#nightcap after a family filled day, some #ichirosmalt first fill red wine cask, #singlemalt whisky with a mini peppermint ice cream. #throwbackthursday to another great #quarantineandchill eating experience. #covid19 shut down so many small businesses and @wickedmainelobster refused to give up so they went into the delivery business with all their restaurants closed they did not want to stop bringing in the #livemaine lobsters. I supported as many #localrestaurants as I could during this #pandemic2020 and gladly paid for product and gave them free marketing on @rolexwhisky to help get them business. These 6 pounds of #lobster were a fun time with the family locked down at home and of course some amazing #whisky. @alohawhisky you are f’ing me up my man with these mindblowing #whiskies. Tonight I enjoyed the #ichirosmalt Ghost malt dream cask, and #omfg this is just amazing. 61.9 abv never tasted so good, this is #japanesewhisky at its finest. #lunchofchampions today with #sushi🍣 and whisky. This place by my house @ototosushico makes some pretty decent rolls like this Baja roll with fire sauce, and a #spicyscallophandroll. To be honest I messed up and meant to order another #sushirolls🍣 but this one did the job. Spicy but paired with some #ichirosmaltchichibu, #yamazaki18 and for dessert the #hakushusherrycask2012 it did the job.
