I wanted this to be about evolutionary relationships as implied by the first addition so here's my thoughts on that:
the most likely thing would probably be something made with wood (or perhaps plant-based string/cloth?), but that's about as distantly related as you could get unless there's some prokaryote with a mechanical/aesthetic application i'm unaware of
less likely (i imagine) but more closely related would be something made with ungulate wool or leather
the most closely related thing i could imagine being plausible to have in an appliance would be rabbit wool. you're not gonna get any closer than that without having something derived from a primate (or uh. *checks wikipedia* a treeshrew or colugo)
i can't actually think of any specific items from my own home that include these materials and would be considered "appliances" though lol
