i think there's a lot to say about the popular opinion of evan hansen and ableism... how people turn away from a story about mental health because it shows a realistic, not sugarcoated mentally ill teenager because it makes them uncomfortable and his characterization doesn't make them want to romanticize him or excuse his actions or give him the "he did all of it but i don't care" treatment. people don't like stories about mental health when they're about the not-cool, obviously mentally ill.

mmmm I probably wouldn’t do it bc 1. it’d be stressful to manage and 2. it could mean my various tma friendgroups interacting which is Scary but sometimes I think about like. A circus of the other themed server where there’s normal channels and stuff but also a section that’s like those “we all pretend to be ants in an anthill” groups/memes but with pretending to be low ranked Stranger/circus members. I think it would be funny

contd thoughts--klaus' blood art is seems the most naturally limited of all the ones shown in libra. he doesn't show it since he's so proficient in it but 

1: he doesn't seem to be able to use it immobilized--he needs a fighting stance and movement, while everyone else can manipulate their blood while stationary(ex. zapp and zed can exert individual tendril control which zapp uses in place of his casted arm to play video games, kk triggers her electricity after her bullets land, steven implants and trigger blood needles to freeze his house party).

2: since he can't reabsorb blood(when climbing the building in 'get the lock out', he leaves blood picks all up the building when it would be more efficient to reabsorb, plus all the battle aftermaths with his crosses sticking out everywhere) it uses an enormous amount of blood. I subscribe to the one-shot of klaus being on the 12th turn of a blood breed, which would give him greater strength and high regeneration, allowing for so much blood use even for a guy as big as him--but any other person learning brain grid would be way more limited.

3: he can't elementally manipulate his blood. burning, freezing, electrocuting, or turning to wind--the others can turn their blood into other things, and it appears to be a full transmutation into that element(zapp burns up his blood, steven's ice remains and shatters like ice, but klaus states in 'get the lock out' that he infuses his crosses with power and they revert back to liquid blood once the power runs out. presumably form 999 uses the power of the imprisoned blood breeds to fuel the prison, since i can't see how it'd be manageable otherwise).

anyway the tradeoff to such rigid limits is incredible force if done well, it seems, as well as being able to contain and seal blood breeds. by the style klaus is shown using brain grid, it suggests that it was based on defensive principles, rigidity and strength enough to shield from superhuman blows, which then evolved into using that as brute force weapons. something like the blood bullet arts is obviously a full-offense style, while big dipper and esmeralda blood freeze value versatility.

man... random post out of the blue but to my writing partners that allow me to write the collector at a) their absolute worst and then therefore b) their truest self... thank u....... it also like. means a lot to me when people take the time to try to fully understand the way they work rather than simply shoving them off into the 'evil deity thats it done deal' when i've put time and effort into their backstory and very specifically building out the way they operate / their personality and all the complexities within it that maybe don't always show their face.......... idk. i get nervous about writing tc with new people sometimes because it can be very difficult to start out with tc right out of the gate because they're such. a Piece of Work LMFAOGBHFBHG

hey so i Fully Believe that telemachus was not afraid of odysseus in Hold Them Down

people may have told him stories of Odysseus, King of Ithaca, Athena's chosen Champion, Hero of Troy

but mama's boy telemachus sat by her feet as she wove tapestry after tapestry; and penelope told her little wolf stories of his father

how they met, how he tripped over himself to woo her, how he cried his eyes out when penelope became pregnant, how telemachus wouldn't sleep in his cot as a baby because he was so used to being in his father's arms because odysseus would not put him down; and yes, how viciously he defended their family when the atrides came to retrieve him for the war

telemachus? the child of the Unhinged Power Couple? who knew very well how horrible those suitors were, how they treated him and spoke of his mother?

took one look at his dad viciously protecting their home, their family, and thought he was the coolest, strongest person ever (after mom ofc)
