You Don’t Have To Prepare For Your Interview?

So a YouTube and career coach I follow, Linda Raynier, posted a great topic on the myth that you do not need to prepare for an interview. Yes, there are some that just wing it with interviews! Please, as a corporate recruiter having held thousands of interviews, please do your research and prepare ahead of your interview.
