudbo bc spudbob sounded too much like SpongeBob. Plus Spudbo sounded cute

-His full name is Spudbo Bobowski since smg1 doesn’t have a last name

-smg1 and 2 made his cloak and Bob gave him his swords(he wanted to give him real swords but didn’t bc he didn’t want a dead child), smg1 has remade the same cloak multiple times bc of the first fact on the list.

-Ironically Bob is his fav despite him not being as active in his life as Smg1 (poor smg1 lol)

What did Zone look like before he got corrupted:

He didn't change at all, actually! Most Born Corrupt shapes don't change much when they get corrupted, it just depends on the amount of corruption taken into their system. Zone had less corruption taken into his body than Cuda, who already didn't take much, so his change was the same as Cuda's (ie only growing in height, and personality changing slightly)

2. The Robot story comic:

That's my next comic after JSABH; Incognito. It's in the concept stage still, I have yet to script anything beyond the prologue. It was a story I started working on in college, and I plan on making it a full original comic in the future! I don't know when it will be ready to properly post and draw, but it will be happening eventually. I'm very excited to share stuff for it :3 I don't mind fan works of it either! However, there are specific rules for that world that would need to be followed. I plan on making a big post about the world and characters in the world at some point, so once that's posted you can use that to go off of!

3: Fairies

Fairies are one of 4 species of sentient shapes. There are shapes, plants, flowers, and fairies. Fairies can be any of 4 shapes (the player shapes), and they can be any colour other than pink. They're their own species, but all shape types within that species are all fairies

VEE!!!

Vee—being a robot and all—has a hard time expressing her emotions. She doesn't really know how to compliment people (based off her interaction with Brightney) or interact properly. She can come off as rude and cold but she isn't heartless.

ASTRO!!!! :D

Astro is often tired and prefers sleeping over doing runs. I gave him comfy clothes because he deserves it. I forgot to add moon motifs 😭

Astro can come off as a little cold but he's really just an introvert who has a lot on his mind.

DANDY!!

The one behind it all. It's all his fault. Dandy isn't evil, just a bit morally grey. He's done questionable things and refuses to talk to anyone post ichor situation but he genuinely was friends with everyone and does care about them, especially Astro.

She was my fav to design!! I gave her gloves and boots as well as pants under her dress so she's more comfortable doing archeology. Goggles n bandana were for fun, and she has her trinket!! Shelly is a sweet and caring toon who loves to talk about dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures/plants. She has a fear of being forgotten though, and being ignored doesn't help...

Maybe all she needs is some love and recognition...?

PEBBLE!!

Didn't really know what to do for Pebs and I couldn't figure out how to draw the color so I got rid of his dead inside look and gave him a little bone bow tie!! (Just like his owner :P)

Pebble has a bit of a staring problem and gets a little angry when his treats are taken away, but he's overall a good boy.

SPROUT!!! :3

Second fav design.

Sprout is an overprotective toon (especially to Cosmo) ever since the ichor incident, he's been a bit more closed off and bold, seeming less kind. Deep down, however, he's still the same cheerful sweet toon, he's just more focused on survival now. He often brushes off other's worries due to circumstances. He still loves baking with Cosmo when he can.

CURRENT SITUATION/TATTERED DESIGNS!!

Her ever growing suspicion is something Dandy hates. Always attempting to "talk" to him, she's never able to get the chance. Vee finds runs an annoyance, but knows they're necessary. She tends to try to go through them as fast as possible.

More tired than ever, Astro knows a lot no one else does. He seems to be the only one still supporting Dandy...

Dandy -

Shelly -

Shelly is more scared than ever, but still tries her best. She is more supportive than ever and is always there to lend the other toons a hand.

Pebble -

Misses his owner a lot, Pebble tends to see Astro more often now. He's a bit banged up from all the running and getting hit he does, so please be gentle with him.

Sprout -

Suspicious of Dandy as well, but less so. Although he also wants to know what the hell is going on, his priorities are much more focused on keeping himself and Cosmo safe and keeping the others alive. He switched his pants to shorts for more mobility and convenience.
