This is a story ask blog! The story is basically that the scrybes needed replacements so they're training said replacements like apprentices!

And any other inscryption character that's like...yk alive. Well, alive ENOUGH...you know what I mean.

The Scrybes themselves probably will not answer many asks (i cant draw them to save my LIFE..)
