The ultimately tragic thing about Fifteen's run is that—Ncuti himself? Amazing as the Doctor. He's charismatic and fun and makes you feel comfortable without even trying (which, as Belinda points out, is also kinda scary) and when he's dark, because of his charismatic nature, he really scares you too! Ncuti truly was the Doctor. You never have space for doubt about that.

Unfortunately, you cannot say the same about the actual season around him.

Fifteen was amazing. His overall seasons were not. Which is really just that added tragedy of losing Ncuti so soon. We'll never get to see him in a season that matches his energy.
