Foxglove - Bea

Nowadays the hellebore plant has strong associations with serenity, peace, and tranquillity, but this has not always been the case. In Victorian times the flowers of the hellebore plant signified delirium, and some cultures today still see the flowers as representing stress, anxiety, and scandal.

ive been thinking about how different nick was on mela’s channel compared to how he is with the crashers. and yeah obviously hes a guest there so he’s gonna be nicer but he unironically seemed to be having more fun because of how chill the atmosphere there is compared to how the crashers play.

and then i realized.

i can’t name a single video off the top of my head that they played without trying to fuck each other over, even collaborative. 3d world? gotta compete for the crown. overcooked? lets throw insults and block things.

lethal company is the one game where i feel like they were genuinely playing cooperatively! like yeah there was a bit of screwing each other over but most of the e time they were working as a team instead of competitors and hmm. wow! wasn’t that also their easiest s-tier game ranking?

competition used to be a really core aspect of their dynamic and i think they have managed to burn themselves out on competing against one another, but they still think that the competition is what the fans want. and thats reflected EVERYWHERE.

i brought this up on my own post but ill re-iterate here since it’s relevant but in a magic the noah analysis video, it ended up being that the crashers were so focused on screwing each other over that they somehow protected vernias from being noah’s ideal target.

half of their thumbnails are just “xyz game is TOXIC.” every other video has them screaming at each other. and none more so obvious than in their mario party videos, which, coincidentally, they’ve become quite vocal about their dislike/hatred of.

tldr: the crashers need to stop competing.

I went to go watch them and i see what you mean.

Although it could be lack of stress thats causing nick to have more fun with mario party with her. He overthinks alot (as he admitted). and he espically overthinks when its a video for himself with the guys, it has to be funny, interesting stuff must happen. “Are the other three having fun? they tend to shut down when thier not. How many views will it get?” Just stressful stuff

on a collab with a smaller streamer he can be alot more natural and relaxed .cause as much as he wants her to do well. Its not his stream.

I honestly think the real problem is they think they have to fit this odd mold of what they think the viewers expect. And that’s competive and toxic to eachother, creating chaos where ever they go.

They thing is even just being together they cause chaos wherever they go because. Am imma keep saying this. Thier natural dynamic just works!

Thier forcing themselves to make content a certain way. Its bothering them cause thier all very stubborn and dont like being forced to do anything. So thier growing bitter and resentful. When all yall gotta do is take a chill pill.

They also blame the reddit who enjoy the archetypes. they hate that reddit. And i get it, i dislike it too. But thier also children, you cant blame teens and kids for liking the funny toxic dynamic and being resistant to change.

I think they naturally like fucking with eachother. But i also think they overeggerate for content. Whitch would be fine, if they liked how much they do it.

Honestly maybe they should play something like modded stardew valley together, fucking around to build a big farm, being forced to work together as you can’t really grief and its a relaxing game. I just think they need to remeber what people like them for.
