I can not believe someone cited a paper trying to prove their argument to me and the paper directly contradicted them
#this was one of three papers by the way and I’m convinced they just read the titles and if we’re being generous the abstract#like if you don’t know how to read a scientific paper don’t use one in your argument#because only one could be interpreted as supporting their argument#and even that one was mostly saying it’s inconclusive and we need to do more research#it’s always fun to get to pull out peer reviewed sources for arguments#and I didn’t even have to do it myself this time#I’m sure I’m horribly annoying to argue with though#it’s fun for me though so not my problem#j rambles
