Patricia this is just a quick edit using your original photos- yourself and also the image that you posted in Instagram of your mothers Japanese doll, Superimposex, IMaengine, and Mextures ... just playing with other presentations… Let’s talk more about this tomorrow I’m really interested in how this might impact you. I am not interested in rescripting your identity in anyway... this was a 20 minute exploration while I relax on my patio this evening, that’s all... 

When I stopped I took it into Darkroom to accentuate a few things but I didn’t post it here because the file that I got saving it from Darkroom was 101 MB. Terrific for a poster size print of this but too big to post in Tumblr

I LOVE the danger, mystery and complexity of this image as expressed through bold shapes, dark colors and Japanese cultural symbolism! I LOVE the title!Also, you made me look like a total badass, which is cool AF!

Got through the heat wave, now there’s ash falling from nearby wildfires, dangerous air quality, and clouds that threaten thunderstorms and lightning.

Nevertheless, new friends and old friends hold me in their loving care. Being here in Ashland feels like the right path right now. Just no certainty about where it leads.
