Jaebin se questionava como as coisas tinham acontecido daquela maneira. Lógico que era ridiculamente apaixonado por Inpyo, que tudo o que mais queria era poder acordar do lado dele e aproveitar cada momento e cada gemido que ecoava dos dois pelo quarto. Só que mesmo acontecendo ainda parecia tão surreal.

Os toques de Inpyo ainda jaziam por seu corpo, pareciam quentes ainda que tudo o que sentisse fosse frio por ser um vampiro. Sua mente reverberava tudo da noite passada, relembrando cada momento, cada beijo e toque. Pelo deuses, eles realmente tinham tido sua primeira vez e aquilo ainda não fazia a ficha cair.

Principalmente depois de abrir os olhos vendo as pequenas frestas de luz pela janela iluminando as costas de Inpyo ali a míseros milímetros longe de si. Um sorriso alargando os lábios cheios por ver os arranhões que tinha deixado nas costas sempre tão imaculadas. Nem sequer resistiu de pousar a ponta dos dedos bem sutilmente sobre os arranhões e sentir os pêlos se eriçarem sob seu toque. Só não contava que aquilo fosse fazer o mais velho acordar e virar para si.

Jaebin mordeu o lábio inferior meio incerto do que dizer ou o que fazer agora que aqueles olhos sonolentos lhe encaravam, mas o sorriso que Inpyo trazia em seus lábios lhe deixavam mais calmo. "Bom dia, hyung." Do amado só recebeu um selar e os braços abertos para que se encaixasse por entre eles, não demorou para fazê-lo, assim como não demorou para sentir como o outro estava ali duro sob si. Talvez não fosse apenas um simples bom dia, mas um ótimo reaver da noite anterior.

Inpyo nasceu em Jeju e desde cedo poderia até brincar dizendo que nasceu um tritão por viver mais dentro da água do que em casa. Os pais donos de uma pousada famosa rente à praia faziam dele a criança mais feliz do mundo e principalmente alguém que amava o meio ambiente à sua volta. Fazia parte de sempre ajudar em lugares que precisavam de limpeza e até mesmo a orientar turistas e pessoas sobre como preservar aquele lugar tão bonito.

Sempre soube o que queria poder fazer da vida. Apesar de passar em sua mente coisas como: ambientalista, alguém que pudesse fazer a diferença na ONU ou similares, Inpyo decidiu que faria biologia marinha na faculdade porque assim queria achar um jeito de preservar certas espécies e também ajudar os pais de alguma forma com a aparição de animais ali perto. Quem sabe até fazer como se fosse uma atração da pousada. Um pensamento que não só ajudava ele como também sua família, afinal de contas não conseguia pensar apenas em si.

Durante o colégio tinha feito questão de fazer parte de voluntariados e se envolver em causas, não só por amar fazer aquilo e bem as pessoas como também poderia incrementar no seu currículo para a faculdade. Inpyo estava sempre à frente no seu tempo quando precisava planejar as coisas. Se tornando o aluno que sempre tinha as maiores notas, ninguém se surpreendeu tanto quanto ele na faculdade. Só que nem tudo são flores e seus pais caíram num golpe de uma empresa que iria auxiliar eles em ser a melhor pousada e quando viram já não detinham mais qualquer centavo no bolso que fosse.

Falidos, eles venderam a pousada num preço mais baixo que detinham e saíram do centro para se mudar para mais para o interior, não era a lugar dos sonhos, mas era o que dava para eles. Inpyo teve que deixar o sonho da faculdade para o futuro, porque agora restava à ele arranjar um emprego e ajudar nas despesas de casa, porque seus pais ainda não sabiam o que iriam fazer, ainda que o patriarca tivesse aberto uma barraquinha de peixe no mercado. Mas Inpyo queria sair um pouco do rumo das coisas ali e do que acontecia, então meio que juntou suas coisas e na cara e coragem se mudou para Seoul, mais precisamente para Jung-gu, onde arranjou um emprego como atendente em um petshop. Era um novo rumo na vida que ele ainda não sabia como ia proceder, mas era uma chance nova ao menos para si de esquecer um pouco dos erros dos pais.

Por medo do que faria com Jaebin, caso o encontrassem ali, tentou andar o mais rápido possível com o bichinho entre os lábios, como se fosse uma caixinha de suco. — Tudo bem por aqui? — Questionou assim que a boca ficou vazia, tentando conter o sangue que escorria pelo canto dos lábios, passando o pulso ali.

Eles tinham total direito do mundo de lhe julgarem, eram melhores que ele de toda forma, Jaebin não era bom em nada nem mesmo quando ainda estava vivo, quem diria agora pós morte que precisava de sangue para sobreviver e não fazia o mínimo para isso. — Eu… Não posso prometer, mas falo se alguém for muito chato. — Ou petulante, mas deixaria aquilo ali para si. Na verdade, ele preferiu até fingir que não ouviu quando Inpyo se gabou de ser o favorito do mestre. — Pode… Pode ser sim. Desculpa dar tanto trabalho.

Old QL Game

Tagged by my favorite @negrowhat. This is a good game for this moment when current BL is not really hitting for me. Let's reminisce! I will be altering the directive a bit here because I don't generally think about or remember shows in terms of individual scenes, but rather for narratives that I loved.

Puppy Honey (2016)

If you're surprised to see this on my list, you must not know me. The show that launched the most enduring pair in Thai BL will always have a special place in my heart (despite how objectively terrible it is). I loved this scene for Rome's bravery and Pick's warring desires. Pick seemed like he was going to jump right out of his own skin when Rome kissed him; he loved it and hated it and he had no idea what to do with that. It's one of the more honest portrayals of internalized homophobia in a genre that often prefers to exist in the bubble, and the awkward nature of the actors' early dynamic fits the story well.

No Touching At All (2014)

It's not so much a moment in this Japanese film, it's the entire thing (though shoutout to a classic confession in the snow). It's my favorite kind of love story, about two damaged people trying to find the bravery to trust each other. I loved is so much that I rewatched it as soon as I finished it. It was inaccessible for a long time, but it's now on Gaga and y'all should watch it if you haven't yet!

Some More (2018)

Eboni already mentioned Long Time No See, so let me shout out another early Strongberry piece. Some More is a classic romance set up--city boy crashes into the life of a farm boy--and it's so so sweet and charming. My favorite moment is this one on the beach, when Dongsoo bravely tells Inpyo they're both feeling it and gives him the green light to make his move. It's my favorite of the Strongberry shorts (the whole thing is under 30 mins).

Make it Right (2016)

Love Sick has already received a lot of love, so let me instead focus on its eternally disrespected sibling, Make it Right. I love this show despite its low production quality, green cast, and some of its more questionable narrative choices. There's something very raw and real about its depiction of teenage boys (which is why the bl fandom was so uncomfortable with it, if we're being honest). Frame and Book are my favs, and I particularly loved their season 1 story. Frame was such an interesting character--he was kind and genuinely well-intentioned but also kind of dense and promiscuous and lacking the maturity to understand how Book's experiences made it difficult for him to trust Frame. I loved watching their messy journey to trusting each other.

The Novelist (2018)

As much as people like to bang on about the surge of racy Thai BLs with plentiful NC17 scenes, Japan did it first and best with The Novelist and the rest of the subsequent Pornographer series. It's not possible to pick a single moment from this show that sticks out for me, there are way too many. Rio and Haruhiko have one of the most compelling relationship dynamics ever to grace my screen and I still think about them years after I finished their story. The sex in this show is not gratuitous or here primarily to be aesthetically pleasing, it's closely tied to their character and relationship development and deeply important to the story. Hard to imagine anything topping it.

re-watched school nurse files. reminded that nobody in the world likes this show as much as me. the reviews people leave hurt my heart. like even the people who give it 4/5 stars r like "I didn't understand wut was going on tho" ... they can watch it like that(no hate to them, the more ppl who like it the better) but I just want 2 see people loving it 4 the same reasons I do.

The way it balances the absurdity of the supernatural with the mundanity of the character's daily lives. Everybody is so charming. Eunyoung awkward ass. Inpyo's boring one. When he's going on n on about knots n eunyoung's almost in tears(worlds strongest warrior)<- just a scene that made me want 2 explode cuz I luv it. Free agent Mackenzie. episode 5... Episode 5.... it just rolls along at such steady pace I think it's easy to miss what's happening in the background.

That's why I think so many people get caught up in the atmosphere of it. Sum people will like it others not. I'm one that loves the aesthetic on top of everything, so, ya know, don't get how a show having gross visuals warrants a bad review. I'm trying not 2 be bitter, but I'm snf's only soldier :((((
