One sided competition with Clark Kent pt4
Tumblr media
°❀⋆.ೃ࿔* summary : As a reporter at the Daily Planet, you’ve never hidden your disdain for Clark Kent — too clean, too polished, too perfect. Always mild-mannered and annoyingly kind, can’t help but take your place as employee of the month which his extraordinary access to Superman newest interviews which you find boring. But it doesn’t explain why you keep thinking about him even out of office, when you’re both too clueless (and too stubborn) to notice what’s really brewing between interview sessions, lunch breaks, and way-too-good cups of coffee. Maybe, you’ll get your interview of Superman as well…and more ・°❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
Content: Fluff with just a hint of emotional chaos, Clark Kent being an adorable loser (in a suit)c Superman being the same loser, just in spandex, Office crushes that are painfully obvious to everyone but the people involved, A love story built one awkward conversation at a time, Light teasing from Lois, Jimmy & co, Banter that slowly turns into confessions
Ps : this is the last part I wrote if you want more don’t hesistate I live the characters I’ve created and would write sooo much more if pushed to do so ( also I’m French sorry for the errors!!h

I suddenly became aware of how ridiculous it all was. Him in his Superman suit, and me in those ugly, embarrassing pyjamas with a giant Superman symbol.
“I—I didn’t think you were coming back. I—”
“It does look great. Might buy myself one.”
“Right,” I chuckled. “You’re keeping the suit on or…?”
“You want me to take it off?”
My cheeks exploded, but I hid it by pouring a glass of water. “Just drink this.”
I handed him the glass. He was lying on the sofa, legs spread out, fingers resting on his temple.
“Tired much?” I asked, sitting on the edge of the sofa. He took up almost all the space.
“No. No. I don’t want to ruin the big dinner—”
I laughed.
“Big dinner? It was a steak and vegetables.”
“But it was good,” he raised his voice. “And you cooked.”
I smiled and let my hand fall on his shoulder.
“And you complimented it, ate it all, and cleaned the dishes. And saved the entire 7th Avenue. I think I’m good, Clark.”
He turned to me, and his piercing blue eyes walked me over.
“You’re not disappointed?”
“Why would I be? I cooked and ate a good meal, we laughed, and I have Superman in my living room. My mom would say I did better than she ever thought I could.”
“Because you have Superman in your living room,” he smirked.
“Because I have a man who ate a meal I spent an hour on, and he saves people for a living. I’m pretty sure I had dreams like this at seven,” I laughed as I got up.
He grabbed my hand and stood too.
He hovered over me, and his hand hesitated before falling back to his side. Something had shifted in his eyes, as if he was icing me out.
“Melissa, it was great but I don’t want to overstay my invitation.”
“What? No!”
“No, really.”
He seemed to avoid my eyes, and I could feel he was trying to run away. My chest tightened.
Now this is what I get for trying not to run. This is just the wheel turning. Too many times I’ve been the avoidant one, and now I had to suffer it. I couldn’t believe I truly thought I had a chance with that man. Not only did I look like a fool in those dorky pyjamas, but I also believed and fed my delusions.
That hug was a sudden urge. A friendly, normal hug you give after an extraordinary effort. He was just exhausted, and I took advantage of his vulnerability.
“All right,” I nodded, defeated. I couldn’t beg. I really couldn’t.
I walked him toward the door.
“It was great,” he started. “I hope we can do it again. And tomorrow I’m sure Terry will love your paper.”
He was yapping nonsense, avoiding eye contact. Here he was, trying not to embarrass me because he’s just too nice. And I was the dumb one who jumped to conclusions thinking something was going to happen. That was the truth. We have a great genes ship and I misunderstood everything, like a fool. Now he had to save up the night after I embarrass the both of us by being overly transparent about my one sided feeling.
What was I? Crazy?
Here he was, fitting awkwardly in my small corridor, trying to find his way far away from me.
“Yes,” I lazily answered, avoiding his eyes too.
I opened the door, and he stood there.
“So, I’m leaving.”
“Yeah, usually when we walk until we reach the door, it’s to leave.”
I was about to close the door until a large hand blocked it.
“I can’t help but think that I—”
“Clark, I’m getting really tired,” I whispered looking at my feet.
“No, but I don’t know. I feel like I’ve done something wrong?”
“What? No. It’s all right.”
I tried to close the door again. But he blocked it once more. You don’t want to play a strength game with Superman, I’m telling you.
“Melissa, you’re lying. Your heartbeat is fast, your breathing’s quicker, and I can tell your blood pressure has—”
“Can you stop whatever you’re doing?”
“What? I just—I don’t want to ruin the night—”
“Clark, I just told you this was a great night—”
“Yes, all right. I heard you. But—”
“But? Good night, Clark. And perhaps,” I looked him up and down, “you should change outfits?”
He looked down at himself and disappeared before my eyes.
Only to reappear in his work clothes: black pants and a wrinkled white shirt.
His curls fell onto his forehead, he was panting, and his glasses hung low on his nose. I held back my jaw from dropping and tried to slam the door on him. If he could hear my heartbeat, I was done.
“Melissa, open that door,” his deep voice alarmed me.
I moved away from the door, hoping he wouldn’t hear me. Or my heart.
“Clark, you wanted to go, just go,” my hand waved aimlessly in the air. He knocked. Once. Twice.
For some reason, it drove me mad. I stormed to the door and opened it.
“Clark Kent, I swear to God—”
I was met with the most intense look I’d ever seen from him. He wasn’t avoiding eye contact because he was embarrassed for me—he was embarrassed because of me. He was staring at me in worse ways that any man had ever did in my life. As if, he was retaining himself from eating me up. He kept on looking away, and I’m sure if he was human he would be sweating.
“It’s not that I want to leave. Gosh, Melissa. It’s that—I like our relationship. Us being good friends and I don’t want to impose my wants to you. »
He stayed fidgety as I stared at him. I didn’t even know what to say but I don’t think I hesitated about what to do. I even think I needed it probably more than he did.
I took a step closer, put my hands on his collar as I avoided his eyes. I didn’t have the strength to pull him down to me —I knew that. But He bent immediately and as we stared for a second, before I couldn’t even process anything. Clark pushed his lips on mine.
In a second, the tightness in my stomach got even tighter. His large hands slide to my neck and pulled me even closer as I let my hands dive into his hair. I kissed him like I’d never kissed anyone.
His tongue found its way into my mouth, and he groaned like… like a man. It was strange to feel this much attraction to something I was so unused to.
I felt it deep inside me—like his tongue. His lips felt silky, and plumper than I thought. He felt warm, and my head felt dizzy. I pushed him towards me, forcing him to take steps into my appartment. He shut the door himself, as his hands braced my waist.
I grabbed his collar to pull him closer, and closer. Slowly, as if he was enjoying every second of it, he let his hands hang on my hips—
until they weren’t hanging. They were grabbing.
“I’m sorry,” he raised his hands like he’d just been caught doing something awful. My eyebrows furrowed. I wiped the corner of my mouth and backed away as quickly as I could. « Shoud—should we stop? »
“No no, it’s It’s me, I didn’t ask, and I—”
“What?” I cut him, confused. “Are you serious, Clark?”
He looked all flustered and red. And tall. I rolled my eyes, and before I could think, I had grabbed his collar and pulled him back to me. His eyes widened when I kissed him again. He backed away slightly.
“Can I?”
It was my turn to groan.“Kent” I teased. He nodded, pushing his glasses back onto his nose. “Less asking and more doing,” I said, pushing his glasses up onto his forehead.
He nodded again and slowly placed his hands on my hips. « Noted. » He pressed his nose against mine. Then he grabbed my inner thighs and lifted me against him.
“Got it,” he breathed, before enveloping my top lip with his own, his nose crashing gently into my face.
I didn’t even have to hold myself onto him. He just… did.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and smiled th bb rough the kiss.
“Miss Alin, you’re a really good kisser,” he breathed out, his craved dimples appearing.
“Don’t Superman-voice this.”
He grinned fondly, as his hand slowly made its way to my neck.
“You can’t lie to me, Liss,” he whispered, his thumb brushing my cheek.“I can hear you.”
I blushed so hard I felt like I was on fire. I quickly felt my legs fall down on the floor. I had almost forgotten he was carrying me the whole times
“You know that’s not fair,” I muttered, trying to fix my hair.He smiled, lowering himself until I could feel his breath on my face.“ it can be,” he mumbled, taking my hands and placing them gently on his chest. “See?”We didn’t break eye contact. I nodded as I felt his heartbeat, steady at first, then growing faster.
“Fair enough?” he asked, his hand sliding to my waist, pulling me closer.
I nodded again, and he softly pressed his lips against mine. I held one hand against his chest, curling my fingers into his white shirt as he kissed me with a tenderness that made my head spin. My feet fumbled against each other like a clumsy child, and the longer the kiss lasted, the more it felt like he was losing his breath. His heart pounded beneath my palm, almost begging.
I let go of his shirt and cupped his cheeks, deepening the kiss, running my fingers through his hair. His grip on my hips tightened—but carefully, like he was afraid he might break me.
Then suddenly, my phone rang. Loud. Over and over. I reached for it, but Clark got there first. And crushed it in his hand.
He pulled back, wide-eyed and horrified.
“I am so, so sorry! I didn’t—I just—”
“It’s just a phone, Clark,” I said softly, tilting my head. But as soon as I heard my own voice, I became painfully aware of how close we were. I stepped back.
He released my neck and straightened up, tall again, glasses slipping back down his nose. He looked awkward, unsure.
“Movie?” he offered.
“Movie,” I nodded.
“Maybe you should… change?” I suggested.
“You’re going to change?” he asked, almost whining.
“No,” I laughed. “But you should.”
He looked down at himself again, then vanished—and reappeared in cherry-red pants and a loose white shirt, still snug around the arms.
“Tea? »
“Yep,” he answered, walking toward the kitchen. I followed and tugged gently at his arm.
“I’ll make the tea. You pick the movie.”
He smiled. “All right.”
A few minutes later, we were on the couch, pretending to watch the movie. But my head was far too full of what had just happened. And before I realized it, the man beside me—Clark Kent, Superman—had completely fallen asleep.
And a few moments after that… so had I.

sub l&ds men visuals
— so....my first time doing this type of post but. i need to spread my femdom agenda. guys the 13 sub LI drafts i have on my account WILL see the light of my page one day i promise 😭 in the meanwhile have this...also u need to be logged into twt to see most of these!!
— nasty freaky twitter porn with tiny blurbs. mostly focused on pegging, bondage, or overstimulation. ur strap is occasionally referred to as cock. i hope my fellow freaks enjoy, love u all mwah mwah <3
Tumblr media
the first time you had suggested pegging to zayne, you hadn't expected him to be so...okay with it. of course, there was a bit of convincing needed, but as a doctor, he had both the medical knowledge and money for preparation — you seemed to want it so badly, after all. he just didn't expect how much he'd like it.
— he's completely gone
— he's completely gone pt. 2
— fucking himself onto you
— extra ; helping him destress after work (pls he's even wearing the same fuckass outfit)
Tumblr media
rafayel had been one hell of a brat the entire week, teasing you by sending pictures of himself dolled up for you, sending voice messages of him whining and moaning for your cock, and even going as far as to sending videos of him playing with himself, all during your precious work hours.
— "this pretty toy is all for you to use."
— "please cutie, come home already. can't you see how much my cock misses you?"
— "you can make me feel better than this dumb vibrator."
finally free from work on the weekend, you show him the consequences of his actions.
— whining and crying already, when this was just the beginning of his punishment?
— being tortured stupid
Tumblr media
you took it upon yourself to break down sylus. always somehow so irritatingly composed, you tried so many different ways to have him openly submit to you, when all you had to do was take the lead in bed. now was that tricky? yes. was having him moaning and letting you take control something you would trade entire universes for? also yes!!!!
— getting his ass fucked by you is more relaxing than he'd like to admit
— the more intimate the moment, the louder he moans for you
— seeing how far you could push him until he breaks
— roleplay; he's being a brat (he's mostly an obedient sub, he just wanted to feel how you would fuck him if he wasn't)
Tumblr media
since xavier had long since gotten into the habit of waking you up with sex, it's only natural that it catches onto you as well.
— he's always just so sensitive when it comes to you
— morning handjob (this is sooo intimate subby xavier im in love)
— fucking him awake
— extra ; THIS IS SO HIM AHHHHH
Tumblr media
multiple scenarios for caleb bc i can't think of one specific story to follow with videos...
— no-touch is the worst punishment for him :(
— but there's just something so addicting about it (sado-masochist switch much?)
— he could break out of the cuffs so easily, but the look on your face as you torture his cock is too sweet of a reward
— extra ; the shit he sends you

- ᡣ𐭩 Home is Where the Heart is
Tumblr media
summary - What's more endearing than your affectionate husband? Your drunk, affectionate husband.
warnings - none, minus Satoru being a little snotty whilst crying. First proper attempt at a short fluff fic !! Kinda proofread (n idk how being drunk works lolol)
wc - 1044
Tumblr media
It’s been exactly 23 minutes since your bumbling oaf of a husband came back home from a night out. After all, even the strongest needed some time to unwind.
The front door slammed shut and a loud crash followed. It was most likely his gangling body colliding with the coat rack. Again.
A groan. “W-who put thaaaat there?” he whined, long legs dragging all the way up the stairs. Too many of them, Satoru thought. He should probably hollow purple them all later. But only later, because right now? His lower lip was wobbling and there was a dull pain in his arm from crashing into the bedroom door. It swung open once he had a good grip on the handle, and alas, the tears started to fall.
Satoru trudged over to the king-sized bed, not bothering to kick his shoes off.
“I miss my b-bitchass wife,” Satoru sniffled, drunken words muffled by the increasingly sodden pillow that he had buried his face into. His heart ached terribly. How did anyone expect him to live without the love of his life beside him?
Satoru honestly thought he’d die without hearing your voice, so he fumbled about for his phone in one of the pockets of his tweed jacket once he was able to prop himself up on an elbow (trust your boyfriend to make the most questionable fashion choices). The intoxicated look in his eyes and the rosy cheeks would have been adorable if not for the fact that his nose was running from all of the dramatics, but Satoru couldn’t bring himself to care. With a quick wipe of his sleeve, his long, sluggish fingers went to work.
Ring. Ring.
“Heeeeey gorgeous-”
“This isn’t your wife, Satoru. Wrong number.”
Click.
Somewhere in the city, a tired sorcerer was exhaling out of his nose and clenching his jaw. How awkward.
Again, Satoru scrolled through his contact list with bleary eyes. Fuck, where were you?
Suguru? Not it.
Shoko? Nah.
Mei Mei? Fuck no. He’d rather deepthroat a cactus than be associated with her, as he so loved to remind you frequently.
But finally! ‘Wifey’, the contact name read. Satoru sniffed and tried pulling himself together before pressing ‘ring’, a giddy look in his twinkling blue eyes. The eager pants that left his lungs fell in sync with the rapid thuds of his heart.
Oh, he got to hear his beloved again! Joy to the world!
And what was even better was the fact that you answered on the first ring. “Yoohoo? What is my awfully drunk husband doing calling me at this hour?” you tittered, eyes crinkling further shut the wider your smile grew.
Satoru swooned. God, what a dreamboat you were. His eyes fluttered shut as he rolled over onto his back, lower lip caught between his teeth. “Hmm? ‘M all fiiiiine and sober, I promise! I just m-miss you, that’s all…”
“No more lying, Mr. Cottonmouth. You are sooo drunk.”
A sniffle left Satoru. Your playful demeanour was getting to him good and proper. How did he get so blessed with a wife like you?
“...Toru? Don’t cry on me now, baby. Talk to me,” your voice called out, softening once the first telltale sign of your husband’s vulnerability came out. But whilst you were growing tender with Satoru, that same smile was still on your lips.
“Well-” he tried to say, but his voice cracked. Satoru cleared his throat and began speaking once more. “I love you so goddamn much.”
And honestly, it warmed your heart to hear how he didn’t stammer through his declaration of adoration for you, even if no other words came as naturally to him.
“L-like, I think I’d die without you.” One pause.
“I just wanna crawl under your skin ‘n live there.” Another pause and a slight shudder.
“I want you to hold my heart in your hand ‘n feel it b-beat for you,” Satoru croaked out, shoving his face into his pillow once more. He felt so miserable that you weren’t there with him.
But you should have been. You should have been laying there, head on his chest and one leg thrown over his hip as you both dreamt of each other. The fact that you weren’t doing that made Satoru’s heart clench so painfully.
And then he began wailing. Long, dramatic wails accompanied by hiccuping sobs that had you pulling away your phone from your ear with a wince. On and on the sobs went, and a deadpan expression slowly began appearing on your face. The game had gone on for long enough, and you missed your husband snoring like a baby beside you.
“Satoru. I’m quite literally beside you.”
Yes. Your husband, in his drunken haze, hadn’t noticed you in your shared bed. You were sitting up against the headboard, staring down at your pitifully hammered spouse.
Click!
You both hung up your phones in silence, your shoulders bobbing as you concealed a fit of laughter. Satoru sat up slowly, clearly not amused.
His face was flushed nicely now, and not just because of the alcohol. His eyes remained blurry and unfocused, but indeed! You were sitting there with the biggest grin on your stupidly gorgeous face.
“So y-you were just watchin’ me whilst I was pouring my heart out like a widow?”
You shrugged, shuffling over with a hand reaching out to tug your sulking husband closer. “It was cute. I like this side of you. Minus the wailing.”
“T-traitor. You’re such a traitor,” he groaned, the prank you had pulled sobering him up slightly. The embarrassment coursed through him as he lay down next to you, glassy eyes burning a hole through the ceiling. But hey! At least you were with him, right?
“...I feel stupid. Can you kiss me?”
“Wipe your nose first, you man-child,” your nose scrunched as you tossed a wad of tissues his way.
In record time, Satoru had scrubbed his entire face dry and raw, then flopped onto you. He didn’t care that your fists were thumping at his chest. He didn’t care that he was slobbering all over your face and pecking you like an eager puppy. What mattered now was the fact that he was finally where his heart was.
With you.

Part II
Summary: Neither you or Joel had realized the fallout of facing each other after trying for a baby—something that never would have happened if Tommy could have given you one himself. And when the first time doesn't stick, you're back at Joel's door, asking for another favor.
|| smut MNDI 18+, pinv, f!receiving oral, dirty talk, no outbreak, not cheating but still def not kosher!!! don't do this!!!, breeding kink, rule breaking, baby making, talk of infertility, joel is absolutely filthy when he's turned on what can I say || notes: Tommy, hunny, if you're reading this, im sorry. im sure you're great in bed. im sorry this got so long!!! I was hella sick the past couple days and mightve wrote this with a fever sooo
Tumblr media
You hadn’t meant for it to change anything.
In the days after the first time you… tried with Joel, you hadn’t really spoken to him. He’d left in a hurry, barely looking at you as he pulled his clothes back on, and you’d been too drunk on the aftershocks of what was possibly the best orgasm of your life to really think about what came next. Not until the hours stretched into days, and the reality of what you’d done started to settle in.
Now, standing by the pool in the thick, hazy heat of late summer, you realized just how weird it was going to be when you saw him again.
It was Frankie’s birthday, the last big cookout of the season—an annual thing the Morales family threw without fail, and especially this year with Maria now expecting their first baby. The beer was always cold, there was always too much food, and the night always ended with everyone gathered around the fire pit, full and tipsy and laughing. You’d been coming to these parties for years, always bringing appetizers, just as the Miller brothers always brought the beer. It was tradition. Comfortable.
Except this time, nothing felt comfortable at all.
You were in your string bikini, your loose, sheer cover-up thrown over the lounge chair you inhabited, still slick from the last dip in the pool. The air smelled like sunscreen and charcoal smoke, the buzz of cicadas tangled with the sound of splashing and distant laughter. You had just grabbed your drink from the poolside table when movement caught your eye.
Joel.
He was stepping into the backyard, a case of Miller Lite hooked in one hand, his other hand pushing through his hair. He looked good—annoyingly good—worn jeans hanging low on his hips, t-shirt stretched across broad shoulders, sunglasses tucked into the collar. He scanned the crowd until his gaze landed on you.
Your breath hitched. Not because of him—of course not—but because the moment stretched just a little too long.
And then Tommy turned, sitting next to you with an easy, unaware grin, and Joel’s eyes flicked to his brother like he’d just been caught red-handed. He gave an awkward nod—more of a grunt than a greeting—before turning on his heel and heading straight for the house.
You flushed.
Right. This was going to be weird.
Tommy laughed, like he hadn’t noticed the way you went red beside him. He leaned in, pressing a quick kiss to your cheek before getting to his feet. “Guess I better go say a proper hello before he drinks all the beer himself.”
And just like that, he strolled off, leaving you sitting there, drink in hand, watching the back door swing shut behind Joel.
Tumblr media
The sun was starting to dip lower, stretching long golden streaks over the yard, and you were starting to feel it—the kind of lazy, sun-drenched exhaustion that came from too much heat, too much pool water, maybe one drink too many. The party was still going strong, laughter rising over the music, but you were more than happy to hover near the patio with a few of the other wives in the shade.
You hadn’t seen much of Joel.
Every now and then, you’d catch a glimpse—his broad shoulders making their way through the small crowd, the sound of his laughter, the sun catching in his hair—but he never seemed to linger anywhere long. It was like he was playing some kind of unspoken game, orbiting close enough that you were aware of him but never so close that you had to speak.
Which was fine.
It was fine.
You were definitely not hyper-aware of him. Not tracking his presence without meaning to. Not letting the memory of the filthy things he said to you crawl into your head every time you glimpsed those big, soulful eyes.
You exhaled, shaking the thought loose just as Maria called your name. She stood at the grill next to her husband who was flipping burgers, her hands full of side dishes that had to be put out for dinner.
"Can you grab the potato salad from the fridge?" she asked, nodding toward the house. "I meant to bring it out, but my hands are too full!"
"Yeah, of course," you said, already stepping toward the back door.
The second you slipped inside, the air-conditioning cooled the heat still clinging to your skin, the quiet settling heavy after the constant hum of the party outside. It felt nice. Like taking a breath you hadn’t realized you needed.
The house was mostly empty, everyone still out in the yard, and for a brief moment, you let yourself just enjoy the quiet. Then you stepped into the kitchen and saw him.
He was standing near the counter, one hand braced on the edge, the other loose around a beer as he looked out the kitchen window into the yard. His shoulders tensed when he heard you, but he didn’t turn, just flicked his gaze toward the fridge like that was suddenly the most interesting thing in the world.
Joel.
You ignored the way your pulse kicked up, forcing yourself to be normal. Chill.
“Hey,” you said, casual, like this was fine. Just another Saturday afternoon.
Joel nodded once, barely glancing at you. “Hey.”
Oookay.
You moved toward the fridge, opening it and scanning the shelves. “Just need to grab something for Maria,” you said, reaching for the container of potato salad.
Joel exhaled, shifting to the side so you had more room, but he still didn’t look at you. His grip flexed around his beer, his jaw tight like he was concentrating very hard on ignoring you.
Fine.
Grabbing the container, you shut the fridge and turned to leave, but you found yourself hesitating.
You sighed, shifting your grip on the bowl before turning back around. “It doesn’t have to be like this, you know.”
Joel’s head lifted slightly, like he hadn’t expected you to say anything. “Like what?”
“This.” You gestured vaguely between the two of you. “The awkward. The avoiding.” You paused, tilting your head. “You can’t even look at me.”
He blinked, caught off guard, before his eyes flicked to yours—quick, hesitant. “I’m lookin’ at you right now.”
You huffed out a small, dry laugh. “Yeah. For the first time all day.”
He shifted on his feet, looking uncomfortable, his fingers tapping once against the beer bottle. “Ain’t avoidin’ you.”
You lifted an eyebrow.
Joel sighed through his nose, glancing at the floor before dragging a hand down his face. “Alright,” he admitted, “maybe a little.”
You crossed your arms, letting that hang in the air for a second.
Joel took a long breath like he was trying to collect his thoughts. Then he finally—finally—looked at you, really looked at you, with something almost hesitant in his gaze. “I’m sorry,” he said, low but firm. “You’re right.”
Your arms loosened slightly, tension easing just a fraction. “I do that a lot.”
Joel huffed a little laugh, shaking his head. “Yeah, yeah.”
Joel’s eyes flicked down—quick, instinctive, before he caught himself and looked away. But not fast enough. You saw it.
The humidity outside had been enough to keep you from throwing your cover-up back on after the pool, but now, standing here in the cool dim light of the kitchen, it felt like a mistake. The shift in temperature sent a shiver across your skin, every inch of you laid bare in nothing but damp, clinging fabric. You knew this bikini was thin but damn your nipples for hardening in the sudden cool air. Water still beaded along your collarbone, trailing in slow, lazy rivulets down your stomach, disappearing beneath the tiny scraps of your bikini.
And it seemed like Joel was very aware of these things as well.
You weren’t sure if he swallowed, but you thought you saw his jaw go tight. Then, just as fast, he looked away.
Something curled low in your stomach. Was he thinking about that night, too?
Not supposed to. That was Rule #2.
Not supposed to think about it. Not supposed to talk about it outside the four walls of your bedroom.
Joel cleared his throat. “You feelin’ alright and all?”
You blinked, pulled from your thoughts. “What?”
His fingers tightened around his beer bottle. “Any signs yet?”
Oh.
You shifted your weight, trying to collect yourself. “No. Won’t know for a few more days. Won’t show up on a test yet.”
Joel nodded, looking thoughtful, like that was news to him. His gaze flicked downward again—this time, toward your stomach.
“Did Tommy not tell you that part?” you asked, amused despite yourself.
His mouth twitched. “Not exactly.”
You smirked. “You mean you didn’t ask.”
Joel scoffed, almost like a chuckle, shaking his head. “Wasn’t exactly a conversation I was rushin’ to have with my brother. Haven’t… had to think about this stuff in 15 years.”
That made you laugh—a soft, breathy thing—and just like that, something tilted in the air between you.
The tension didn’t go away. It just… changed.
Joel was still standing where he was, but now it felt like he was closer, and he was even smiling a little bit.
Maybe you were the one who had stepped closer.
You weren’t sure when it had happened, when the space had shrunk, but suddenly, it wasn’t enough. The air between you was buzzing, and you could feel his presence—solid, warm, steady across from you.
Joel’s fingers flexed once against the counter. His gaze flicked down again—quick, but not quick enough.
This time, when his eyes met yours, he didn’t immediately look away.
And neither did you.
The kitchen was quiet.
Not just in the absence of sound, but in the way the air felt thick, in the way neither of you spoke, in the way neither of you moved.
But you weren’t imagining it.
Joel’s eyes were still on you, his body still angled slightly toward yours, and you were very aware of the space between you.
Your skin prickled, still damp from the pool, and you wondered again if he was thinking about that night. If the way his fingers flexed against the counter meant he remembered how they’d felt on your skin. If the way he swallowed meant he was trying real hard not to think about the words you exchanged, low, filthy, depraved–
The sound of footsteps echoed down the hall, breaking the moment like a stone thrown into still water.
“Y’all hidin’ in here?” Tommy’s voice was easy, oblivious as he crossed the threshold, already making a beeline for the fridge.
“What?” you squeaked, “No, why’d we be hiding?”
Oh god. Your stomach flipped as heat prickled up your spine. Why the hell had you said it like that?
Tommy, thankfully, didn’t seem to notice—or if he did, he didn’t care.
“It’s hot as hell out there. Think I saw Frank fannin’ himself with a paper plate like some old lady in church.”
Joel straightened immediately, rolling his shoulders back like he’d just snapped to attention. He cleared his throat, shifting his grip on the beer bottle. “Damn near a hundred degrees, I’d say. Just… takin’ a minute.”
Tommy barely looked up, cracking open the fridge. He grabbed a beer for himself, glancing toward you. “That for Maria?”
You nodded, heart still kicking a little harder than it should. “Yeah.”
“Good. She was about five seconds from sending out a search party for it.”
Joel exhaled sharply through his nose—maybe a huff of a laugh, maybe just a breath—but he made sure to avert his eyes from you now.
You just nodded once, shifting the container in your arms before turning on your heel and walking out the way you came.

Joel
A week had passed, the tightness of unspoken things curling around him until the evening settled low one night and Joel finally started to relax.
The TV’s blue light flickered against the golden glow siphoning through the blinds, the last rays of daylight painting the floorboards in long, slanted streaks. The house was quiet aside from the hum of the sitcom playing, its canned laughter punctuated by the real thing—Sarah, curled up beside him on the arm of the couch, feet tucked up against his thigh as she giggled at another dumb joke.
But Joel was distracted.
He’d been distracted for days, really.
It wasn’t just the wrongness of it—though there was plenty of that, enough to make his gut twist every time he let himself linger too long on it.
It was the fact that he couldn’t seem to stop feeling it.
The way you’d tightened up around him, shuddering, gasping, falling apart with his name on your lips. The way you’d let him take you, let him fill you, let him say things he had no right to say.
He shook his head, forcing the thought away.
Wouldn’t let himself dwell on it. Wouldn’t let himself remember the way you felt, the way you sounded, wrecked and breathless beneath him. Wouldn’t let himself think about how easy it had been to lose himself in it, to let every filthy thought spill from his mouth like he didn’t give a damn about the consequences.
But you.
You had let him. Had taken everything he gave you, had needed it.
And worse than any of it—the thing that really messed him up—was knowing that Tommy, his own brother, couldn’t make you finish the way he had.
That knowledge had settled deep in his bones, twisting something dark and selfish in his gut. That he was the one who had made you come apart like that. That only he had. And God help him, but the idea stroked his ego like a cat purring into your hand. He hadn’t been able to think straight since.
And maybe that was why, when the knock came, it took him a second to register it.
Joel blinked, dragging himself out of his own damn head. He turned to Sarah, their eyes meeting in confusion. “You expectin’ anyone?” he asked. Sarah shook her head, brow furrowing. Joel exhaled, pushing himself up from the couch with a few protesting cracks in his knees before heading for the door, rubbing at the tension settled in his jaw before pulling it open.
For a second, he had to blink to make sure he was seeing right.
You stood on his porch, hoodie sleeves pulled over your hands, stuffed into the front pocket, your hair mussed from the evening breeze. The light had dipped enough that everything was softer now, blurred at the edges, but it didn’t hide the red rimming your eyes, the way your shoulders curled in just slightly.
Joel’s chest tightened.
“Hey,” you said softly.
He cleared his throat, opening and closing his mouth, but before he could say anything, Sarah appeared beside him.
He watched as your expression shifted instantly, the smile pulling at your lips effortless, natural. A mask, maybe—but a convincing one.
“Auntie!” Sarah beamed, rushing forward to wrap her arms around you. And just like that, your smile became real. He saw the way your eyes softened as you hugged her back, tucking your chin briefly over the top of her head.
Sarah pulled away just enough to grin up at you. “Whatcha doin’ here?”
Your gaze flicked between her and Joel before settling back on Sarah. “Was wonderin’ if I could steal your dad for a sec,” you said easily, voice light, “that okay?”
“Please,” Sarah teased, shooting Joel a smirk. “Any chance to take him off my hands is always appreciated.”
Joel snorted, shaking his head as Sarah turned back toward the couch, giggling to herself. But when he looked back at you, the brightness from a moment ago had already dimmed. The smile had slipped—not completely, but enough. Your lips were still quirked at the edges, but your eyes… your eyes looked tired.
Joel exhaled, rubbing the back of his neck.
“So,” you sighed, shifting slightly on your feet. “Can we talk?”
There was something in your voice, something heavy, something that sat thick in the air between you. And Joel knew. He knew what this had to be about, but that didn’t stop his mind from racing, didn’t stop the sudden, gnawing pull in his gut as a dozen worst-case scenarios started clawing their way forward.
Were you here to tell him it was all a mistake? That he should’ve never come near you like that, never agreed to something so ridiculous? Were you going to say you couldn’t look at him the same, that you didn’t want to, that whatever had happened between you was too far over some invisible line?
Or worse—were you here to cut him out entirely? To tell him he was done, that he’d never step foot in your house again, never see the baby he had tried to put in you?
The thought settled cold in his stomach, but he didn’t let it show. He just jerked his head toward the hall, leading you through the quiet house and out to the back door.
The porch creaked beneath your weight as you moved, wordless, settling onto the old swing. Joel followed, standing a few paces away, one hand braced against the railing. You didn’t look at him. He didn’t look at you.
Your eyes were fixed on the pool in the yard—the above-ground one he’d put in for Sarah and her friends this summer, the water still rippling from whatever movement had last disturbed it. The tubes and pool rafts floated aimlessly, bobbing in the quiet evening breeze.
But you weren’t really looking at them. Joel could tell your stare was a thousand miles away.
Just say it, he thought. Just tell me you think it was all a mistake, so I can stop going crazy in my head.
“It didn’t work,” you finally said, voice cracking.
Joel’s eyes found yours, and for a moment, all he could do was look.
You were beautiful in the dying light—soft gold settling over your features, catching in the moisture gathering in your eyes. Your chin wobbled, lips parting slightly as you sucked in a shaky breath, fighting for control.
His chest ached.
Joel had never been good at this. Never been the type for soft reassurances or knowing what to say when someone was hurting. But he couldn’t just stand there, not when you looked like this. So he moved, stiff and uncertain, stepping toward the swing before lowering himself onto it beside you.
The wood groaned slightly beneath his weight and for a second he hesitated, fingers twitching against his thigh. Then, after a beat, he lifted a hand and rested it on your shoulder, squeezing gently.
The sound you let out was small, choked, a breath away from a sob. Your hands flew up to your face as your shoulders curled inward, your body trembling against the weight of it.
And then—before he could react—you turned into him. Pressed your face against his chest, curled against his side like it was the most natural thing in the world.
Joel stiffened.
For a long, still moment, he didn’t move, his body locked up tight. His breath was shallow, caught somewhere in his throat, but the sound of you—soft, muffled cries against his shirt, the uneven tremble of your breath—made his chest pull even tighter.
Carefully, slowly, he let his arm settle around you.
He wasn’t sure how much comfort he could offer, but he could do this. He could be solid. He could be warm. He could let his fingers trace slow, steady strokes over your arm, grounding you, letting you take what you needed.
“I’m sorry,” he finally whispered.
You sniffled, your body shifting as you pulled back slightly. It was like you suddenly realized how close you were, blinking up at him, eyes glassy but clearer now.
“It’s—” you exhaled shakily, rubbing at your face with the sleeve of your hoodie. “It’s okay. Not your fault, of course.”
Your shoulder still pressed lightly against his, and Joel’s arm, solid and steady around you, didn’t move. He wasn’t sure if it was to comfort you or to keep himself grounded, but his thumb was still tracing slow, absentminded strokes against your arm, like if he stopped, something might shift in a way he wasn’t ready for.
The quiet between you stretched, thick and full, the weight of everything that had transpired the past few weeks hanging in the warm evening air. The swing creaked softly beneath you, the distant chirp of crickets threading through the silence, but neither of you spoke.
Joel wasn’t sure what the hell he was supposed to say.
He didn’t know how to fix this. Didn’t know if you even wanted him to fix it. So he just sat there, his fingers still moving, his eyes still studying you—your profile washed in golden light, the way your lashes were still damp, the slow rise and fall of your chest as you tried to steady yourself.
And then—
“Would you…” Your voice was small, barely above a whisper.
Joel felt like his lungs stopped working, his heart kicking up before he even knew why. You were still staring down at your lap, fingers twisting together, your teeth catching at your lip as you sucked in a breath like you weren’t sure how to say what you wanted to.
You tried again. “Would you be okay with…”
You trailed off, shaking your head. Still not looking at him.
But Joel knew. Knew before you even said it, before the words could form, before you could force yourself to meet his gaze.
“You want to try again?” he asked quietly.
That got you to look at him.
And when your eyes met his, something shifted. Because Joel suddenly realized just how close you were.
Close enough that he could make out every ridge and curve of your soft lips, every delicate flicker of color in your irises, every tiny freckle that summer had kissed onto your skin. He hadn’t noticed it before—not really. Not in the dark of your room, not when he’d been too caught up in the moment to see you the way he did now.
Yes, you were nice-looking—Tommy always had good taste in women. But Joel had never let himself notice something like that. Not before. Not until now, until you were watching him with that hesitant, quiet hope, until something deep and unfamiliar curled in his chest in a way he couldn’t quite name.
He could feel you shifting beside him, like you were fighting some sort of urge, like you didn’t quite know what to do with yourself. He got it. He felt it too. That strange, electric wrongness, the awareness that neither of you was saying what you were actually thinking. His fingers twitched where they laid, but he didn’t move them.
“Would you be okay with that?” you asked softly. “I’ll talk to Tommy, see what he thinks, of course. He’s out tonight, but I just—I couldn’t stand being alone. After taking the test this morning, it just felt so empty in the house. It’s okay if you don’t want to, of course. We can figure out something else, maybe a donor or some sort of IVF or surrogacy—”
You were rambling now, your words tumbling out too fast, your hands twisting in your lap, your eyes darting away from his like you didn’t really expect him to say yes.
Joel didn’t know what the hell to do with the mess of feelings twisting inside him as he watched you stumble over your words. It wasn’t like you to hesitate, to second-guess yourself—but now, you were looking anywhere but at him, your fingers fidgeting, your breath uneven. He should’ve let you work through it. Should’ve waited. But before he could think better of it, his hand moved, fingers brushing beneath your chin, tilting your face up to his.
Your breath hitched as he lifted your face toward him, guiding your eyes back to his in a slow, careful motion that had nothing to do with the things he wasn’t supposed to think about.
“I’ll do it,” he murmured, his voice low, steady. And damn him, he couldn't help the way his eyes flickered to your lips as they parted when he said, “We can try again.”
Tumblr media
“Are you sure you have to go?” you asked, your hands resting on Tommy’s chest as he held your hips, fingers squeezing gently.
His smile was soft, easy—full of the kind of warmth Joel had no business standing in the middle of. There was so much love in your eyes, so much familiarity between you, and Joel felt like he was intruding.
But that didn’t make much sense, did it? You’d both invited him here. You’d both agreed to this. And yet, here he was, sitting on the damn couch, trying not to watch the way you looked at your husband—like you’d rather he stayed, like you weren’t about to let his older brother take his place in your bed for the night.
“Listen, hun,” Tommy said, brushing a strand of hair from your face. “You know how Frank’s been feelin’, all the pressure of havin’ a baby soon. Maria’s gonna pop any day now, and the least the fellas could do was plan a night away.”
You pouted up at him, fingers playing absently in the longer strands of hair at his nape.
Joel exhaled slowly through his nose, trying to focus on anything else. The clock ticking on the wall. The hum of the fridge. The feeling of his own damn skin crawling.
“Joel here’ll take good care of ya,” Tommy said, and Joel’s body locked up.
His head jerked up, his whole body locking up like he’d been physically struck.
When he met Tommy’s gaze, there wasn’t even a flicker of mischief there. No teasing, no knowing smirk. Like he hadn’t just said the worst goddamn innuendo Joel had ever heard in his life.
Christ.
“Jesus, Tommy,” Joel muttered under his breath, but his brother didn’t hear him.
Or maybe he just ignored him.
Either way, Joel didn’t look. Didn’t watch the way Tommy leaned down, kissed you slow and lingering. Didn’t watch the way you melted into it, or the way his little brother looked at you like you were the most precious thing in the world to him.
Not with what the night had in store for the two of you.
When the door shut behind Tommy a few minutes later, you turned, your eyes flicking to Joel—hesitant, uncertain—before darting away just as fast.
There was no getting over how weird this was.
“Can I… get you something to drink?” you asked from across the room, your voice just a little too casual, like you were trying to make this feel normal.
Joel nodded. Something to take the edge off was exactly what he needed.
With Sarah at a friend’s for the night, there was no rush, no curfew, no reason to be anywhere but here. He could take his time. He should take his time, not rush into it like last time. He still felt bad about how long it had taken him to get it up. But what the hell did anyone expect?
This was weird.
His younger brother asking him to put a baby in his wife.
His sweet, pretty, sexy wife.
Oh, Jesus Christ.
Joel cleared his throat, rubbing a hand over his jaw as you turned to grab the bottle from the cabinet. His eyes flicked down—just for a second—catching the curve of your waist, the slope of your back as you reached for two glasses.
He needed to get his shit together.
“Whiskey, really?” he asked, surprised.
“I thought it would be for the best. Ya know. Calm the nerves.”
“You’re nervous?” He didn't mean for it to come out so rough, so low and gravely, but something in the way you were standing there, hand wrapped around the wide glass as you looked between him and the drink.
You handed him his glass, fingers brushing, and you pulled away as soon as his hand wrapped around it, grabbing yours and walking into the living room, “Aren’t you?”
Joel brought the glass to his lips, giving himself a second before responding as he sat down across from you. The whiskey burned, but not as much as the look you gave him over the rim of your own glass.
"Wouldn’t call it nervous," he muttered, setting his drink down on the table.
You hummed, taking another sip. "No?"
"Nah." He shifted, the leather couch creaking beneath him. "Just... y’know. Wrappin’ my head around it."
You studied him for a long beat, fingers curled loosely around your glass. "So you’re sayin’ it’s not weird for you at all?"
Joel let out a little chuckle, rubbing his palm over his thigh. "Didn’t say that."
Your lips quirked, but it wasn’t quite a smile. Maybe more like you were just relieved that he was talking to you again. Something in Joel shifted at the realization. He should’ve been better at this—at talking, at making this easier. At not making things so damn weird.
"Guess I just figured the second time would be easier," you admitted, voice softer now, quieter.
"Easier how?" Joel asked, his hands twitching on his thighs before he grabbed his glass again, taking another sip just to do something.
You hesitated. "Jus’ didn’t expect it to feel so…" Your eyes, previously glued to the contents of your drink, flickered up to meet his. Joel felt his stomach flip, his pulse tick up. Your gaze was steady, unsure but searching, and he could feel it— the weight of it settling somewhere deep in his chest, in the thick, charged air between you.
“Tense.” you finished, and Joel swallowed down his last sip of whiskey, the burn sinking all the way to his gut, welcome this time—anything to settle the fire licking up his spine.
It took a moment before Joel realized the both of you were staring at each other, gazes locked and burning across the room.
The silence stretched, thick and unmoving, the weight of it pressing down on his chest. He should look away, should say something to break whatever spell this was, but his body wasn’t cooperating. His fingers flexed around his empty glass, his breath slow and measured like he was trying real hard not to give himself away.
Then, you blinked, inhaled, and wet your lips before forcing out a quiet, “Should we… get to it, then?”
Joel exhaled through his nose, tilting his head slightly, eyes dragging over your face, searching. “That what you wanna do?” His voice came out rougher than he meant, lower, like the whiskey had settled there and refused to budge.
You let out a breathy laugh—nervous, unsure. “Isn’t that what we’re here for?”
Joel didn’t answer at first. He just set his empty glass down on the table, slow and deliberate, the soft clink against the wood the only sound between you. Then, he leaned forward, elbows braced on his knees, watching you.
“I mean,” he murmured, voice low, “we got all night, don’t we?”
You nodded, slow, absent, your teeth catching your bottom lip as your fingers toyed with the hem of your shorts. Your bare legs shifted slightly, restless, and Joel could see the way your body carried the same tightly wound energy thrumming under his own skin.
And for the first time, he wondered if it wasn’t just him who felt different. If you’d been thinking about that night all along too. If this thing, this quiet, simmering thing between you, had started to crack open something neither of you were ready to face.
Joel swallowed, flexing his fingers against his knees before dragging one hand over his jaw. “You sure about this?” he asked, his voice rougher than he intended.
You exhaled, shifting in your seat, but when your eyes lifted to his, there was something there—something nervous, maybe, but certain.
“Yeah,” you said quietly. “I’m sure.”
Joel nodded once, slow, measured. “Alright.”
But neither of you moved.
Not yet.
And that might’ve been the worst part, the way the space between you suddenly felt charged, humming, like a live wire sparking at both ends, neither one of you quite willing to touch it first.
Joel finally sat back, spreading his legs slightly, running his tongue over his teeth in thought. “How you wanna do this?”
The words sent something sharp curling low in his stomach, but he kept his expression even. Neutral. Like this wasn’t the strangest damn conversation he’d ever had in his life.
Your lips parted slightly, like you hadn’t expected him to ask that, and something flickered in your gaze.
“I…” You hesitated, shifting again. “I don’t know.”
Joel huffed a quiet breath, rubbing a hand over his thigh. “Why don’t you tell me what you like,”
He meant it as a practical question. But the second the words left his mouth, something about them felt different. Felt thick.
Your throat bobbed as you swallowed, lips parting again—but no words came.
Joel’s fingers flexed where they rested, and then, slowly, deliberately, he lifted his hand and curled two fingers toward himself in a beckoning motion.
“C’mere.” His voice was low, rough, unwavering. His other hand patted the empty space beside him on the couch.
Your eyes went wide.
Joel’s gaze stayed steady, dark and unreadable, waiting, watching. And when you didn’t move, when you stayed frozen in place, teeth worrying your lip like you weren’t sure if you should—
He tilted his head slightly, exhaling through his nose.
“Don’t be all shy now,” he murmured. “You helped me last time. I’ll help you this time.” A pause, thick with meaning. “Come on, now.”
Your fingers twitched, and then slowly, hesitantly, you moved towards him.
You set down the empty whiskey glass with a soft clink, and Joel caught the slight tremble in your hands as you made your way over to him. You sat beside him, close but not too close, your body angled toward his, but still not touching. He could feel the heat of you, though, could sense the way you hovered in that charged space, your breath just a little uneven.
Your eyes flickered to his, uncertain, waiting.
Joel let the moment stretch before speaking, voice low, rough with the remnants of whiskey and something heavier. “Now,” he drawled, slow and deliberate, as his hand rested on the back of the couch as he turned towards you, “what’s got you all worked up, hm? Why you nervous tonight? Weren’t nervous last time.”
You blinked at him, “Yes, I was.”
Joel shot you a look, brows furrowing slightly.
You were?
Hell, he was the one who’d been in damn ribbons last time, all wound up so tight he couldn’t even get hard at first. But you…you’d been steady, patient, pulling him out of his own head with soft hands and softer words, guiding him through it like you’d done this a thousand times before.
But now, looking at you, at the way your fingers twisted absently in your lap, at the way you were still hesitating, hovering, he realized maybe he’d had it all wrong.
Maybe you’d just been better at hiding it.
Something in him shifted at that thought, something warm and unexpected. And then—just like that—the corner of your mouth quirked up, barely there, but enough.
Enough to break the tension just a little.
Joel’s gaze stayed locked on yours, watching the way your lips twitched with that barely-there smile, the way you shifted in your seat, still wound up tight. You might’ve been trying to play it off, but he could see it now. The way your body was holding something back, how much you were overthinking, just like he had last time.
He leaned in slightly, his voice dropping low and edged with something darker.
“How do you usually get off?”
He watched the way your body reacted to the question, your thighs pressing together just slightly, the way your fingers tensed against the couch cushion, like you needed something to hold onto.
“Joel—”
“C’mon, now,” he murmured, tilting his head, gaze flickering down your body before finding your eyes again. “You asked me the same question last time. Let me help you relax, sweetheart.”
Your breath came a little faster now, chest rising and falling, and for a second, Joel thought you might overthink your way out of this. Might shake your head, pull away, break the moment before it could go any further.
“I, um…” Your teeth caught your bottom lip harder now as your eyes flicked away, like you were thinking, trying to find the right words. “Tommy—he usually… he’ll go down on me.”
Joel hummed, urging you on. “Mhm.”
“And usually I’ll get off then—”
“Usually?” Joel interjected without thinking. His brow furrowed slightly as he looked at you.
You shrugged, like it wasn’t a big deal. “Sometimes it takes a while,” you admitted. “So I tell him to give up and—”
“Give up?!” Now Joel was incredulous. His head jerked slightly as he wiped a hand down his face, like he could scrub away the mental image of his little brother trying and failing to make his own damn wife finish on his tongue.
"Jesus Christ."
You gave a small, amused shake of your head. “Not everyone is as talented as you, Joel Miller.”
The words left your mouth so easily, a throwaway comment, but the second you said it, your face went red, realizing what you’d just admitted. You let out a breathy laugh, trying to play it off as a joke, but Joel wasn’t remotely amused.
Because he’d seen the way you shrugged when you said give up. Like it was normal. Like you didn’t expect anything else.
No. He wasn’t having any of that.
His expression hardened, jaw ticking.
“Lay back.”
Your eyes widened slightly, your lips parting as you released your lip from between your teeth. “What?”
“Lay back, dammit. Pants off.”
“Joel, we’re—”
“You keep breakin’ Rule Number Three, doll, I’m gonna start thinkin’ you don’t give a damn about ‘em.” His voice was firm, his gaze unwavering.
“Sorry,” you murmured, your voice softer now, almost breathless, and Joel’s stomach tightened at the sound of it.
Joel was already moving, shifting forward, his body his broad frame eclipsing yours, forcing you to either back up or let him take what he wanted. You braced yourself against the couch, your hands gripping at the cushions as he hovered over you, broad and unrelenting.
“You don’t have to–”
“I said lay back, baby,” he murmured, voice low and firm, edged with something dark and determined. His fingers brushed against your thigh, coaxing, teasing, his eyes locked onto yours. “Lemme show you how it’s supposed to be.”
You hesitated, your chest rising and falling too quickly, lips parting like you wanted to say something—maybe protest, maybe challenge him—but instead, you obeyed.
You let him guide you down, sinking back against the cushions, legs still bent, thighs pressed tight together.
Joel hummed at the sight of you beneath him, at the way you looked up at him now—uncertain, but wanting. He could see it in the way your breath hitched, in the way your fingers twitched like you didn’t know what to do with them.
“That’s a good girl,” he muttered, dragging his palm up the length of your thigh, heat radiating from his touch even through the fabric of your shorts.
He should take his time, should tease you like he’d been dreaming about in the weeks between last time and now—the way he’d pictured you squirming, begging for him. But then he remembered what you’d said.
How sometimes it took too long.
How you’d just tell Tommy to give up.
Like it was your fault. Like you were too much work.
Bullshit.
Joel’s jaw ticked, something dark and dangerous curling in his gut. His fingers flexed against your skin before slipping beneath the waistband of your shorts, tugging them down before you could say anything else.
You sucked in a breath, hips lifting instinctively, letting him pull them past your thighs, past your knees, tossing them somewhere behind him. His hands settled firm on your legs, his thumbs stroking slow, deliberate circles against your inner thighs as he spread them wider.
And fuck, you were already so wet, your panties clinging to you, a darkened patch right where he wanted to put his mouth.
His smirk was slow, satisfied.
"What’s this all about, hm?" he purred, pressing his thumb against the damp fabric, rubbing just enough to make you jolt. "Wanna tell me what’s got you all dripping for me already?"
Your breath hitched, a little mewl escaping you as you tried pushing your thighs together, squeezing tight, making the soft, puffy outline of your lips press perfectly against the thin fabric.
Joel swore he started salivating.
His hands ran up your legs as he sank onto the floor, knees pressing firm against the couch cushions, palms settling against the soft skin of your inner thighs. He wanted you spread open for him, wanted all of you.
"Tell me, baby," he urged, voice thick, coaxing.
Your throat bobbed, lips parting, your breath a little shaky. "I was…" You swallowed hard, fingers twisting in the couch cushion, "I was just remembering."
Joel’s eyes flicked to yours, heavy-lidded and dazed, thick with want. "Rememberin’ what?"
You met his gaze, lashes low, voice barely above a breath. "How good you made me feel last time. I’d never… felt that before. Not like that, at least."
Jesus fucking Christ.
Joel let out a low groan, his cock stiffening behind his zipper, aching in a way that made his breath come slow and deep through his nose. You had to feel it, the hard press of denim against your ass, the way his body reacted to your words, to the way you looked at him like you were already cock-drunk before he even touched you properly.
"You felt so good, Joel," you murmured, your voice thick, dreamy, like you were already sinking into it. "Made me feel so good."
His fingers curled against your thighs, pressing in just a little harder.
"Gonna make you feel real good again, baby," he muttered, voice rough as his fingers hooked into your panties. He pulled them down slow, savoring the sight of them peeling away from your slick folds, strings of arousal clinging to the fabric.
"Open these pretty legs for me," he murmured, gripping your thighs, easing them apart as he settled lower, gaze locked on the glistening heat between them.
You let him hold you open, bare to him, and all Joel could think about was getting his mouth on you, making you come undone the way you were supposed to.
The way he knew he could.
Joel’s breath was heavy, measured, but inside, he was burning.
He slid his palms up your thighs, pressing them wider, his thumbs tracing firm, slow strokes along the sensitive skin. His hands felt big where they gripped you, broad and rough, like they could hold you there forever, keep you open for him until he was satisfied.
And right now, he was hungry.
His gaze stayed locked between your legs, taking in the way you glistened in the low light, slick and dripping for him, already so ready. He exhaled sharply through his nose, his cock pulsing behind the tight confines of his jeans.
"Fuck, baby," he murmured, almost to himself, dragging his thumbs over your inner thighs, watching the way your muscles twitched beneath his touch. "You got no clue how pretty you are down here, do you?"
You whimpered, a small, needy sound, and Joel felt it straight in his gut.
He leaned in, inhaling against your core, lips just barely brushing against you—not quite a kiss, not quite a touch, just enough to tease, to let you feel the heat of his breath against your slick folds.
You gasped, your hips jerking slightly.
He smirked, the ghost of it pressing against your skin.
"Easy, sweetheart," he murmured, smoothing his hands over your thighs, grounding you, keeping you spread open for him. "Ain’t gotta rush. Gonna take my time with you."
And then, finally he let his tongue drag through your folds, broad and slow, from your dripping entrance up to your swollen clit.
You shuddered.
Your fingers scrambled at the couch cushion, a broken moan spilling from your lips, thighs trembling beneath his hands.
"That’s it," Joel muttered against you, voice thick, satisfied. He dragged his tongue over you again, slower this time, savoring the way you tasted, the way you reacted.
He loved this—loved watching you come undone beneath him, loved the way your body melted, how you gave in so easily when someone actually took their damn time with you.
His mouth latched onto your clit, sucking just enough to make your back arch off the couch, another moan breaking free.
"Joel—oh my God—"
"Mmm," he hummed in response, the vibration sending a sharp jolt through your core. His fingers dug into your thighs, holding you still, keeping you right where he wanted you.
You were practically dripping onto the couch, coating his lips, his chin, and Joel loved it. Lapped it up like he was dying for it, groaning against you, letting himself drown in you.
He flicked his tongue, slow and teasing, before dragging it down, prodding your entrance. His hands slid up, fingers pressing against the dips of your hips, holding you steady as his tongue dipped inside you.
You choked on a breath, your thighs twitching against his shoulders, and Joel grinned.
"Yeah?" he rasped, pulling back just slightly, his lips slick and shining with you. "That feel good, sweetheart?"
You barely managed to nod before his mouth was back on you, eating you like a man starved.
Your hands fisted in his hair, and he groaned against you. He loved how messy you were, how you squirmed just as he’d imagined, how you kept whispering his fucking name, breathless and desperate like you just couldnt help yourself.
He knew there was a reason that was a rule.
Because it sounded too fucking pretty coming from your mouth, tangled up in all those sweet little sounds you were making, and he never wanted to stop hearing it.
"Ain’t learned your lesson yet, huh?" he muttered against you, voice thick with sin, pressing a kiss against your clit before dragging his tongue over it again, slow and deliberate, feeling the way you jerked. "Keep breakin’ that rule, sweetheart, and I’m never gonna stop."
A little choked noise escaped you, hands pulling harder in his hair, but you weren’t pushing him away—you were pulling him in.
And fuck, did that make him ache.
"Bet you don’t come this quick for him, do you?" he rasped, letting his tongue dip down, teasing at your entrance before pressing inside, groaning as he felt you pulse around him. "How long’s it take you on my brother’s tongue, huh? You gotta work for it? Tell him it’s okay to give up?"
You whimpered, a full-body shudder rolling through you, your hips rolling up, chasing more, and fuck, that answer was all he needed.
Joel grinned against you.
"Not with me, baby. Nuh-uh. You come when I tell you to, and you ain't goin' nowhere 'til I get what I want."
His fingers dug into your thighs as he devoured you, tongue working you over, sucking slow, firm pulls on your clit until your whole body seized beneath him.
"Joel—"
Your thighs clamped around his head, hands flying to your mouth like you could stop it, like you knew you weren’t supposed to say it.
Joel groaned, filthy and deep, gripping your hips tighter, dragging you down against his mouth, forcing you to take it.
"That's it, baby," he growled against you, tongue curling, licking deep. "Say it again. Come on my tongue saying my name, just like that."
You shattered, a strangled, broken cry falling from your lips as you gushed against his tongue, whole body trembling, thighs shaking around his head.
And Joel fucking loved it.
But he wasn't done. Not even close.
Your breath was still uneven, your body twitching from the aftershocks, when he kept going.
"Too much—" your voice was a high, breathless plea, hips shifting like you were trying to get away, but Joel chuckled, gripping you tighter, keeping you exactly where he wanted you.
"Nah, sweetheart," he murmured, pressing an open-mouthed kiss against your soaked folds. "Tommy might let you tap out, but I ain’t him. You’re gonna take everything I give you."
And then he was back on you, devouring you, tongue pushing into you, working you open, tasting you like he was fucking starved for it.
You gasped, legs trembling, but Joel just held you still, broad hands locked tight around your thighs, thumbs digging into the soft flesh as he pinned you down.
He wasn’t sure what came over him in these moments. Wasn’t sure if he’d ever been like this before. He couldn’t remember another time a woman made him feel this insatiable, this hungry. He kept telling himself one more—just one more, to wring you out and leave you spent beneath him. But you were still so soft, still so wet, and he wasn’t finished yet.
He pulled back just enough to watch the way you twitched beneath him, your lips parted, your chest rising and falling fast. Your thighs gave a little shake where he held them apart, and fuck—you looked downright beautiful.
You were panting, wrecked, tears pricking at the corners of your eyes, legs trembling where he held them apart.
And Joel was grinning against you.
Because you hadn’t told him to stop yet.
And until you did, he was gonna pull another from you.
And another.
And another.

By the time you came the fifth time, you were boneless.
Joel leaned back slightly, watching the way you just lay there, sprawled out against the couch like your body had melted into it, chest rising and falling in uneven breaths. Your legs were still twitching, little aftershocks making you jolt every now and then, and he could feel the warmth of you still slick and messy against his mouth, his chin, his fingers.
He wasn’t sure if you were even conscious after that last one.
He swiped the back of his hand across his mouth, jaw tightening at the sight of you—wrecked, trembling, looking like you hadn’t even processed what the hell had just happened to you.
Joel exhaled through his nose, pleased, then dragged himself up over your body, bracing his forearms on either side of your head. You barely stirred, eyes fluttering, a sleepy little hum slipping from your lips as his hand slid into your hair, tucking it behind your ear.
"Sweetheart," he murmured, voice rough.
You made a noise, something breathy and spent, your eyes opening just barely.
“Hm?”
Joel smirked. "You need a break?"
There was a beat, like you were trying to process what that even meant—then a sleepy little giggle bubbled up in your throat, your hands finding his hair, fingertips scratching lightly against his scalp.
"Maybe like, five minutes," you murmured, smiling up at him, wrecked but glowing.
Joel huffed a laugh, shaking his head, before pulling you against him. You let out a surprised squeak as he stood up, gathering you into his arms like you weighed nothing.
“What the—?”
Joel shot you a lazy grin, shifting you higher against his chest. "My brother would kill me if I told him I knocked you up on a couch like a teenage boy."
That finally seemed to wake you up.
Your whole body stiffened, eyes going a little wide as reality set in.
"Oh, god…" you murmured, voice a little hoarse, your hands gripping at his shoulders. "I can't believe we just… I just did that…"
And fuck, something in Joel sank at the sound of your voice.
Because he knew that tone. Knew it well—that creeping guilt, that second-guessing, the way someone’s mind started running ahead of them, thinking about what it all meant instead of how it felt.
His jaw tightened.
He hadn’t meant to… he didn’t even know what came over him. He should’ve stopped earlier, should’ve slowed down, should’ve given you more space to breathe before he just took and took and took.
But Jesus, the way you responded to him, the way you gave it all back, the way you opened for him like you’d been waiting for someone to finally take care of you—
It did something to him. Still, he had to be sure.
"Hey." His voice was softer now, more even, as he shifted his grip on you, keeping you steady in his arms as he began to climb the stairs. "Ain't nobody gotta know. Stays between us."
You blinked up at him, chest still rising and falling a little too quickly, fingers curling slightly into his shirt.
“But Tommy—”
Joel shook his head, cutting you off gently. "Tommy don't need to know a damn thing ‘cept that we tried."
You swallowed, lips pressing together like you were still processing, like you wanted to say something else, but didn’t know how.
Joel exhaled, shifting his weight slightly, giving you something solid to hold onto.
"You still want this, don’t you?" he asked, quiet, steady.
You hesitated—but then, slowly, you nodded.
"Yeah."
Joel nodded back, just once.
"Then that's all that matters."
His hand smoothed over your back, solid and warm, grounding you. "We just keep doin' what we agreed on. Nothin’ more, nothin’ less."
Your breath hitched slightly, but you nodded again.
And Joel didn’t let himself think about why that felt like a lie as he crossed the threshold into your bedroom.
Eventually, he laid you down on the bed, and you settled back against the pillows, your chest still rising and falling in slow, deep breaths. You reached for the hem of your shirt, peeling it off and tossing it somewhere, your bra following it to the floor.
Joel took his time. He shucked off his jeans, then his shirt, watching the way heat crept up your neck, the flush deepening across your skin as you took him in.
He told himself he just wanted to see your reaction—wanted to watch the way you took him in, wide-eyed and wanting—but the truth was, last time, he’d been so caught up in his own head, trying to wrap his mind around what the fuck he was doing, he barely let himself process it.
He wanted to commit this to memory.
In case it was the last time.
His hand wrapped around his cock, the poor thing aching, flushed dark at the tip, leaking, desperate for relief. He hissed through his teeth, exhaling sharply as he stroked himself, his eyes fluttering shut for just a second before he climbed onto the bed.
But before he could settle over you, you moved. You laid down flat on your belly, head toward the foot of the bed, your chest pressed flush to the mattress, your ass tilted up just slightly.
And right in front of you—the dresser mirror.
Joel’s body locked up as his eyes flicked up, finding his own reflection staring back at him. But then—your eyes met his through the glass, a little shy, a little hesitant.
Jesus fucking Christ.
His cock twitched in his hand, and his grip tightened around the base like he needed to ground himself, keep himself from losing control too fucking fast.
And then you smiled—small, soft, still lost in that post-orgasm haze, warm and pliant and looking like you’d do anything he told you to.
Joel climbed onto the bed, moving behind you, his weight shifting over your back as his broad hands settled on your hips, gripping firm.
His eyes flicked back up to the mirror, watching the way you looked at him, watching yourself.
He smirked.
“You dirty girl,” he murmured, his grip tightening as he ground his cock through your slick folds, coating himself in your arousal.
A breathy whimper slipped from your lips, your body arching, pressing your ass back into him, and he swore under his breath as his bulbous, leaking tip caught against your entrance.
The heat of you, still soaking, still so tight, made his breath catch as he  lowered himself, chest pressing into your back, caging you in, his lips grazing the shell of your ear as his cock teased against you, notching at your entrance, pushing just barely.
"You wanna watch me fuck you?" he rasped, his voice low, dark, dripping with sin.
You let out a shaky breath, eyes fluttering shut, and Joel rolled his hips forward, making you feel every inch of him stretching you open, slow, teasing, unbearable.
Your eyes snapped open, a choked gasp spilling from your lips as your gaze locked onto his in the mirror.
That wrecked, ruined expression, that wide-eyed shock as you took him inch by inch, deeper and deeper…
He knew was never gonna forget this.
Joel growled against your ear, his breath hot, his hips pressing flush against your ass as he bottomed out, stretching you open until there was nowhere left for you to go.
"Wanna watch your husband’s own brother knock you up, baby?" he purred.
Your jaw dropped, eyes going glassy, mouth parted in a silent cry as he felt you squeeze around him, your tight little pussy gripping him like you’d never let him go.
Joel had never felt anything this good.
He pulled back, just barely, before sinking home again, slow and deep, forcing you to feel every inch of him, every drag of his cock as he stretched you open all over again.
You whimpered, nails scraping against the sheets, already wrecked, but not nearly done.
He watched in the mirror as your lips parted, as your lashes fluttered, as your brows furrowed at the overwhelming sensation of it—of him, filling you to the brim, thick and unrelenting.
"That’s it, pretty girl," he groaned, grinding into you, pressing his full weight over you, hips rolling in a slow, deep rhythm. "Take it just like that. Nice ‘n easy, let me feel you, huh?"
Your mouth fell open, a breathy little moan spilling out as he fucked you slow, letting you feel every inch, dragging it out, stretching it thicker, deeper.
Then he pulled back, bracing a big, rough hand on your hip before thrusting forward, harder this time, deeper, dragging a sharp gasp from your lips as your eyes flew open— and as he looked up and saw your face, he could’ve finished right then and there, your eyes flashing open wide and your wrecked voice crying out for him.
His jaw clenched, his fingers digging into your hip as he set a punishing rhythm, hips snapping against your ass, the slick wet sounds of you taking him filling the room, mixing with the soft, broken noises slipping from your mouth as he fucked you hard, deep, like he’d been waiting his whole life to do this.
Joel’s body pinned you down, his weight heavy and solid as he laid over you. There was nowhere to go, nowhere to move—just him, pressing you into the mattress, keeping you exactly where he wanted you, exactly where you needed to be.
The heat of him burned into your back, his chest slick against your skin, his breaths hot and uneven at your ear as he worked himself slow and deep, grinding his hips down into you, forcing your body to take everything he gave you.
You couldn’t move.
You could barely breathe.
Every push forward drove you deeper into the mattress, your fingers gripping at the sheets, holding on as his pace built, each thrust sinking him deeper, stretching you open with long, deliberate strokes.
Joel groaned against the nape of your neck, his mouth grazing your skin as his hips rocked into you, dragging you forward with every heavy roll of his body. His weight bore down, pressing you into the bed, keeping you flush beneath him, letting him sink in to the very hilt, until you could feel every thick inch of him, filling you, claiming you.
He could feel everything—the way your body clenched around him, the way your walls fluttered, pulling him in deeper, tight and wet, keeping him locked inside you.
And in the mirror, he could see how flushed, how spent and wrecked you were, your soft lips in a perfect ‘o’ as he kept pushing himself to the hilt, your velvet walls constricting his cock with every thrust. He relished in the feeling, how deep he was inside you, how good you felt wrapped around him, how you had no choice but to take it.
Your moan was soft, needy, muffled by the sheets, your back arching, trying to press into him, trying to take him even deeper.
"You’re gonna come again, aren’t you?" Joel murmured against your sweat-slicked skin, feeling the way your walls squeezed him tighter, your body locking up, every muscle trembling beneath him. One of his hands slid under you, finding your clit easily and starting to rub slow circles using two thick fingers, "Gonna give me another, baby? Gonna let me feel you?"
His hand slid up, his fingers brushing over your throat, tilting your face to the mirror.
"Look at yourself." he said as his hand wrapped around your face, thumb pushing into your cheek and fingers digging into your jaw as he brought your gaze up to meet his.
Your eyes met his, glassy and fogged, your lips parted, your breath coming in short, desperate gasps as he ground into you, holding you still, keeping you stretched full and helpless beneath him.
"You see that, baby?" he whispered, his fingers tightening at your jaw, keeping you there, keeping you watching, “See how perfect you look takin’ my cock?”
Joel thrust deeper, grinding his hips against your ass, rocking into you, making sure you felt every thick inch stretching you, keeping you full.
“You know, my brother can pretend all he wants," Joel growled, driving into you harder, making you feel it, making you take it.
"But this pussy’s mine now," he snarled, his fingers gripping tight at your jaw, making you watch yourself begin to fall apart on him.
"Was mine the second you came on my cock last time, wasn’t it?" he rasped, thrusting deep, holding you full, his fingers grinding slow and taunting against your swollen, sensitive clit.
"Go on," he growled, fingers and thumb gripping your jaw, sliding one up to press firmly at your lips before pushing past them, hooking into your mouth. "Say it."
Your breath hitched, a muffled coo spilling around his thick finger.
“All yours, Joel,” you whimpered, voice broken, wrecked, helpless.
Your words turned into a sob, your thighs shaking, your body locking up as your orgasm tore through you, your muscles clenching down tight around him, your walls milking his cock, dragging him even deeper.
Joel groaned, his head tilting into your neck, feeling you pulse around him, trying to pull him in, hold him there, keep him inside you.
You heaved in breaths, trembling beneath him, as he released his tight hold on your face, your head met the bed, too wrecked to hold yourself up.
Joel followed you down, face pressed into your shoulder, holding you still as he thrust once more, deep and final, his body locking up as he filled you, spilling inside you, holding you down, making sure you took all of it.
He stayed there for a long moment, panting, his breath warm against the back of your neck, his body covering yours completely.
Joel didn’t move right away.
His breath was ragged, hot against your sweat-damp skin, his weight still pressing heavy over you, pinning you down, keeping you filled, stuffed, claimed.
His arms caged around you, his chest pressing into your back, the lingering aftershocks of release making both of you twitch, shuddering in the same unsteady rhythm.
But as the haze of it ebbed, something else crept in.
His own words, thrown into the thick air like a brand, still hanging there.
My brother can pretend all he wants.
This pussy’s mine now.
Was mine the second you came on my cock.
Joel exhaled slowly, eyes pressing shut, realization sinking into him like a heavy weight.
Jesus Christ.
He shouldn’t have said that.
He’d felt it—deep in his chest, in the pit of his stomach, in the way you clung to him, the way you let him take and take and take like you needed it just as badly. But saying it? Letting those thoughts slip out, low and raw and real—
That was something else entirely.
His grip loosened, fingers flexing where they’d held you too tight, his body finally easing up, lifting off you, just a little. Enough to give you air.
His mouth hovered at your shoulder, his breath still uneven, before he forced himself to speak.
"I’m sorry," he breathed, voice rough, thick with something he didn’t want to name. "I… I shouldn’t have—"
“Joel?” Your voice was weak, soft, barely above a breath.
And when he looked up at you, your eyes were open just a little, sleep-heavy, a small, lazy smile tugging at your lips.
He swallowed. "Yeah?" he asked, voice gentler now.
You sighed, shifting just enough to settle deeper beneath him, your body still pliant as you rested your head on your arms, "Don’t ruin it."
Joel stilled.
You breathed slow, eyes fluttering as exhaustion pulled at you.
"It’s okay. I won’t say anything if you don’t."
Something in his chest tightened, and for the first time since the haze had lifted, he let himself breathe.
Joel exhaled slowly, eyes tracing over your face—soft, spent, utterly at peace beneath him.
"Okay." he murmured finally, voice low, rough, unreadable.
And with that, he let it be.

you love sleep. absolutely love and cherish it, even.
every night, you follow the routine you set for yourself without fail: hot shower, slipping into some comfy PJs, in-depth skincare, brushing your teeth, and then pulling your bonnet on.
nothing is better than slipping into bed, soft sheets feeling sooo good on your skin. yes, you absolutely love sleep.
except it seems that your roommate has no respect for your need for rest, considering how many times you've had to hear the high-pitched whining of women paired with the annoying thud of the headboard against the wall.
he better not damage the wall either, because he will be the one paying for it.
you both were...sort of friends, sure, but ever since you both graduated college, toji has been doing his best to get on your nerves. constantly picking on you, teasing you, or doing stupid shit that annoys the fuck out of you. especially whenever he leaves the fucking toilet seat up in the middle of the night.
and every time he hears you squeal late at night in the bathroom before shouting his name, he can't help but laugh.
eventually, it went from him just doing things to inconvenience or mess with you to this. and you were tired.
these nightly...activities of his need to be addressed because you are not letting a man of all things be the reason you can't sleep soundly at night. this is your apartment, after all!
it's a friday night and you just know you need to talk to him before you have to hear some woman fighting for her life of toji does...whatever he does that has all these women coming in and out of your apartment like it's a damn brothel...okay, well, it was the same two women, but still!
so that's how you find yourself, pounding on his door, sleepy, tired, and irritated in your hello kitty pajama pants and an oversized t-shirt, ready to get in bed and actually sleep.
"fushiguro, open this damn door," you command, fluffy slipper tapping on the floor as you wait for him to open his door. after a minute, you hear a groan and the shuffling of sheets before the door swings open.
toji stands in the doorway, only in a pair of sweatpants that hang low on his hips with an eyebrow raised as he looks down at you. you don't care how hot he looks, you want nothing more than to wipe that look off his face, hating how smug he looks.
"whaddya want? 's she here already? told 'er not to come for another 2 hours," he mumbles, scratching at the scar on his lip. you're silent for a moment, processing what he just said. "who......no. nononono. absolutely not, tell whoever you are expecting she is not coming into my apartment."
crossing your arms, you fix him with a tough look. sure, you know you aren't the scariest thing, especially in hello kitty pants and puffy slippers, but it doesn't matter! he is going to respect your wishes or...or else!
"aww, what's wrong, doll? can't sleep," he teases, voice low and sinfully smooth as smirk finds its way onto his face. "guess ya should've invested in those headphone y'keep talkin' about so much. can't help that 'm just that good that the girlies can't keep their mouths shut."
having you in front of his bedroom door like this...it's so fucking adorable to him, you were just so cute and didn't have a single clue, did you? complaining that he and his little playthings were too loud and keeping you up was not what he expected. but, toji won't lie, he's genuinely surprised it took you so long to finally say something.
it seems his little comment struck a cord, his smirk getting bigger when your eyes get just a bit wider in disbelief. man, you were so fucking cute like this, all angry and huffy.
"okay, first of all, those headphones are NOT comfy to sleep with at night. and i'm not dropping almost $400 dollars on something so that i can accommodate for you," you argue, stepping forward and jabbing your finger into his stupidly big chest.
no, seriously, why were his pecs almost bigger than your tits?
"can you please just let me sleep for one night, or are you that sex deprived you can't go a single night without getting your dick wet?"
whatever this new side of you was, he liked it.
"aww, sounds like little princess s' mad no one's fuckin' her right. ya not gettin' fucked good, pipsqueak? haven't seen yer boy-toy around lately anyways.
"god, that's—that's none of your fucking business, fushiguro, shut up!"
"make me."
you blink.
a moment passes...and suddenly, your eyes are sharp.
ah...he might've fucked up with those two simple words.
"...you know what? i will, you annoying fuck."
catching toji off guard, you shove him back, taking advantage of him stumbling to walk inside his room as you slam the door shut behind you. a light chuckle escapes him, eyebrows raises. "so, the little kitten does have claws," he says with a grin.
his little roommate seems to have grown a pair of balls. what is she gonna do? hit him with pillows, curse him out, kick him out? pffft, if you kicked him out he would know you needed sleep, you both have been friends for too long...right?
as toji gets slightly worried he might've genuinely crossed a line (a bit too late to realize that, he realizes), you push him onto his bed, standing between his legs.
oh.
oh, he...he likes you from his angle, looking down at him with a little bit of a pout on those pretty full lips of yours as you try soooo hard to look angry and scary. but how can he be scared when his roommate, the one he's been fucking his hand for, looks so fucking cute?
curly hair a bit frizzy and messy (he's surprised you don't have your bonnet on yet), smelling like cocoa butter and that strawberry shortcake body spray that haunts him at night. and now you're in his fucking room. he'd never be able to escape it now.
fuck, every time you came close to him, he just suddenly couldn't process anything except you...he needed to get a grip.
propping himself up on his elbows, toji locks eyes with you, playing off his surprise. "what's gotten into ya, roomie? so aggressive, might have t' call shiu to come get you," he attempts to playfully poke. the tension in the room grows when you start to massage your temples, trying to calm down.
in.
out.
in.
out.
in-
"well, if lack of sleep is gettin' you all huffed up like this, i gotta couple o' ways t' tire ya out if y'need."
"oh my god, y'talk too fucking much," you grumble.
toji opens his mouth, ready to make another smart comment but he's shocked into silence when you tug your pajama pants off. there's no fucking way this is real. toji knows he has to be dreaming and knowing he'd be waking up with a wet spot in his pants if he didn't wake up soon.
and...are you wearing hello kitty boxer briefs too? god, you're such a fucking dork, it's cute and it's only making him harder in his pants.
but all of that is forgotten when you hook your fingers in the waistband of those stupid looking boxers and drag them down those pretty legs and toji gets a glimpse of your cute, pudgy tummy and...and....
fuck.
he doesn't even get a chance to think, he's so fucking hard. you're fucking half naked in his room right now and he can't tear his eyes away from how soft you look, that little patch of hair (is it shaped like a fucking heart? jesus fucking christ, you were serious about making yourself feel pretty everywhere), god, he's so fucked.
"shit. someone's eager. just couldn' wait to-"
"i'm so sick of you," you cut off, pushing him down onto the bed, crawling up his chest. you give him a look, one that he instantly understands and he smirks, giving you a nod before you continue moving until your hips hover over his face.
the smirk melts off his face when he realizes how real this is. your bare pussy is literally mere inches away from his mouth, so close he can practically taste you.
he's not gonna make it out of this alive, is he?
when you see him about to open his mouth to make another stupid comment, you move, pressing your hips down onto his face, shutting him up. "you wanna use your mouth so much, toj? i'll give you somethin' to use it on."
toji's response is just a muffled groan, his eyes fluttering a little. his hands move up to grip your thighs to steady you and also keep you on his face. he hasn't even tasted you, but shit, you smell so good.
wasting no more time, his tongue hungrily darts out, desperate to taste you. the moment he licks over your folds, he's sighing, melting into the bed. you're so soft, so sweet and he hasn't even gotten a taste from the main source. pulling you down onto his face a bit harder, toji finally swipes through your cunt and he's addicted.
"mmh, fuck," he grunts, burying his face as deep as possible. what the actual fuck are you made of, he thinks to himself. you taste so sweet, he's getting so dizzy as he starts to messily lap up all the slick dripping from your pussy. he barely pulls away from you to breathe, taking just a second to part, his hot breath fanning against the wet mess between your legs before he dives right back in, his low groans resonating against your core so nicely.
toji slurps loudly at your cunt, unable to stop himself from rolling his hips up, the friction of his sweats on his cock a sweet relief. he's so sure this is heaven, thanking whatever god there is for making you snap to this point but then you start talking.
you sigh, hips gently rocking against toji's face as your eyes open to look down your body at him. "mmn, 's better," you purr to yourself, little sweet noises of pleasure escaping you as one of your hands runs through his hair, giving him an encouraging little tug.
"should i just give you my pussy every night so you let me sleep, toj," you coo at him, a smug smile on your face. he didn't even notice his eyes slipped shut, but he opens them, flickering up to meet your lidded gaze and see the pride swirling around your eyes.
has his roommate always been like this? toji doesn't remember you being so fucking sexy like this. sure, you've always been attractive, and he's definitely had a thing for you for a while. but never in his life did he think his sweetheart of a friend would be smushing his face into her soft cunt.
his response is a little nod and an increase in his tongue's movements against your sloppy pussy. his lips move to suck right at your puffy clit, and he swears nearly cums when you gasp his name and whine, pulling him even deeper by his hair.
his train of thought is completely destroyed, he can't think of anything but you, can't feel anything but you, can't see, can't smell, can't taste anything but you.
he'd kill a man if it meant being able to taste you like this every fucking day.
"ohh, tojibaby, y'look s' pretty eating my pussy...poor thing, jus' needed something to shut you up for a bit."
scratch that, he'd kill SEVERAL men if it meant hearing you sing praises like that while you grind against his mouth, practically suffocating him with your thighs.
it's addicting, the way slick is gushing out of you each time he kisses your clit before sucking on it, coating his mouth. toji knows he looks a wreck, but he doesn't care, not when he's got you on him like this.
"d'you wanna make me cum, toj?" you ask it so teasingly, tugging his hair again and making him moan. "you're makin' out with my pussy...such a good boy for me."
those two words are his undoing, a visible shift in his energy. his eyes are sharp, and he almost looks angry as he grips your thighs even harder. "yes, fuck, yeah, mama, i wanna make you cum all over my face," he growls, tongue unrelenting when it slips back inside of your cunt, a nasty wet noise filling the air as you keen. he's fucking you with his tongue so messily, like he'll die if he stops tasting you.
good boy. you called him a good boy.
the compliment made something snap in him, the need to devour you whole the only thing on his mind. he's not just a good boy, no, he's your good boy, and the thought of being yours makes a thick bead of precum to drip out of his cock and stain his sweatpants.
he's brought back when you tug his head back to look at you, that thick tongue of his slipping out of you.
"i don't want you bringing anymore fucking women in my house, fushiguro," you warn, glaring down at him. you're serious. if you see another girl come in here at 11pm, you might actually kill this man in his sleep and not in a way he'd like
"i'm so tired of hearing their annoying moans. if you need a pussy to put your stupid dick in, just ask me, you fuckin' idiot." shit, you usually never talk like this, but toji likes this side of you. the usually sweet and kind roommate he was so used to was no where to be seen, replaced with this commanding and no-nonsense woman who knew what she wanted.
he can't even deny, this side of you is such a massive turn on.
"promise you're gonna let me fuckin' sleep n' i'll cum on your pretty mouth, fushiguro. otherwise, i'm getting up and i'll call shiu and see if he wants a taste."
oh, fuck no. no way in hell is toji letting that smug bastard see you like this, best friend or not.
he desperately nods, just wanting you to let go of his hair so he can dive back into your sweet pussy, licking his lips to taste you again.
"promise, mama, no more bringing other women, jus' you, don't need nobody else but you, y'got my word."
"that's my good boy."
once you let go of his hair, toji dives right back to the task at hand like man possessed. his lips press against your clit, kissing it with little wet smacks before sucking it into his mouth. his tongue doesn't give you a break, flicking over it rapidly. your moans, god, your moans are getting so loud and so pretty, his eyes never leaving your face as he watches you get closer and closer.
"c'mon, doll, please," he begs, a whininess in his voice as he massages your thick thighs, encouraging you to ride his face until you cream all over it. "give it t' me, give me what i wan', cum all over my face, baby girl."
feeling how you start to move your hips, a sweet little 't-toji, 'm gonna cum' falling from your lips, his hands grasp your ass as he seals his mouth over your cunt, sucking and licking desperately.
he needs it.
he needs you.
needs you so fucking bad.
feeling him mutter those words against your cunt makes you gasp and choke out his name, thighs squeezing around his head. "oh, fuck, toji, 'm cummin, baby!" your hands are both in his hair as you desperately hump against his mouth, body shaking with the force of your orgasm.
he doesn't stop, he keeps his mouth on you to make sure not a drop of your sweet cum goes to waste. he can feel it spilling out of his mouth, down his chin and neck. it's so messy, just how he likes it.
he watches you, how could he even think to take his eyes off you? you're so pretty, do you even realize how your hair got puffier and messier from your sweating, how a few of those tiny curls got stuck to your skin?
"g-god, fuck, toj, hoohmygod, your mouth 's so good, nngh!"
shit, you're pretty, so fucking pretty, what the fuck? god, you even cum pretty, toji's so fucked. why didn't he get you on his face like this sooner?
feeling your tremors start to subside, toji slows his tongue, switching to little licks and then to soft kisses against your clit, keeping you grounded as you come down from your high. the fact he didn't paint the inside of his sweatpants white is a miracle, but he knows the front is wet and stained.
when he feels you relax, toji guides you off his face and down to sit on his chest. he can't help the twinkle in his eye, grinning at you proudly. the bottom half of his face is a mess, covered in his spit and your slick. you like this look on him.
"has anyone ever told you that you've got t'most addicting pussy ever?"
you huff a laugh, urging him to move up further on the bed until his back rests against the pillows. he was so annoying, and you hated how attractive it made him. “you’re too awake for my liking," you sarcastically huff, giving him a sweet little pout that makes him feel a bit more things than he probably should.
tugging his sweatpants down, you let out a little noise of surprise.
ah.
it all makes sense now. no wonder those girls sounded like they were dying.
"toji, what the actual hell is wrong with you?!"
"don't get mad at me, ma, i didn't magically make my dick this size! i just got lucky!"
"lucky?! girl, this is a curse, how the fuck did those girls fit this thing in them?!"
"they didn't."
that makes you pause. they couldn't get him all the way inside? glancing down at his cock, heavy in your hand, as he helps to get his pants completely off, you're not surprised. but you could take it, right?
...guess you need to find out.
shifting your hips, you move to swipe his cock through your slick pussy, a smug look on your face when he sharply inhales. "i'm gettin' my revenge, pretty boy, for all the sleep you made me lose. 's late, anyways, yeah? don't we need to sleep soon?"
the head of his cock catches onto your entrance, causing you both to sigh in pleasure. this would be a stretch, but you're determined by pure spite from toji and those women keeping you up at night.
while you're teasing him, toji is a breath away from losing his mind. the sight of you taking charge, hair completely fluffy now from the humidity in the room, has his cock pulsing in your soft hand. he's so sure that you're not gonna be able to take it all in. shit, he's wondering if he should stop you, tell you he's gotta prep you first or else it's gonna hurt, but you use your free hand to grab his face, making him look at you as an evil grin breaks out on your face.
"i'm gonna put you t' sleep with my pussy. uhm, something something, call that pussy nyquil," you giggle, slipping the tip of his cock inside of your wet, tight little cunt.
melting, that's the best way toji can describe the feeling of behind inside you, even if it's just the tip. "jesus," he hisses, his hands coming up to grip your hips. you're so hot inside, your tight walls are so snug around him. there's no way this tight cunt of yours is gonna be able to fit him in, there's not fucking way.
despite that, he finds himself guiding you down onto him, trying his hardest not to buck up into you. but the sensation of your soft, gummy walls squeezing him so perfectly is making it so challenging to stay still.
"fuck, mama...shit," he groans, watching as he is sucked into your warm pussy. once you get halfway, he expects you to stop, and that's usually where they all do. he was fine with that, more than fine, because he's never been inside someone so fucking tight.
but then, you raise your hips until just the tip is inside, and with a devious little giggle, you slam your hips down, gasping when you get him in all the way. damn, you realize it was a stupid idea, the stretch making you feel almost sick, but the reaction you get out of toji is worth it.
his head falls back against the headboard, and he whimpers, eyes rolling back into his skull, his lip pulled between his teeth as he tries to relearn how to think.
“i'm gonna make you cum and ‘m gonna fuck you stupid for not letting me sleep, fushiguro.” giving yourself a bit to get used to his size, you slowly started moving, seeing what angle worked best for you.
meg the stallion, i'm gonna make you proud of me, you think with a little smirk before you steady yourself with your hands on his chest and start to bounce your hips, your cute little threat only making his cock throb inside you.
"'m gonna make you regret bein' an asshole to your pretty roommate, pretty boy."
it doesn't take long for it to get messy, for it to get so fucking sloppy and noisy. each time you bring your hips down, the room is filled with a wet smack. you've really made a mess out of him, your sticky wet coating his fat cock and his lap, thick strands of it connecting you to him with each raise of your hips before you bring them right back down.
toji can't breathe, finally tilting his head back up as his eyes are glued to where his cock slips in and out of you. you're taking him, taking all of him into your sticky cunt and, shit, he thinks he might die like this.
"fuck, fuck, mama, c'mon, don' do this t' me, relax, please, fuckin' strangling my cock, oh my god—"
he's whining, it's so cute. who knew you could get toji fushiguro, mr. tough guy, to crumble under you like this so easily? it's so wet and gushy, the sound of your thick body smacking back down on his only making his insides twist in pleasure. he can feel how fucking wet you are, dripping down his cock, down his balls, it's so unfair.
"tojiii, talk t' me," you coo at him, your sweet voice bringing him back. "don't tell me my pussy's making you dumb already, jus' started."
you did, you're literally fucking him dumb, and he doesn't know what to do or what to say, but hearing you say his name like that in-between moans as you bounce your hips up and down his throbbing shaft has his babbling in an instant.
"god, this cunt 's perfect, baby, s' fucking perfect."
“yeah? y’like my pussy, toj? like my pretty cunt creaming on you?” you roll your hips, a pretty moan leaving you when his tip nudges against that soft spot perfectly. “f-fuck, you really are big...poor thing, no one could get it in all the way? am, mh, am i the first t’ take this fat cock t’ the hilt, tojibaby?”
you lean forward, hands moving from his chest to around his neck as you roll your hips, swiveling them in ways that have him gushing precum all over the insides of your cunt. the squelches your cunt makes with each roll is so fucking sinful and so nasty.
"y-yeah, mama, she feels s' good around me, all tight and warm, milking my cock like it's made just for you."
god, you smell so good...he can still smell your perfume and the sweet blueberry scent of your leave-in. you smell so sweet and taste so sweet too, he's so fucking lucky to have you fucking him like this. toji's hands move from your hips to your ass, helping you fuck yourself on his dick, groaning your name.
"god, you're the first to take it all, y'got me so fucking deep in that sloppy lil' cunt that y'can feel me in your stomach."
you giggle between moans, pressing your forehead against his. "y'so cute, toji, such a good boy f' me, yeah? feels so much better knowin' you can just tell me if you need me to put you to sleep, right?"
he groans, nodding as his eyes flutter closed again. "y-yeah, yes, baby, feels s' much better," he admits, breathless as he starts to get close. he can feel you getting tighter, getting wetter, and he'll be damned if he cums before you do.
"aww, listen t' you," you say with a little whine, your dominant mask starting to ebb away as you start to grow weaker and weaker. it's starting to feel good, really good, to the point where you can't think either, and you don't know how much more of this you can do. "m-my pretty boy, my good boy, f-fuckin' me s...s-so good..."
the moment he picks up the whininess in your voice, toji is alert, looking into your eyes to find that the pleasure is finally catching up to you, too. "yeah? yeah, mama? she's feelin' good? fuck, 'm gonna fuckin' fill you up, baby, gotta cream this pretty pussy so deep that she feels it f' days," he grunts, mouth open as he pants against your lips.
they look so pretty, he wonders if you taste like that lip balm you always carry, if your tongue is as sweet as you are, if your plump lips are as soft as they look. the thought of them pressing against his is what breaks him, and he's so embarrassed at the noise he makes before leaning back against the pillows and planting his feet into the mattress.
"i gotta fuck you, gotta fuck you good, 'm sorry, 'm so sorry, baby, promise i'll let you sleep, promise i'll be good for ya, okay? mm, fuck, c'mon, let toji make it better, gonna kiss your cunt with my cock and make it up t' ya."
toji fucks into your hole desperately, groaning at the loud wet plaps of his hips smacking against yours. your moans, god, your moans, they're so pretty, you're so pretty. he can see your tits bouncing against the fabric of the shirt you have on, and he curses, so fucking mad he didn't have you take it off. but he doesn't care, not right now, not when he sees how gorgeous you look.
he's so fucking prideful when he sees how poofed out your hair is, bouncing with each thrust up into you. "y're so fucking pretty, c'mere."
one of his hands grabs you by the back of the head and smushes his lips against yours, hungry as he licks over them before shoving his stupidly thick tongue inside your mouth. the kiss is just as messy as the rest of you, and the pitiful little moan you give has him reeling.
"i-i'm, 'm gonna cum, toj," you whisper against his mouth, nails biting into his shoulders as you do your best to match his pace. you're gonna cum, he's gonna make you cum, you're about to cum all over his fucking dick, jesus christ.
"fuck, you're so hot, so cute, mama, my pretty girl. need ya t' cum, dolly, can y'do that for me? please, baby, cum on me, make a mess s' i can fill you up an' apologize like i promised," he rambles before kissing you again, biting your lip before running his tongue over it.
it's so close, you can taste it. it's so unfair how big his cock is, how you can feel every vein and throb of it inside of you, how you can feel his hot precum smudging all over your velvety walls.
the realization that he's inside you raw has you moaning so sweetly, and your pussy is gripping him for dear life as you dig your nails into his shoulders even more, head falling forward. "t-toji, 'm, 'm gonna—f-fuck!"
you're cumming, you're cumming on him, and it feels so fucking good. you're creaming all over his lap, and your crying and moaning his name so sweetly he feels like he's gonna pass out. "baby, babyyy, no, lemme see, lemme see you cum," he begs, the hand in your hair tilting your head back up and the view he gets has his hips stuttering inside you.
your eyes are unfocused, long lashes wet from tears as you pant and whimper for him, all for him. and when you make eye contact with him, he feels your gummy walls squeeze him so tight.
"oh, fuck, yes, mama, jus' like that. keep cummin' on me, keep goin', 'm so close, gonna cum, gonna cum in this pretty pussy s' fuckin' deep you feel it in your tummy," toji babbles before he's losing himself too, pressing your head against his chest as he fucks into you, savoring your overstimulated cries for him. "'s gonna go deep, so fuckin' deep an' i'm gonna fuckin' eat it outta you, just like y-you fuckin' deserve—!"
with a pathetic sounding groan of your name, he's giving one, two, three, four hard, deep thrusts, moaning as he pumps his thick load into you, feeling your oversensitive pussy milking him dry. "g-good boy, g'fucking boy, tojiii," you whimper, moving from his chest to pepper kisses all over his face, moaning softly as you feel his hot cum coating your walls.
his mind is so blissfully blank that he doesn't even realize he's shaking a little bit from how hard he just came. cooing happily at him, you cup his cheeks, trying to bring him back down to you. "come back t' me tojiiii, don't die on me, roomie!"
still reeling from his insanely intense orgasm, manages a little chuckle, his hand moving from your ass to under your shirt, stroking your back. "'m here, 'm here, promise...i just...shit. ya fuckin' drained me, girly. what the hell are you?"
you laugh, kissing the corner of his mouth before nestling under his chin to catch your breath. "I'm your damn friend who happens to be the roommate you have been tormenting by not letting me sleep, dumbass."
"heh. fair point."
you both stay like this for a bit, just resting a little and trying to catch your breath. except...toji's eyes feel a little heavy, and he feels himself drifting away. "there you goooo," you coo, hand running through his hair. "told ya i'd put you to sleep."
"yeah, yeah, you were right," he grumbles and opens an eye, hand coming up to pinch your cheek. "jus' a lil' nap, okay? we still gotta get you cleaned up. after all, i promised i'd clean my cum outta ya, right?"
"my god, toji, you are nasty."
"but you like ittttt."
you couldn't stop yourself from laughing because, yes, you did. you liked it a lot.
soon, the room falls quiet as toji's breathing falls into rhythm with yours, the rise and fall of his chest steady and slow. his mind is still a bit dazed, and he can't help but get a little flustered as he realizes how badly he's wrapped around your little finger. the thought is only further confirmed when he feels his heart squeeze just a bit when he notices you fell asleep on his chest.
he wraps his arms around you in a gentle embrace, huffing to himself. yeah, so what he was whipped, he finally got you in his arms, so he sees it as a win.
as sleep finally starts to creep up on him, he presses a little kiss to your forehead, leaning back against the pillows and shutting his eyes. just a little nap, and then he'll get you cleaned up and make sure you accept his apology for everything he's put you through.
...he just hopes you won't be too grumpy when you realize you fell asleep without your bonnet on.

"The Wrong Idea"
Tumblr media
Pairing: Aaron Hotchner x f!reader
Genre: fluff
Words: 1.2k
Warnings: Pregnancy misunderstanding (humorous), workplace teasing
Summary: The team thinks you're pregnant... why not have a little fun with them...
a/n: I think it's kinda obvious: I'm officially in my dad!hotch era and have sooo many ideas with this theme! Do you love it as much as I do? Do you want mooooore? 🪻
Being a member of the BAU often meant everyone on the team knew too much about each other. Spending countless hours together on cases and long flights left little room for privacy. Still, you hadn’t anticipated the whirlwind of chaos that erupted the moment they thought you were pregnant.
It started innocently enough, but as the speculation snowballed, it took on a life of its own—and the last person you expected to weigh in was Aaron Hotchner.
It began one morning at work, after a particularly rough case had kept alle of you up most of the night. You were leaning against the counter in the kitchenette, pouring yourself a cup of herbal tea instead of your usual coffee.
JJ appeared beside you, eyebrows raised. “Tea? Since when do you drink tea?”
You shrugged. “Just felt like it today.”
She tilted her head, studying you. “Are you feeling okay?”
“Yeah, I’m fine,” you said, a little confused by her sudden concern.
“Hmm,” she said, a soft smile tugging at her lips. “Well, let me know if you need anything.”
You didn’t think much of it until later that afternoon, when Garcia cornered you at your desk.
“You know, you’ve been looking absolutely radiant lately,” she said, her tone suspiciously sweet.
You glanced up at her. “Uh… thanks?”
“I’m serious,” she said, her eyes sparkling with something that looked a lot like mischief. “There’s just this… glow about you.”
“I think you’re imagining things,” you said, trying not to laugh.
“Oh, I don’t think so,” she said, winking at you before flouncing off.
---
By the end of the day, the comments were piling up.
Emily handed you her snack halfway through the afternoon. “Here, you should eat this. You need to keep your strength up.”
“Why?” you asked, raising an eyebrow.
She just smiled knowingly and walked away.
Even Rossi got in on the act, offering you unsolicited advice about “balancing work and family life” while Derek kept smirking at you like he knew something you didn’t.
It wasn’t until you overheard JJ and Emily whispering in the break room that you finally pieced it together.
“Do you think she’s told Hotch yet?” JJ asked.
Emily shook her head. “No way. But he has to know, right? I mean, they’ve been spending a lot of time together.”
You froze, you teacup halfway to your lips.
They thought you were pregnant.
At first, you were too stunned to say anything. But the more you thought about it, the funnier it became.
You weren’t pregnant, obviously. But the team had convinced themselves otherwise, and their attempts at subtlety were laughable at best.
You decided not to deny it outright. If they wanted to jump to conclusions, who were you to stop them? Besides, watching them tiptoe around the subject was too entertaining to pass up.
Of course, your plan backfired almost immediately...
The teasing began the next morning, when Derek caught you yawning during the morning briefing.
“Rough night?” he asked, a sly grin spreading across his face.
You shot him a look. “Not any rougher than yours, Morgan.”
“Sure, sure,” he said, holding up his hands in mock surrender. “I’m just saying, you should take it easy. You know, for the... baby.”
The room went silent.
You felt your face heat up as everyone turned to look at you, their expressions ranging from curious to downright amused.
“The what?” Hotch asked, his tone sharp.
Derek froze, clearly realizing he’d overstepped. “Uh… no baby. I was just joking.”
Hotch’s gaze flickered to you, his dark eyes narrowing slightly. “Is there something I should know?”
You opened your mouth to respond, but Garcia beat you to it.
“Oh, no, sir,” she said, grinning nervously. “Everything’s fine. Totally fine.”
Hotch looked unconvinced, but he didn’t press the issue. "We'll talk later about it."
The rest of the day was a blur of teasing comments and stolen glances. By lunchtime, you were ready to tear your hair out.
Garcia kept hovering around your desk, offering me snacks and bottles of water. JJ asked if you needed help with your workload. And Emily… well, Emily just smirked at you every time you passed her in the hallway.
You did y best to ignore them, but it wasn’t easy. Especially when Hotch kept looking at you like he was trying to solve a particularly difficult puzzle.
It all came to a head that evening, after we wrapped up a meeting in Hotch’s office.
You were gathering your things when he closed the door behind you, leaning against it with his arms crossed.
“Is there something you want to tell me?” he asked, his voice low.
You looked up at him, your heart skipping a beat. “What do you mean?”
“The team seems to think you’re… expecting,” he said, his brow furrowing slightly.
You couldn’t help but laugh. “They’ve got some pretty wild imaginations, don’t they?”
He didn’t smile. “So, it’s not true?”
“Of course not,” you said, shaking your head. “Why would you even think that?”
“Because they won’t stop talking about it,” he said, his tone tinged with exasperation. “And you haven’t denied it.”
You hesitated, suddenly feeling a little guilty. “I didn’t mean for it to get out of hand. I just… didn’t correct them.”
He raised an eyebrow. “Why not?”
“Because it was funny,” you admitted, shrugging.
He sighed, running a hand through his hair. “You’re impossible.”
You smiled, stepping closer to him. “But you love me anyway.”
He stared at you for a moment, his expression softening. “I do,” he said quietly.
Your breath caught in your throat.
“And for the record,” he added, his voice even lower, “I wouldn’t mind if it were true.”
Your heart skipped a beat. “You wouldn’t?”
He shook his head, a small smile tugging at his lips. “Not at all.”
You felt your cheeks heat up, a rush of emotions swelling in your chest. “Well,” you said softly, “maybe someday.”
“Someday,” he agreed, pulling you into his arms.
---
The next morning, when Derek made another joke about baby names, you couldn’t help but laugh.
“You’re all ridiculous,” you said, shaking your head.
“Ridiculously accurate,” Emily said, smirking.
You glanced at Hotch, who was standing nearby with his arms crossed. He caught your eye and gave you a small, knowing smile.
“Not this time,” you said, grinning. “But you’ll be the first to know when it is.”
The team stared at you, their mouths falling open.
And for the first time all week, you felt like you had the upper hand.

Late Again | Quinn Hughes
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pairing; Quinn Hughes x Fem!Reader
Warning(s); Established relationship, angst, cursing, not sure what else, edited once.
Summary; Inspired by this request: Hi hi!! I love your writing, especially for Quinn and I was just wondering if you could write some Quinn x reader angst? Like maybe he's been coming home late and she reaches her breaking point w him? Tysm!! 💕💗
Word Count; 3.4k
Author’s note; This was requested sooo long ago n I'm so sorry for the wait, but nonetheless I hope you like it. 😊 I listened to the song The Exit by Conan Gray when I wrote this, it doesn't fit the vibe, but it's a great song I newly discovered. Also I have no idea if he likes chicken fried steak, I just chose something random lol -Honey
Tumblr media
You poked at the dinner you'd carefully prepared—chicken-fried steak, Quinn's favorite—half-heartedly pushing the mashed potatoes around your plate with your fork. The food was getting cold, untouched. You couldn't even bring yourself to take a bite. A home game tonight against the St. Louis Blues—he’d mentioned it this morning, and you’d nodded, knowing the routine all too well by now. Quick meal, pregame nap, then off to the rink. You understood how demanding his schedule was, but tonight was supposed to be different. He promised. The effort you put in, starting dinner earlier than usual so he’d have time to eat before his nap, now felt wasted. The smell of the crispy steak and buttery potatoes filled the air, but it only made you feel emptier.
You sat alone at the dinner table, your eyes flicking toward your phone every few minutes, hoping for the screen to light up with a message from him. But it never did. The minutes stretched into an hour, the silence from your phone growing heavier with every second. He’d promised to be home for dinner today—said it with that familiar smile like he really meant it this time. But here you were, waiting, yet again. The clock on the wall ticked louder in the empty room. The sound seemed to amplify the absence, reminding you of just how late he was. You glanced at your phone one more time, willing it to show some sign of life—an apology, an excuse, anything—but the screen stayed dark. Not a text. Not a call. Nothing.
You took a deep breath, trying to quiet the disappointment clawing at your chest, but it didn’t help. The food, once so full of effort and care, now seemed like a mockery of your good intentions. You wondered if he even realized how much you’d gone out of your way tonight, or if he’d forgotten, caught up in his routine, his career, his world. You weren’t sure anymore.
An hour and a half late now. You stood up from the table, abandoning the cold meal as you walked over to the window, peeking outside as if expecting to see his car pulling into the driveway. Nothing. The quiet suburban street was empty, just as it always was. The sky had started to darken, and with it, the flicker of hope you’d been clinging to all evening. How many more times would you find yourself waiting, wondering if you were ever going to be a priority in his life again?
The more you thought about it, the more the dull ache of disappointment twisted itself into something sharper, hotter—anger. It started as a slow simmer in your chest, but with each passing second, the heat rose, spreading through your veins like wildfire. Was he serious? A bitter sigh escaped your lips as you walked back into the kitchen. You grabbed your plate first, then his—untouched, of course—and headed to the garbage can. With one swift motion, you scraped the food into the garbage, the chicken-fried steak falling in with a dull thud. It almost felt like a relief to throw it away, like you were getting rid of something that no longer had meaning. The mashed potatoes smeared against the sides of the plate as you tossed the rest, the food you’d spent time making reduced to nothing more than trash.
The pans on the stove caught your eye next, and before you even realized what you were doing, you were scooping the perfectly good leftovers into the trash as well. The scent of the meal you’d so carefully prepared—the aroma of rosemary, garlic—rose up as if to remind you of the effort you'd put in. It stung, but you didn’t care. Fuck that. He didn’t deserve your cooking. He didn’t deserve the time, the thoughtfulness. Not anymore.
His favorite meal, no less. What a joke. You felt ridiculous for even caring so much, for putting in the effort when he clearly couldn’t be bothered to be home like he'd promised, or even give you the courtesy of a text.
You slammed the pans down into the sink with more force than necessary, the clang reverberating in the quiet kitchen. You stood over the sink, glaring at the pile of dirty dishes, your hands tightening and un-tightening at your sides. The dishwasher was right there, but using it felt too easy, too detached. You needed something more physical, something to work out this simmering frustration before it consumed you.
So, instead, you grabbed the sponge and turned on the water, scrubbing the first plate with a force that made your knuckles whiten. The warm, soapy water splashed up against your arms, but you didn’t care. You scrubbed harder, as if each circular motion could somehow scrub away the resentment building inside you. The plate wasn’t even that dirty, but you attacked it like it was covered in grime.
Each scrape of the sponge against ceramic echoed in the quiet kitchen, filling the space where his excuses should have been. The more you scrubbed, the more it felt like you were scrubbing away the traces of him—his absence, his broken promises, his selfishness. If only it were that easy. If only a sink full of dishes could clean up all the messes he was leaving behind.
It was Quinn’s second year as captain of the Canucks, a role that had transformed him in ways you hadn’t fully anticipated. The weight of the 'C' on his chest seemed heavier this season, with expectations higher than ever after last year’s breakout performance. The team had exceeded everyone’s predictions, turning heads and silencing critics with a season no one saw coming. Now, all eyes were on them to prove it wasn’t just a fluke.
You knew Quinn was feeling that pressure—how could he not? He had something to prove, not just to the fans, the media, or his teammates, but to himself. The burden of leadership was always in the back of his mind, quietly pushing him to go harder, to be better, to set an example. And you understood that. You really did. You knew he was doing the best he could, managing the weight of it all in his own way. But even understanding had its limits. And so did you.
Quinn, on the other hand, seemed to have no boundaries when it came to pushing himself. It was almost like he didn’t know how to stop, how to pull back. Even now, he was still nursing that hand injury—an injury that should have sidelined him weeks ago—but he kept playing through it, insisting he could handle the pain. Thirty minutes a night, almost every game, skating until exhaustion blurred the edges of his vision. You’d seen the way he winced sometimes when he thought no one was looking, flexing his hand to work out the tightness, but refusing to sit out even for a single shift.
You admired his dedication. How could you not? His determination, his relentless drive to push through, to carry the weight of the team on his shoulders—it was part of what made him the player, the leader, that he was. But it was also the part of him that worried you the most.
You knew he felt like he had to do it, that as captain, anything less than perfection wasn’t enough. And while you respected that drive, it didn’t make it any easier watching him run himself into the ground night after night. Especially when you were the one sitting at home, picking up the pieces of what was left, wondering if he was going to come back from each game a little more broken than before.
You were patient. You’d learned to be. But your patience wasn’t endless.
The sound of the front door opening jolted you from your thoughts, the creak of the hinges cutting through the sound of the running water. You pause, your hands submerged in soapy water, your grip tightening on the sponge as Quinn stepped inside. He walks in, clad in his usual post-practice attire—Nike sweatpants hanging low on his hips and a black compression shirt clinging to the lines of his torso. He looked worn, as if the weight of the day hadn’t just been left on the ice but was still hanging on his shoulders, pulling him down.
You glanced over your shoulder, giving him a quick once-over, but you didn’t say anything. The words felt stuck in your throat, trapped behind the frustration and sadness swirling in your chest. Instead, you turned back to the dishes, resuming your task with more force than necessary, the clinking of the plates louder than before. You didn’t offer a greeting, and neither did he. It was almost as if the two of you existed in different worlds now—yours, filled with waiting and disappointment, and his, consumed by the game, by the pressure that never seemed to leave him.
Quinn, oblivious or perhaps just avoiding the tension, didn’t seem to notice your silence. Without a word, he headed upstairs, his footsteps soft but steady, the sound growing fainter as he disappeared into the bedroom. A familiar ache settled in your chest as you stood there, staring down at the soapy water swirling in the sink. You could feel the sting of tears threatening to rise, but you blinked them away quickly, shaking your head at yourself.
Anger had been your companion all day, burning hot and steady in his absence. It had been so easy to hold onto, so easy to let the frustration build when you didn’t have to see him, when you didn’t have to look into those hazel eyes that always seemed to make your resolve crumble. The anger had felt justified when he wasn’t there—easy to fuel when it was just you, alone, staring at a cold, empty dinner table. But now that he was home, the anger began to unravel, slipping away and leaving only the sadness behind. It happened every time. That familiar pang of disappointment mixed with resignation, the sharp edges of your frustration softening into something more complicated, something you didn’t have the energy to untangle.
You bit your tongue, holding back the words you wanted to say—the questions, the accusations, the things that would start a fight you weren’t ready to have. You’d been here before, in this exact moment, torn between wanting to yell and wanting to break down. But you didn’t want to argue tonight. Not again.
The dishes were your only focus now, your hands scrubbing mechanically as your mind raced with thoughts you couldn’t quiet. You wondered if he even knew how much you’d been waiting, not just tonight, but for weeks, months—for some sign that you still mattered in all of this, that you were still a part of his world. But it was getting harder to tell, harder to feel like you weren’t slowly fading into the background of his life, just like the sound of his footsteps fading upstairs.
By the time you finished the dishes and wiped down the counters, the kitchen was spotless, as if the day hadn’t happened at all. The room was clean, but the heavy silence remained, settling into the spaces between the freshly scrubbed surfaces. You paused for a moment, staring down at the empty sink, the exhaustion setting in—not just from the chores, but from everything that had been weighing on you lately.
When you finally made your way upstairs to the bedroom, Quinn had already begun his pregame nap. You stopped in the doorway, leaning against the frame for a moment, just watching him. He was sprawled out on his stomach, the way he always slept, one arm curled beneath the pillow, his face turned slightly to the side. In sleep, the tension in his features was gone, the hard lines softened, and for a brief second, you felt a pang of something—nostalgia, maybe—for the way things used to be. Before all the pressure, before the distance between you had grown so wide.
You stood there, caught between wanting to crawl into bed next to him and knowing it wouldn’t make a difference tonight. He was already somewhere else, lost in the brief reprieve of sleep before the game. You let out a quiet breath and turned away, heading back downstairs, leaving him to his rest.
In the den, you curled up on the sofa, pulling a throw blanket over your legs as you flicked on the TV. The familiar theme song of One Tree Hill played in the background, but your mind wasn’t fully on the show. You watched the characters move across the screen, but their drama felt distant, unimportant compared to the real-life ache sitting in your chest. You’d seen these episodes a hundred times before, and yet tonight they felt like nothing more than white noise, a distraction to fill the space while Quinn slept upstairs.
Time passed in a blur of dialogue and background music, your eyes unfocused on the screen. You’d just started another episode when you heard footsteps approaching. You barely registered them until Quinn appeared in the doorway, leaning against the frame just like you had earlier. He stood there for a moment, running a hand through his hair, before exhaling a deep sigh that seemed to carry the weight of everything unsaid between you.
"I missed dinner," he said, his voice quiet. It wasn’t a question, just a statement. The guilt was there, hanging in the air between you, but it didn’t quite land the way you wanted it to.
You turned your head toward him, feeling the familiar mix of emotions bubbling up—frustration, sadness, the lingering ache of disappointment. You nodded slowly, your voice calm but clipped. "You did."
That was all you said. Two simple words, but they carried so much more. The weight of your unspoken thoughts lingered in the air between you: You missed more than dinner. You missed me. You missed us. Again.
For a moment, Quinn didn’t say anything, just stood there, as if searching for something to say that would make it better. But nothing came. The silence stretched on, and you could see the exhaustion in his eyes, the same exhaustion that you felt deep in your bones. Hockey had taken so much from him, and in its wake, it felt like there wasn’t much left for the two of you.
You shifted on the couch, turning back to the TV, not sure what else there was to say. If you opened your mouth now, you weren’t sure if you’d be able to stop the flood of everything you’d been holding back. So you stayed quiet, letting the distance between you grow a little wider, hoping—just once—that he’d be the one to cross it.
Quinn lingered in the doorway for a moment longer, the silence between you heavy and uncomfortable. You could feel his eyes on you, like he wanted to say something, to bridge the growing gap, but the words didn’t come. Instead, he just stood there, his shoulders slumped, the weariness from the day etched into every part of him.
You kept your eyes on the TV, pretending to be more interested in the show than in the ache inside you. You didn’t trust yourself to look at him right now—not when the quiet between you felt so suffocating, so loaded with everything neither of you were saying. If you looked at him, you were afraid the dam would break, and all the frustration, the loneliness, the resentment that had been simmering beneath the surface would come pouring out.
He took a deep breath, and you could hear the slight hesitation in the exhale, like he was on the verge of speaking but didn’t know where to start. "I’m sorry," he finally muttered, the words barely audible, but they hung in the air nonetheless. It wasn’t much, and it wasn’t enough, but it was something.
You closed your eyes for a brief second, letting the apology settle in, but it didn’t ease the ache. You had heard it before—too many times now. It always came after the fact, always when it was too late, and it never felt like enough to patch up the cracks that were forming between you.
Opening your eyes, you kept your gaze fixed on the TV, though you weren’t really watching. "You always are," you said softly, your voice lacking the sharpness you intended. There was no anger left, just a quiet exhaustion that had taken its place. "But it doesn’t change anything, Quinn."
The words hung between you, heavy and final. You didn’t mean for them to sound so distant, so resigned, but that’s where you were now. It wasn’t just about tonight, or the missed dinners, or the broken promises—it was about the slow unraveling that had been happening for months, the quiet slipping away of the relationship you once had.
Quinn pushed off the doorframe, his expression unreadable as he took a few steps into the room. He stood at the edge of the sofa, as if unsure whether he was welcome to sit down. His eyes, those familiar hazel eyes that once made your heart skip, were full of something—regret, frustration, maybe even guilt. But none of it seemed to change the fact that he wasn’t there when you needed him most.
"I know," he said, almost under his breath. He rubbed a hand over his face, the fatigue obvious. "I’m trying, I really am. It’s just—this season… it’s a lot." His voice trailed off, and you could hear the helplessness in it. He didn’t know how to fix this, and maybe he didn’t have the energy to try anymore.
You nodded, finally turning to look at him, but the sadness in your gaze must have said more than your words ever could. You understood that the season was demanding. You understood the pressure, the expectations, the endless grind. But understanding didn’t make it any easier to deal with the growing distance, the nights spent waiting, the feeling that you were slowly becoming an afterthought in his life.
"I know it’s a lot," you replied quietly, meeting his eyes for the first time since he’d walked in. "But it’s not just about the game, Quinn. It’s about us. I’m still here, waiting for you to show up… and I don’t know how much longer I can keep waiting."
The vulnerability in your voice hung in the air, and for a brief moment, you saw the conflict flicker across his face—worry, a twinge of something else, maybe fear. He took another deep breath, his hands flexing at his sides as if he wanted to reach out to you but wasn’t sure how.
"I don’t want to lose you," he said finally, his voice barely above a whisper, as if admitting it out loud made it all too real.
You swallowed hard, your chest tightening at his words. For a second, you almost believed him, almost let yourself hope that this was the moment he’d truly understand how close he was to losing you. But then reality sank in, and you realized that wanting wasn’t enough.
"You already are," you said softly, the weight of your admission settling over both of you like a heavy blanket. You saw his expression falter, the pain in his eyes unmistakable, but there was nothing more you could say. You were tired—tired of the waiting, tired of the excuses, tired of being second to hockey and everything else in his life.
Quinn stood there, rooted in place, his eyes searching yours for some sign that he could fix this, that there was still time. But you didn’t know how to make him understand that you needed more than apologies, more than empty promises. You needed him to be here, fully present, not just physically but emotionally.
Without another word, he let out another sigh and slowly walked back toward the doorway, retreating once again into the space between you that had become too wide to cross. And you stayed on the couch, watching the TV, your heart aching with the truth you couldn’t ignore any longer: the Quinn you once knew was slipping away, and you didn’t know if he would ever come back.

⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚🩰 ouran host club headcanons ep. 2
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
synopsis: becoming a host/hostess at the host club
characters included: tamaki, kyoya, haruhi, hikaru, kaoru, honey & mori
notes: i’ve been reading ohshc manga again! haruhi just realised her romantic feelings >.< ♡
Tumblr media
𐙚 tamaki suoh
oh, he would looovvee it! he’s so excited because obviously, he’s going to be training you. he really takes pride in being your mentor & he makes sure to perfect your hosting skills. however, he didn’t actually have to train you much. you had pure natural charm, which he was simultaneously impressed and upset by (he was really excited to make you into a mini-him) anyways, after your first rodeo of being a host/hostess, he was sooo jelly😆 not only were you fresh meat but, you had the natural charm & the ladies absolutely adore it. kyoya joked you had more customers than tamaki that day. (cut to tamaki sitting in a corner sulking)
𐙚 kyoya ootori
oddly enough, he was actually really up for you becoming a host/hostess. when you thought maybe, just maybe, he genuinely just liked having you around & he was seriously excited about you being a host, he ended up confessing how he only allowed it because he thought it would ‘interesting’. one thing about kyoya that not a lot of people know is that he loves a bit of mischief. not anything too inconvenient or anything that would cause him distress but, just a bit of fun and that’s exactly what he thought when you joined. (bonus points for him as well because now he can sell even more merch & make more money too).
𐙚 haruhi fujioka
oh my god, she tried warning you on several occasions saying how insane being a host is & how all the members are very… eccentric. but, for whatever reason, you had your heart set on becoming a host/hostess. at first, haruhi was disheartened purely because she just didn’t want you to get wrapped up in the chaos but, in the end, when you did join - she was grateful. she was soo incredibly grateful because you & her are on the same wave length unlike the others. she finally has someone whose as sane as her & someone she can talk to about the members shenanigans.
𐙚 hikaru hitachiin
oh, he is so up for it, are you kidding me? another member?! that’s gonna make for some chaos, for sure! and that’s what hikaru likes to hear. oh my god, he is so pulling little pranks on you, he’s like “i’ll mentor them!!” and then tells you the exact opposite of what you need to do 😭. there would be a lot of dare i say… flirtatious banter between the two of you. you eventually caught on he’s been pulling your leg the whole time you’ve been here so, you make sure to get back at him! tamaki thinks it’s a love blossoming which he thinks is just precious whereas kyoya hates you two together. too much chaos & more work for him to do.
𐙚 kaoru hitachiin
hikaru and kaoru are on the same wavelength (obviously), kaoru feels the exact same way as hikaru, a new member just means more fun & mischief to be had! when you aren’t pulling pranks with the twins or having pranks pulled on you, oh kaoru loves to dress you uppp! we all know how iconic the host club’s outfits are but, even if you’re planning a usual sit-in tea date with the students, kaoru is making sure you’ve got drip. you’re never in your uniform because he’s always dressing you up😛. he loves having you so close all the time now!
𐙚 mitsukuni haninozuka
ooohhh, honey loved that you became a host/hostess! he loves spending time with you & the other members so, having you all together for hours every day is super fun for him! plus, you always bring him extra sweets hehe. honey is such a family-orientated cutie so, having his favourite person mix with his favourite group of people is so awesome >.< you guys have a lot of fun at the host club together, continuously getting distracted & eating way too many cakes which does eventually involve you both getting cavities…
𐙚 takashi morinozuka
he was actually very shocked you joined, he wasn’t really sure why you wanted to but, i guess, why would anyone join a high school host club? of course, it was great having you around. he loves your presence & being together so much more now was a great opportunity to converse & even practice a bit of your judo. sometimes if honey was napping or just chatting with the ladies, you would become mori’s “cute item” & everyone LOVED it, oh my god. it’s like mori and honey were cute because of their differences but, the tension between you and mori was differentttt and people loved it, people ate it up.

James Potter x reader
synopsis: She was dressed for a date. He was dressed to ruin it— again. But getting stuck in an elevator with the one guy she can’t stand (and maybe kinda likes) wasn’t part of the plan. Turns out, the only thing falling faster than the elevator… was her.
wordcount: 2, 128
note: Prompt: “How do I look?” “Slightly stunned.” “No, I mean, how do I look?” “…Beautiful.” + London: trapped in an elevator. Thank you for the request, and I'm doing great right now. thank you for asking ^^. I was actually giggling and kicking my feet while writing this UGH I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. Modern James again. REQUESTS ARE OPEN!
Tumblr media
Yours and James's relationship is... difficult to explain. You two lived in the same apartment complex. He lives in the penthouse, just above your floor, and you two always run after each other from being in the same building. You know James. Everyone knew James. He was the friendliest and most talkative guy in here. Everyone likes him. Hell, even the janitors were fond of the guy. Especially Eric. But you weren't.
You hated his guts.
You two go to the same university. And though both of your college buildings are different, he still managed to infiltrate your whole being. He'd often greet you in corridors, wink at you when you two see each other, and even worse, annoy you every chance he gets.
To you, he's just a typical rich guy who gets everything he wants. A luxurious car, expensive watches, and a lifestyle that anyone would die to have. And even though he’s got so many resources and so many things that he should be doing, he always finds the time to annoy you. It’s like his lifeline. Like he couldn’t live without making you mad.
Not to mention that he always has a knack for wrecking your dates. You don't know he does it, but every time you go out with someone else, it doesn’t end well. And James Potter was always in the scene of the crime.
You would be lying if you said you didn't find him attractive. The truth was, he is very handsome and charismatic. You just had to… contain yourself because, knowing James, he wouldn't shut up if you knew about your little crush you had with him. So, in order to properly hide it, you were going out on a date. Again. You said to yourself that this was going to be the last attempt in your dating life. And if it won't go well, then you might just go check in yourself at the nearest mental asylum.
Looking like an absolute perfection yourself, you smiled at the mirror while staring at your reflection. With one last whiff of your perfume at your wrist, you walked out of your apartment with confidence and started going to the elevator.
And the last thing you needed on your third, and final attempt at a love life was to be stuck in a small metal box with the man whose face you wanted to slap in equal measure.
James Fleamont Potter.
You swore you could smell the smugness on him the moment the elevator doors slid open and revealed his perfectly disheveled hair, a shirt that was neatly ironed, and the world's most punchable smirk. You, meanwhile, had just spent the last hour curling your hair, doing your makeup to a near level delusion, and picking out the best outfit in your closet.
And, of course, he had to see you now.
"The private elevator broke down," James said once you stepped in.
You raised a brow. "Tragic."
"That's why I'm here." He said, tapping the elevator button repeatedly even though you were already here and the thing was already moving. "Taking the main elevator. Like a common folk."
You nodded, expression blank. "Such a man of the people."
"I don't want you to think that I'm stalking you or anything."
"Oh, I didn't," You said cooly. "Until you said that."
His face twitched like he was going to explain himself, but he decided against it. Instead, he put his hands in his pockets and kept sneaking glances at you out of the corners of his eye.
"You... uh, going on a date?"
You gave him the slowest, most soul-draining side eye known to mankind. "What gave it away? The dress? The perfume? The fact that I'm wearing heels and haven't been verbally assaulting someone in the last five minutes?"
James smiled at you. "I think you look gorgeous."
Your mouth hung open for a few seconds. Your heart skipped a goddamn beat.
You bit the inside of your cheek and looked away so fast. James noticed. Of course he did. Because your entire existence was his personal reality show, and he never missed a damn episode.
He shifted closer.
"Don't try to ruin this one out, James. I won't forgive you this time."
His hands flew in mock surrender. "Me? Crashed your dates? Since when?"
You gave him a look.
"That was all coincidental!" He argued.
"Oh, really? Coincidental that the guy I went to dinner with vanished into thin air, and you just so happened to show up and take me out instead?"
"He had a weak bladder and probably locked himself in the restroom. I just don't want you to go home on an empty stomach after he bailed. I was just being polite."
"Right. And what about the movie date with the guy I met on the internet? You brought your three obnoxiously loud friends and sat next to us."
James had the audacity to look offended. "He was being creepy! He kept putting his arm around you like he was claiming territory. I was just looking out for you."
"You're stalking me, admit it!" You rolled your eyes.
"You're pushing it, woman." He muttered.
Blush was creeping up his cheeks now, betraying the confident act he had been displaying. You didn't have the chance to respond— because the elevator suddenly let out a loud creeaakkk that sounded suspiciously like it was holding for its last breath.
Then, the lights flickered.
And one tragic thunk made you realize that the elevator suddenly malfunctioned.
"Oh, for f—" You started.
"We're stuck," James said brightly, almost... relieved?
You pressed every single button in there like a madwoman while James just stood there, watching you with a grin that made you consider murder.
"No, yeah, it's fine. Third time's a charm, right? Nothing says finding a potential love in here while getting stuck in a metal box with a human version of a migraine."
James laughed. LAUGHED. "Come on, don't be so dramatic. It's not that bad."
"Not bad?!" You faced him, absolutely fuming. "I'm stuck in an elevator with you. There's no air. There's no escape. And— AND— you're wearing a cologne."
"It's Tom Ford," He said proudly. "Do you like it?"
"I like silence."
You backed yourself into the corner farthest from him, trying not to breathe too deeply because his scent was filling your nose, and you thought it just made your brain short-circuit. James leaned against the wall, arms crossed, with a stupid smirk intact.
"So... what are you still doing after this?"
"Throw myself out of this building."
He chuckled lowly. "You're so cute when you're mad."
"I'm cute always, thank you very much." You crossed your arms. "And don't flirt with me. It won't work."
"It won't?" He challenged you.
You threw your head back dramatically, wiping the sweat from your forehead. "I swear to God, if we die in here, I'm haunting you."
"Is that a promise?" He winked.
You were going to scream. Or kiss him. Possibly both.
You groaned once again, feeling irritated as the humidity started kicking in. "I have a date! A date! Why does the universe have a knack for punishing me in times like these? Does it not know that this is very important for me!" You tried pushing the emergency button repeatedly, but it didn't work.
James tried to bite back a grin. "Oh, yeah? Well, maybe it's the universe's way of telling you that he's not the one."
You turned to glare at him. "You've been so noticeably happy for this, James. Do you not understand that I have a date?!"
"Oh, yeah, sure. Blame me for the architectural failings of this building," He threw his hands up. "I was just existing, woman."
"Exactly!" You groaned, trying to fan yourself. "I should've known this would happen the moment I saw your face. You're like a romantic curse on my romantic life."
James gasped, dramatically putting a hand on his chest. "What's with these baseless accusations thrown at me?"
"Baseless—? Every time I'm on a date, there you are. Hovering. Lurking. Annoying. Like a cockroach that drives a Porsche."
"That's rich coming from a girl who always scowls the moment she sees me!"
You ignored him, mainly because he had a point.
"I'm just saying," You ranted, gesturing vaguely around the two of you. "This— this is all your fault."
James turned to you, eyes ablaze. "Well, maybe, it's fate telling you not to go out with guys who won't treat you better than I can!"
Dead silence.
The words hit the two of you.
Your jaw dropped. His eyes widened. Both of you looked at each other like someone had dropped a pop quiz on Sunday.
"...What?" You whispered.
James cleared his throat, suddenly very interested in the floor. "You heard me."
You blinked at him.
James Potter. Rich boy. University's menace. Full-time flirt, part-time hearthrob— likes... you?
You sat down first, because your knees felt jelly. James followed, legs outstretched, pretending he wasn't panicking internally. Inches apart on the cold metal floor, the silence buzzed like the fluorescent light above.
You both spoke at the same time.
"You should go—"
"No, you should—"
James sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Look, I meant what I said. I like you, Y/n. Wasn't I being obvious even before?"
"I thought you were just being annoying." You muttered.
He laughed. A low, warm sound that sent your heart beating too fast. "Yeah, that too. But have you seen your face when you're mad? It's kind of my favorite."
You glared at him again.
"There it is!" He beamed. "Gorgeous."
You tried not to smile. Really. You did. But he was grinning like a dog who just got his favorite treat, and somehow— somehow it was charming.
"Were you always this..."
"Captivating?" He said with a wink.
You scoffed. "Infuriating."
James chuckled, that same laugh that made your legs weak. He started scooting closer, closing the gap between you two. And now, both of you were shoulder to shoulder. You tried not to notice how warm he was, how good he smelled, or how his eyes flicked to your lips every now and then.
"Ditch him." He said suddenly.
"Hm?" You turned to look him in the eye.
He reached for your hand and intertwined your fingers with his. "Ditch him and go out with me."
You squeezed his hand, lifting a brow. "What makes you think I want to go out with you?"
He grinned, cocky as hell. "A little birdie told me you have a crush on me."
"I do not—!" You slapped his chest, and his fake gasp only made you laugh.
"Oh, really?" He challenged you, grabbing your waist and pulling you onto his lap. "Because Eric told me you've been looking at me with those eyes."
"What eyes?" You asked, placing a steady hand on his shoulder.
"The 'I'm so in love with this guy I'm gonna scream' eyes."
"Oh, my god. You're so conceited!"
"Just being honest, love." He asked, his hand on your chin now to lift your face. "So... was he right?"
You opened your mouth to argue— but then sighed. "Yeah."
His grin widened. And before you could blink, he dipped his head down and kissed you. Slow, sweet, like he'd been waiting for it for forever. Then it turned desperate. Your hands were now tangled in his curls. His arms were locked around your waist, pulling you impossibly close. You felt yourself melt against him, completely forgetting the fact that you two were in a broken elevator.
That is, until it dinged open.
"Ahem."
You froze.
James froze.
You both turned your heads and saw Eric— the janitor— standing there with a mop, eyes wide, and absolutely mortified.
"I was, uh... checking if it worked now." He said awkwardly.
You scrambled off James's lap immediately, adjusting your dress and fixing your hair.
James stood, casual as ever, and pressed the button to his penthouse. "It's working now. Thanks, Eric."
Eric just nodded and walked away slowly, clearly rethinking his life choices.
Once the doors closed again, you exhaled sharply. “God, that was so embarrassing.”
James was grinning again. “That was the hottest thing I’ve ever done.”
You glared at him. “You’re shameless.”
“You love it.”
You rolled your eyes, fixing your hair in the elevator’s mirror. “So… how do I look?”
“Slightly stunned.”
“No,” You said, gesturing to yourself. “How do I look?”
James softened. “...Beautiful.” His voice dropped low, devoted. Then he leaned in and kissed you again, stealing your breath like a thief who had every intention of giving it back.
Somewhere above, the penthouse dinged.
But for once, James Potter wasn’t in a hurry to get there.

summary: shoto is so eager to help you in any way he can, he’s happy to do whatever it takes to make your days even just a little bit easier
a/n: i love this so much actually, it’s more of a ramble than a coherent story but i hope you enjoy! thank you so much for your request! xoxo
*.·:·.✧ ✦ ✧.·:·.*
It was hard for you to learn to depend on others. Until you started dating Shoto, you were absolutely determined to do everything yourself- that’s what you were already used to and it was never really a problem. When Shoto came along, it was like you never had to do anything for yourself again when he was with you.
With Shoto around, you didn’t need to worry about if you’d be able to pay your part of the shared rent that month; if you needed to depend on Shoto a little then you could. He already thinks that you should let him cover the rent since his income is much higher, but understands that you feel the need to contribute. If you chose to stop working at any point, you’d be able to live comfortably with Shoto.
The dynamic of his parents’ marriage isn’t something Shoto wants to recreate in your relationship. Around the house, his mother was always taking care of things; she was constantly exhausted since her workload was infinite. Shoto thinks of it as unfair, since he also lives in your shared home, he should take on some chores when he’s able to.
Usually, you’re very insistent on doing the majority of the work since Shoto is the main breadwinner for you both, so he decides he’ll do his part in the early hours of the morning before you have a chance to wake up and protest.
You wake up tucked into bed comfortably, Shoto’s pillow fluffed up neatly beside you in the empty space. The air is cold as you walk downstairs slowly, making your way towards the pile of laundry you had been avoiding for the last couple of days. As you approched the laundry room, a gentle hum could be heard from the other side of the door. Upon opening if, you were greeted by the pleasant sight of the laundry washed, dried, and folded on top of the machine, separated into yours and Shoto’s respective clothing. Beside it, a small yellow sticky note:
“Good morning, my love. I hope this makes your day a bit easier. Love, Shoto.”
Shoto was always happy to help you- he didn’t think of it as a chore, it was his responsibility. Carrying groceries inside was something he had learnt to master doing in one trip from the car to the kitchen, and of course, your hands were always empty. Whenever you’d go shopping together, Shoto would carry all of the bags, no matter how many. He’d try and fit as many as he could in one hand to make sure you could still hold his other if you wanted to.
Despite having his hands full 90% of the time, Shoto makes sure he opens doors for you, smiling as you walk though and wait for him on the other side. He tends to move himself to the outside of the pavement when you walk together, keeping you close to him in more crowded areas of the city. His hands seem to always stop you from mindlessly walking over crossings without looking; something that he’s grown used to you doing when he’s beside you. Shoto doesn’t really understand why you seem to enter a complete trance around him- he thinks that you get lost in your own little world sometimes, and the starry expression on your face only convinces him more.
He knows how you were before he came along- you’d do everything by yourself, no matter how difficult. He knows you’re capable, but he doesn’t want you to feel as if you need to do everything alone- he wants to look after you to the best of his ability, and he expects nothing from you in return.
Cooking definitely isn’t Shoto’s strongest skill. He can manage the basics, just barely. He’s definitely gotten better by watching you cook for him in the evenings, a starstruck look in his eyes as he does. Nothing tastes better than the meals you cook for him. You’re happy to give something back to the man who does almost everything for you, especially when he smiles so warmly every time you place his plate in front of him. You stay at the table together until you both finish, then Shoto thanks you for the food, and takes your plates over to the sink to start washing up. It’s a little routine you’ve developed over time.
While Shoto’s busy doing dishes, you tidy up the table and wipe it down before heading into the living room and picking a new movie for you to watch together, gathering blankets and cushions to create the perfect cuddle nest. After a few minutes, Shoto comes in to see you flicking through your options. He sets two drinks down on the table in front of you and presses a kiss to your forehead before asking what you were going to watch that night. If you needed anything at all, he’d be the one getting up, no matter how comfortable he was.
When you inevitable fall asleep on the couch, Shoto turns off the movie and scoops you up to carry you to bed, placing you down as gently as he can and tucking you in, his lips lightly pressing against your forehead before he whispers,
“Sweet dreams, my dear…”
Being around Shoto meant that you could float around doing little tasks without worrying about so many things at once- after all, your dependable boyfriend had already managed to get them done before you could object.

ADDICTED | Bruised And Broken
Tumblr media
pairing: choi mujin x fem!reader
wc: 3k
warnings: kidnapping, fight scene, torturing, mention of blood and wounds, burning reader’s skin (idk how to word it better), implied past intimate scene (type of), sexual tension
author’s note: sooo this is my first post after a while of not writing anything so you can think of it as a warm up and if you enjoyed this part make sure to check my masterlist. There is no other right now (lol) but I hope there will be :) And thank you for giving a chance to my fic. Love youu
Ropes tight around ankles. You are upside down and the whole world is spinning. In the middle of nowhere with no possible contact with the organization.
I am fucked, badly. You thought.
No ending tortures just to make you speak -even the thought was ridiculous honestly-.
Questions about Mujin, Dongcheon, the business. All the stuff they had nothing to do with.
It all started a lot prettier.
First try, sweet offers and kind talks. "Tell us this and you will never have to worry about money ever again." lame, you thought. After the very first time that they offered you money all you could think about was how much you would give away to see Mujin’s reaction. You could see his handsome face in the back of your eyes. His intimidating gaze, a cigarette between his lips as a side slightly raises up in a mocking way. Only a fool would believe that money could buy loyalty. That it would lead them to success, power. Mujin knew better.
Then they took a stupid guess. Thinking you were not accepting their offer cause you were scared. "Don’t be afraid of Mujin, we'll protect you." they said. Little did they also knew they didn't stand a chance. They liked to think that they could.
Sooner or later they realized that they were going nowhere with offers. Then they decided on something else. Second try, threat.
Nothing did the job.
You wondered how many days had been since the first knife blow that drew your belly red with your own blood, now the whole fucking room was covered of it, let alone your bruised body. You kept blaming yourself , how did you not realize that their loyalty no longer served for Mujin. How you fell right into their traps all alone. A part of you didn't even wanted to be saved. Even the imagination of Mujin’s disappointed eyes hurt you more than any wound on your body. You were not ready to face the real one. Your body was getting weaker every passing day with the lack of food and the countless hits you endured every few hours. You did not have much time, you could feel it.
The sudden bucket of water pouring down your body woke you from your unconscious state. The man with the ugly smile stood before you upside down. His hand grabbing a fist full of your hair to bring your face closer as he smiled. "Wakey wakey, dollface." He was unnesecarelly loud. "Do you feel like talking today?" he asked. His smile grew like he was happy by your lack of response. It used to piss him off. You frowned, your guts telling you to open your eyes to see what he was up to. So you forced them to and realized the mini red gas cylinder. "You know dollface, I've been thinking lately what should I do to you next. Then guess what, I saw this." his voice was sadistic as he pointed to the red gas cylinder. "And I had an idea. I thought I should get rid of that tatto and maybe then you would start acting less like a fucking loyal dog, huh? You'll be less of being like one of them and who knows maybe you would use that pretty little mouth of yours and give me what I want. Huh, how about that?" he asked you as if he was talking about weather.
You sick bastard, you wanted to say only if you had the energy for it. But even though you gave him no reaction, the thought of your tatto getting ruined made your heart ache. The tatto was not just a symbol, it was a reminder. A reminder that you belonged to somewhere. That you were not alone.
He walked to the red cylinder with a thong in his hand, he was holding a round metal piece in the size of your tatto with it. He heated the metal as a manicing smile formed on his lips, he was enjoying this. When he was satisfied with its temperature, he walked back to you. "Are you ready dollface?" It wasn't really a question. Without giving you any time to get ready for the incoming pain he pressed the hot metal on your chest. And he finally made you scream out of pain. Only for a moment, though. You quickly studied yourself and kept all of it in. He didn't like it, he wanted to hear that scream again and again. After reheating the metal he came back. He pressed it on your chest without waiting a second. "Anything that comes to your mind that you'd like to share with me?" his sarcasm making your ears bleed. You couldn't held back your screams and you cursed yourself for giving him the satisfaction.
Then something happened, you heard a door breaking. After that, the chaos followed. You would recognized the voice of blade cutting through someone's skin at anytime and now wasn't the exception.
The organization will protect you.
Now it was your time to smirk at his face. To enjoy every bit of his smirk fading and leaving its place to panic. He threw the thong away and rushed to the side to release the knot on the rope and slowly lowered you to the floor. He grabbed one of the knifes he's been using on you and released your ankles but wrists remained tied together. He was aware how little time he had and he was panicking. He dragged you to your feet and pressed your back on his front with a knife pressed to your neck. You couldn't move a muscle while he waited facing the door behind you, waiting for the storm to come in. You didn't have the energy.
Eyelids too heavy and mind too dizzy. But every inch of your body felt his presence. No aura can compete, no traitor can no longer breathe.
You forced your eyes open, every bit of you were craving to feel his eyes. But also afraid of what you might find in there.
Mujin stood still and took in what was in front of him. A table full of all type of tools, most of them tinted red, ruined clothes next to it. Your blood all over the place, all wounds and bruises on display. His eyes finally landed on yours.
There he was, looking way too perfect right in front of you. Looking as presentable as ever while you stood in your underwear's in front of all those man. Bruised and broken. You saw something in his eyes for a split second, an emotion. But what was it?
Sympathy? Disappointment? Or worse, pity? No, no. Please don't be pity.
You would be more ashamed by it more than all the gazes on your too bare skin. How ironic, isn’t it?
The man behind you tightened his grip, "Stay away. If I die, she dies." he was playing his last cards. There was no way out of this for him. He knew it too. You gulped and turn your eyes to Taeju. His eyes were burning with rage as he took in your state. You also took in his. Hair a little messy, some blood stains on his shirt. None of his own, you just knew it. The thought made your lips quirk a little. Of course none of it was his own. Then you saw the blade in his hand and you found your plan to get out of the mans grip. You and Taeju locked eyes, you knew he read right through your eyes but Taeju didn’t seem like he saw something that he liked there. You felt Mujin’s eyes too. He was well aware that you were up to something. You communicated well in silence. Both man trying to make you stop with their eyes. You kept your eyes on Taeju, ‘cause if you saw the order in his eyes you would have no other option but obey him. You did not want that.
Taeju shook his head in a slow motion. But gulped with acceptance when he saw the determination in your eyes.
You no longer could hear any of the threats the guy swayed around. Only kept your eyes locked with your partner as you waited for the right moment to make your move.
Just when the guy pointed his knife towards them instead of your neck, you collected every energy remaining in your system and get back in your fighting mode. You threw your head back in full force. The guy groaned in pain with the unexpected hit and released his grip around your body. With a swift motion you kicked the wrist of the hand that he held the knife with. As the knife hit the floor you also dropped to the very same cold floor and leave the rest to your partner. Taeju threw his knife right on the guys neck without waiting a second and rushed to your side.
Mujin was faster. The moment he read the situation he step further and catch you before you hit your head.
The drug lord, on his knees, what a sight.
Mujin quickly took his jacket off and wrapped it around your almost naked body. You were nearly unconscious in his arms. Couldn't keep your eyes open. Even the little bit healed wounds were open back with your kick. Your shallow breaths were a sign of your hurt.
You needed a professional's help, quick.
Without leaving a time for you to protest Mujin took your whole body in his hold and carried you with an arm on your back and the other under your legs. Your head resting on his chest. Your last words were: "I'm sorry."
Two weeks has passed while you were unconscious. Mujin brought you to the temple after your rescue. Made sure you were well taken care of and safe. He came to visit you every other day and ordered Taeju to do so at the days that he couldn't. You were his second subordinate, your health mattered. And that was the only reason of his worries and sleepless nights while you were nowhere to be found. He deceived himself into thinking that that was it.
He may or may not succeed it.
There were some things Mujin never welcomed in his organization nor his business. But the top of the list belonged to the traitors. He worked extra hard on the topic after the incident. Making sure the same thing never happens ever again. He blamed himself just like you blamed yourself.
I shouldn’t have send her there alone. I should have been more careful.
While Mujin was on his car, driving, you woke up. Slowly recognizing where you were, you knew the place. Your whole body aching, you slowly got up. Trying to remember what happened, you walked to the full length mirror. Carefully holding the sweater up to check on your wounds. It was hard to tell, all of it was covered with white bandages. Eyeing around the room, everything looked like how you remembered it. The only new thing was the folded clothes and a hair tie on the wooden desk, waiting for you. An idea of fresh shower became too hard to resist and you took the clothes and walked to the bathroom.
Warm water running through your body was relaxing with a little bit of pain. You took the wet bandages off to replace them after shower with fresh ones. You checked your wounds, they looked better than you last remembered but they still needed time to fully recover. You took your time in the shower and after shower. Re-bandaged yourself with the kit in the bathroom, brushed your hair with your fingers as best as you could. Then you decided to braid your hair like you do it all the time while you work. A part of your unique uniform, giving that you are the only female in the Dongcheon. While the men wears black suits with white shirt, your uniform was looking presentable, by all means. Mostly wearing black or white, hair usually braided and that was it.
You opened the door to get back in the room without knowing you had a visitor. Boss. Mujin.
He was dressed in all black with a long coat. His cigarette between his lips, a hand in the pocket. watching outside from the open doors. He turned his face to acknowledge you. You quickly bowed after you two made an eye contact.
You were tense and he was aware.
"Did I kept you waiting for too long?" You asked after a while to fill the silence.
He took a long drag of his cigarette before he answered, "Hmm."
"I'm sorry."
He didn't say anything back. Kept smoking his cigarette in silence. After standing next to the door for a whole minute watching him awkwardly, you decided to do your own business. You grabbed the hair tie on the desk and went back to the mirror. Your back turned to Mujin so that you could act like he wasn't there and unnerve your tensed muscles. Right when you saw your reflection in the mirror you realized that you did not wear the sweater on after bandaging yourself.
Nothing he hadn't seen multiple times before anyway but...
Another realization hit midway, you were right in front of him with only a bra on on your upper body and he didn't even glance.
You gulped, how should I feel about that? you thought.
You could have linger on that thought for way longer if you didn't get distracted by something else. Your tattoo. No, your ruined tatto. You held out your arms to braid your hair with your eyes focused on your chest. Something was hurting, either the cuts on your arms or your heart, you didn't know.
Like how you didn't know there was another pair of eyes on your body. Watching you secretly.
When you turned your back to him, Mujin started watching you more freely. He saw the look on your face and didn't like what it made him feel. He took long few steps and stopped right behind you. He held your hands in your hair and whispered, "Let me,". He slowly pulled the hair tie from your wrist, taking his time while doing so, enjoying the little contact you two were sharing.
You took a deep breath and obeyed. Letting your hands drop to your sides.
Mujin caught the rhythm change on your breathing and your muscles tensing. Your figure standing straighter, he was well aware of your body reacting to him. He braided your wet hair, his fingers touching your skin here and there. He caught on the shivers too.
You watched him through the mirror. Carefully working on your hair, gentle as ever. His scent mixed with cigarette filling your insides. You didn't realize how much you missed it until he was this close.
"How are you feeling?" he asked in a low tone.
You decided to be honest, "Hurts but nothing unbearable."
Silence, again. It was your turn to fill it.
"I’m sorry." You apologized again. You both knew what it was for.
He remained silent, finishing the braid. Your head dropped down. You needed him to say something, anything. Every passing second tightened in your chest. Desperate for his reaction, to know what he was thinking of the situation, of you.
Mujin tied your hair and gently held your arms at both sides. He quietly smelled your hair. Loud enough to make you suspicious of it, not enough to be sure whether he did it or not.
You turned around, thinking about apologizing again. You were not ready to look in his eyes just yet but when he held your chin in between his thumb and index finger, tilting your head up. You knew it was a silent command.
Look at me.
You obeyed, like always.
"It wasn’t your fault."
Right when you opened your mouth to say otherwise he closed it for you. "It wasn’t."
You looked in his dark eyes, you felt relieved. He didn't look disappointed in you, you could finally let out the breath you were holding in for so long.
Faces too close, lips inches apart. You wondered who you two were right now.
Boss and his subordinate? CEO and his servant? Muse and his admirer? Or just Mujin and Y/n?
While you were deep in thoughts Mujin’s hand snaked to the back of your neck from your chin. Holding you form as he pressed his lips to your temple. Too light to consider a kiss, but still there.
You held yourself back from clinging to his collar and beg for more. Afraid of losing the little contact you were having, so you stood still.
"I'm glad you are okay."
His voice was too low you thought you imagined it, almost. Without giving you time to process any part of this interaction, he stepped back. Putting distance between your bodies before it got risky. You were too stunned to speak, to move.
"You need to rest."
Translation: I’m leaving.
He took off a phone from his pocket and handed to you. "Contact us if you need anything."
In another word: you are staying here.
You simply nodded, there was no use of denying him.
You watched him leave through the door without another glance.
Boss and his subordinate. You decided on. But at least his.
Lmk if you wanna be tagged babes :)

halfas are the found family trope foster child
they all adopt each other. it’s the reason Vlad wanted so badly to have Danny as his son and the reason Danny immediately went with sure you’re my cousin now with Dani. it’s a survival mechanism from being so very few of their species. Sooo, halfa!Jason except he sorta isn’t yet cause Jason’s core is extremely ruptured from the lack of ectoplasm involved in his forceful resurrection. So when Danny finds Jason in his catatonic state he can’t quite tell the dude’s been dead and remains some, just that the guy for some reason seems very friend-shaped. Danny doesn’t mind his friend is braindead, and is also a john doe, he gives familiar vibes and that’s apparently enough for Danny to constantly find himself in the hospital doing his engineering homework on the room with the guy, and talking for hours about the updates on the absolute clusterfuck of the city and how he was from a freaking ghost town and he can almost even draw comparisons. he blabbers about how he’s not homesick enough times to even corner himself to talk about a ghost lore many times and how he’s just finding himself a little more prone to violence and in constant pain since none of the people he has adopted as his family are here with him and he can’t consider a place a lair if there’s isn’t someone of his in it.
But Danny could never drag someone with him just because of some it, after all it was Danny’s choice to come to Gotham to collage and not stay where at least his parents (good parents Jack and Maddie) were in Amity.
Ironically, Danny essentially can’t feel that his core has been spoon feeding ectoplasm to Jason. As months go on, the little ball of energy builds in anticipation practically vibrating in the waiting pulse of something (Danny doesn’t know but more often than not has he found himself laughing in happy confusion. it weirds him out in a good way) It’s really that he’s feeling the slow healing process of his friend (brother brother brother) ‘s core.Imagine it’s just about to properly, correctly heal when canon strikes back and Jason gets snatched by League assassins. Danny is left feeling like his core got torned out. His core had spend months helping another’s only to feel the other’s imprint and to not be able to protect it in return is— forget it being an obsession; thats like having your newborn baby being ripped out of your arms. An all assuaging feeling of helplessness that is devastating. Danny just beginning to feel like home lair when out of nowhere the rug is swept under him. Danny suddenly struggling to not flunk all his classes and beat every single liminal that he can feel crossing paths with him to the ground. Danny suddenly having his chronic pain (that hadn’t been so bad lately) dialed up to the point that there are just bearable and bad days.
The worse thing is he doesn’t know why.
Jason had only been a guy.
It’s only a three weeks before Jazz tells him she accepted a job offer in Gotham.
(and the guilt only makes him feel worse when he can feel himself feel better because of it)
now
whimsical time skip ✨
Danny is now on his feet again and friends with a Wayne of your choice (or maybe they were friends a little before Jay dissapeared and it was badTM cause Waynes? liminal 🥲) Danny definitely didn’t enjoy snapping off to his friend like that. anyways it’s been a year since that and he and his friend are having a grand time playing civvies, uhh let’s say dick because I want them to meet while ice skating, Also Dick because he definitely turns a blind eye when Danny goes airborne for a second there yep. He’s just having too much fun.
anyways as alwaysTM Danny doesn’t clock celebrities and like why would he, Dick is just the random guy who’s was fast to turn Danny’s slow day in the ice ring into a competition one day and brighten when Danny matched up his puns. So he totally doesn’t get why the guy’s so gloomy one day, anyways as you can figure, it’s Jason’s deathday and Dick is a deprecating bean, Danny tries to cheer him up by having him remember his brother instead and Dick attempts to, but even skipping through some photos in his phone make his eyes burn.
It is because of that that he doesn’t notice Danny absolutely freeze up at the photo of his friend Jay (Jay because he’s a John Doe, but that’s just too impersonal and so the first letter is J *wink wink*)
Danny absolutely doesn’t know what to do with this information, barely catches himself from asking Dick how did his brother die. Most importantly when because Danny just saw Jay—Jason less than a year ago, and this somehow doesn’t feel too recent.
Annd that how we find Danny digging into the Wayne second son tragedy. Staring at the date of death while the knowledge that they met almost six months after burns his forefront of his mind. Danny spends a day going over all the questions running through his mind over how the fuck he couldn’t sense Jay was a ghost—err was… in past tense?? what the fuck?? Danny would really like a refund on his ghost sense.
Anyways Danny goes check out the grave (now that he knows there is one) and boom although intangible he somehow triggers those shitty ass sensors/alarms that somehow didn’t go off when jason was literally digging himself out.
Obviously the bats get in the case immediately. And boy are they absolutely enraged that someone would steal Jason’s body.

How @tigreblvnc Gains Engagement from Artists Without Proper Credit (19/2/25)
Tumblr media
Helloo, it’s Yoko (@yolkochan), and I’m an artist in the bllkblr community. I believe in the importance of properly crediting creators, not just for ethical reasons but because artists deserve recognition for their work.
Unfortunately, there are people who consistently repost artwork without giving artists proper credit, benefiting from the engagement while the original creators remain overlooked. This post highlights one such case—@tigreblvnc(Tetsuo/Suo)— who has repeatedly done this more times than I can count.
This problem has been recently brought to my attention by multiple people in this community. As a professional artist myself, I feel a responsibility to call out this pattern and raise awareness about why proper crediting matters. Despite knowing that I may lose some followers due to this post.
(20/2/25 Edit: @tigreblvnc has deleted his blog 5 hours after the release of this post. Sooo….)
I do not condone the harassment of anyone mentioned within this post.
@tigreblvnc is a well-known blogger in the Blue Lock Tumblr community, frequently analyzing characters like Michael Kaiser and reposting fanart. However, his repeated failure to properly credit artists has raised serious concerns. Instead of clearly naming artists in the captions, he relies on small, greyed-out “source” links that are easy to miss. As a result, he continues to gain thousands of likes and reblogs from art that isn’t his—without giving artists the recognition they deserve.
Below are multiple examples demonstrating this pattern.
Evidence of Improper Crediting
Examples of what someone would see when scrolling:

The original posts of these artworks have been deleted.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This specific case is even more egregious since this artist doesn’t even allow reposts without permission.
Tumblr media
In all of these screenshots, he posts their artwork without naming them in the caption.
The only credit is a small “source” text (greyed out as well) that is easy to miss when scrolling. (The link only goes to the profile, not the original post). This shows that this isn’t a one-time mistake but a repeated behavior over multiple posts, these are just a few examples from over 20+ similar instances. His top posts are almost all art reposts.
With at least 20+ instances, it’s hard to believe it’s purely accidental.
Whether intentional or not, this kind of crediting prioritizes his own engagement over actually giving artists the recognition they deserve. If he genuinely didn’t realize, now he knows- and if he keeps doing it, that’s a choice.
Common concerns:
1. “He’s not making money off it, what’s the harm??”
Engagement is a form of profit. If his top posts are all art reposts, he’s gaining a following, likes, and influence off other people's work.
Engagement stays on his post, not the artist’s — when a repost gets thousands of likes while the original post goes unnoticed, the artist loses visibility and recognition.
2. “He did credit the artist, see? The source is right there!”
A hidden, greyed-out link isn’t real credit and  people won’t click the source - the link is small, greyed-out, and easy to miss while scrolling. If the artist’s name isn’t visible in the caption, many won’t bother checking. Proper credit means making the artist’s name visible and easily accessible.
If people need to dig through tiny text to find the source, it’s not actual recognition—just plausible deniability.
On another note, he didn’t actually credit it himself, it was an automatic attachment by Tumblr which can be explained better here by @feathers-little-nest .
3.  “He’s just sharing art he likes! It’s not that deep.”
If he really liked and respected the art, he’d want people to find the artist.
Art reposting without proper credit is disrespectful because it reduces an artist’s work to engagement bait.
4. “Not everyone knows how to credit properly!”
Maybe once or twice, but after 20+ posts, he’s had plenty of time to learn.
5. “At least he’s not claiming the art as his own.”
That’s the bare minimum.
Also, multiple people have told me they thought that was his art due to the unclear credit, this can also be seen on the reblogs. And he doesn’t try to correct them.

Now you may be asking, how do I properly credit an artist then?
I will show you in the below examples, but on Tumblr (not cross-platform) I specifically encourage you to never repost someone’s work, just reblog the original post. Always check if the artists allow reposts in the first place in their bio and try to ask for permission before doing so.
Some basics are to mention the artist's name clearly in the caption and linking the original post.
Here’s 2 examples of how to properly credit an artist if you’re reposting them on a different platform.

End Note
This is not only a callout to him but also a callout to the many fanfic writers in this fandom who use fanart/fanedits in their fics (as a cover to grab attention, etc), and other art reposters in this fandom who use Pinterest without crediting the respective artists clearly in the post.
Suo’s repeated failure to credit artists properly is not just an oversight—it’s a pattern that prioritizes his own engagement over the visibility of the original creators. Whether intentional or not, this practice actively harms artists by preventing them from receiving the recognition and support they deserve. Please do not make the same mistakes as he did.
If he genuinely respects artists, he should:
Start clearly crediting artists in the captions, not just in hidden “source” links.
Retroactively update past posts with proper credit.
Refrain from reposting art unless he is willing to credit correctly or have permission from the artist.
There are other skeletons inside his closet and personal matters that I cannot publicly address, but they are worth considering. This post is also the reason why I haven’t been active in a while.
At the end of the day, artists deserve to be credited properly, not used for engagement. If you support artists, follow them directly, engage with their work, and avoid boosting repost accounts that don’t credit correctly.
