As I reflect on this beautiful Wednesday and as I look in the mirror and stare back at myself I can't help but feel you looking at me. I don't own a gun, I have shot a gun, I was in the military, Air Force, I'm all for the second amendment, what I despise is people using the second amendment as an excuse to justify mass shootings. We need action not thoughts and prayers. You don't need an automatic rifle to hunt. A civilian doesn't need a military rifle to keep their family safe. Close the loopholes, stronger background checks, if you have a mental health condition or are on medication for it you don't need a gun. This is the right time to talk about it!!!! I am fucking tired of watching these stories on the news, my heart breaks for the victims and their families. We all need to do something, if you see something say something even if it turns out to be nothing, bring it to the authorities.
