I write this entry under the weight of confirmation.

For years, we operated under hypothesis. Speculation. Shadows and glimpses. That era ended on October 23rd at 04:31 UTC, when orbital surveillance under Initiative control tracked two foreign vessels initiating maneuver into low Earth orbit.

Their vectors, mass profiles, and EM signatures leave no room for interpretation.

They are not ours. They are not of Earth. They are inbound. And they do not ask permission.

This is not theory. This is contact.

The sky is no longer the only domain shifting beneath our feet.

In Uzbekistan, our containment teams continue monitoring the crash site near Tashkent. What they’ve uncovered confirms our deepest concerns: the biological samples recovered do not share lineage with Earth-based evolution. Yiyuan Ai continues to outperform expectations. Her augmented sensory processing has yielded clean intelligence. It was she who confirmed Kgoloko’s factional alignment. She will remain in Central Asia for now.

Overlaying all this, a crisis born of Earth itself.

A super-cyclone made landfall in the Kolkata region this week. Power grids are down. Food and transport disrupted. Thousands displaced. In a country already fraying at the political seams, this may become the breach point. I’ve instructed Regional Desk East to initiate contingency planning for cascading state failure scenarios across Bengal and Assam.

But amid the chaos, one critical success: Skywatch is live.

Our surveillance constellation is now linked and operational, offering near-complete orbital awareness. When they return, we’ll see them. We may even anticipate their arrival.

Following activation, our research allies selected a new focus: immersive strategic interfaces. If successful, this initiative will reframe how we command multi-theater operations—from military projection to containment and diplomacy.

That future remains theoretical. But at least now, it has a shape.

Trump Revokes Biden’s Security Clearance, Halting Intelligence Briefings

Former President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he would revoke President Joe Biden’s security clearance, effectively ending the daily intelligence briefings Biden had been receiving. The move comes as a response to Biden’s 2021 decision to strip Trump of his own security clearance.

Trump made the statement on social media shortly after arriving at his Mar-a-Lago estate for the weekend, stating, “There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information. Therefore, we are immediately revoking Joe Biden's security clearances and stopping his daily Intelligence Briefings.” He went on to argue that Biden had set the precedent in 2021 by instructing the Intelligence Community to deny Trump access to national security details, a courtesy traditionally extended to former presidents.

At the time, Biden had justified removing Trump’s briefings due to his role in inciting the January 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection and his ongoing efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Biden had expressed concerns over Trump’s “erratic” behavior and its potential risks regarding sensitive information.

Trump, in his post, also referenced the special counsel report into Biden’s handling of classified documents, claiming that the findings revealed Biden’s “poor memory” and questioned his ability to handle sensitive material responsibly.

Biden has not yet responded to Trump’s announcement.

Cảnh sát Việt Nam hôm Chủ nhật (28/7) đã bắt giữ gần 400 người Trung Quốc bị buộc tội tổ chức hệ thống cờ bạc trực tuyến lớn nhất từ trước đến nay, theo Reuters.

380 người vi phạm, tuổi từ 18 đến 24, đã bị bắt khi đang điều hành các trang web đánh bạc trực tuyến tại một khu vực được bảo vệ chặt chẽ ở thành phố Hải Phòng.

Hoạt động cờ bạc được coi là bất hợp pháp ở Việt Nam, nhưng người nước ngoài được phép đánh bạc tại các sòng bạc địa phương. Năm ngoái, Việt Nam thông báo sẽ cho phép một số công dân đánh bạc tại các sòng bạc được chỉ định trên cơ sở thử nghiệm.

Mỹ giúp Somalia tiêu diệt khủng bố

Reuters đưa tin, một cuộc không kích của Hoa Kỳ đã tiêu diệt một nhóm tay súng ủng hộ lực lượng khủng bố, hoạt động ở miền bắc Somalia, có liên hệ với Nhà nước Hồi giáo IS, Bộ Tư lệnh Quân đội Mỹ phụ trách Châu Phi (AAC) cho biết thông tin hôm Chủ nhật.

Người tị nạn Rohingya không tin chính phủ Myanmar

Trong chuyến thăm những người Rohingya đang tị nạn ở Bangladesh, các quan chức Myanmar đã không thể thuyết phục được rằng những người thuộc sắc dân thiểu số theo đạo Hồi có thể trở về nhà an toàn, theo WSJ.

Hơn 700.000 người Rohingya đã phải chạy trốn khỏi Myanmar sau một cuộc đàn áp quân sự tàn bạo vào năm 2017. Đối mặt với áp lực quốc tế, Myanmar đã tuyên bố trong nhiều tháng qua rằng người Rohingya có thể quay trở lại nhà của mình.
