On November 11th, 1989 Jacob Bennett was born to an unwed mother, the secretary of a wall street tycoon, legally renamed Jacob Sullivan two years after his birth when his mother returned to her hometown of Lunar Cove and married his stepfather; Phil Sullivan. Shortly after remarrying, Jake’s mother had three more children and he became a big brother to three little sisters. Phil adopted Jacob before his first sister was born and treated him just like his own child, though Jacob would continue to have a tumultuous relationship with his birth father.

Growing up, Jake was a rambunctious child. Sensitive and impulsive but deeply loved by his family. He was 10 years old when he came into his first power; Aura Reading. Then came the ability to heal, and in highschool Jake discovered he possessed the power of teleportation.

Senior year, Jacob got his highschool girlfriend pregnant and forewent attending college out of state to stay behind with her and raise their child. He began school at the University of Rhode Island in the fall of 2008.

A few months before her due date, Jacob’s girlfriend was hit by a drunk driver and died upon impact alongside their unborn child. Grief came like a tidal wave, drowning Jacob beneath its weight. A loss that forever changed him, but in the wake of the tragedy his family and coven surrounded him. There was no question after that, Jacob would join Lunar Cove’s coven and came into his fourth and final power; electrokinesis.

Devoted to his family and to the coven, yet still an avid wanderer; Jacob took every opportunity to travel. He used his gift of teleportation to explore the world during holidays from school. Which is what convinced him to leave his hometown when given the chance.

In 2012, Jacob graduated from the University of Rhode Island and accepted an offer from NYU to obtain his masters in architecture. An avid lover of the arts his whole life, Jake was excited to marry his passion and profession. It wasn’t his first time living in the city, either. Growing up, he often spent summers in New York, visiting his father.

During the three year program, Jacob gave himself permission to indulge in life. He eased his long held grief in the beds of women and men alike, drowning his remaining sorrows at the bottom of drink and pill bottles.

A wake up call came the night he and an ex overindulged themselves. He should’ve known better than to let his former partner  behind the wheel in the state they were in. No stranger to the deadly implications of driving under the influence, yet thoughtless to the ramifications of their actions until they collided with a light pole.  In a better state than his once boyfriend, Jake couldn’t watch him die and broke the rules to heal him, promising them both he’d get his head back on straight.

After a stint in self admitted rehab, Jake made peace with his past and became committed to sober living. He graduated with his masters in architecture and was set to take a job out in California when he was called home for an impromptu “family meeting”.

Gathered around his childhood’s kitchen table, his mother broke the news to Jake and his siblings that she had cancer. He didn’t hesitate to move home, turning down his job offer to take one in Lunar Cove.

It was hard for Jake to be back home. Every street corner held memories of his youth, of all that he had lost. He traveled as often as he could to keep his mind busy, using his gifts of teleportation once more to put distance between himself and what hurt. Always coming home after a few weeks, though, remaining a constant support in his family’s lives. During this time, Jake constructed his dream home in Sunny Harbor. A three story craftsman he spared no detail in designing. From an attic with no door, not a problem to a witch with the power of teleportation, where he practiced spells, to a backyard with a pool of his childhood dreams.

In 2022, his mother lost her battle to cancer and Jacob returned to a dark place again. Once more, drowning his grief in bottles and traveling. He spent more time away than before, but came home for good at the start of 2024 when the oldest of his three, little sisters had her first baby. Jake’s first niece, named after their mother, little Emma drowned out all the dark.

As madness descends across Lunar Cove, wreaking havoc in Jake’s once safe haven, he has committed himself to staying put and protecting those he loves. The years of Peter Pan have passed. No longer a lost boy, but a man who must resist the call of Never Never land or risk losing the only real home he’s ever known.

I have determined that it is no longer in the national interest for the following individuals to access classified information:  Antony Blinken, Jacob Sullivan, Lisa Monaco, Mark Zaid, Norman Eisen, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Andrew Weissmann, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Cheney, Kamala Harris, Adam Kinzinger, Fiona Hill, Alexander Vindman, Joseph R. Biden Jr., and any other member of Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s family.  Therefore, I hereby direct every executive department and agency head to take all additional action as necessary and consistent with existing law to revoke any active security clearances held by the aforementioned individuals and to immediately rescind their access to classified information.  I also direct all executive department and agency heads to revoke unescorted access to secure United States Government facilities from these individuals.

This action includes, but is not limited to, receipt of classified briefings, such as the President’s Daily Brief, and access to classified information held by any member of the Intelligence Community by virtue of the named individuals’ previous tenure in the Congress.

In the event that any of the named individuals received a security clearance by virtue of their employment with a private entity, the United States Government entity that granted the security clearance should inform the private entity that these individuals’ ability to access classified information has been revoked.

Nate pushed Y/N against the lockers at school. Everyone in the hallway shut up immediately as they wondered what Nate was going to say or do Y/N. And judging by the harsh look on Nate's face, it wouldn't be pleasant.

"Maddy told me what happened the other night." Nate's voice was cold and angry. "You were acting like a fucking slut at the carnival. Riding the carousel. Humping the pole like a bitch in heat. Fucking trash, Y/N."

People talked and murmured, but what they failed to realize was that it was all Maddy's fault. Give Y/N a taste of Molly in the House of Mirrors. Y/N being so fucking high, that he could he considered a kite. And then it happened. Spotting Danny Sullivan on the ride. He was wearing all black and eyeliner. He looked so fucking slutty, that how could Y/N not take a taste?

But not everyone would understand that. Nate, especially. With his angry features and the vein popping out of his forehead. Y/N locks eyes with Nate and swallowed. "Yeah, it's true. Danny was there, looking all hot and fuckable. Got me going ,Nate. Really made my rod hard. Better you ever fucking could."

Nate slapped Y/N hard across the face. It echoed around the hallway as there was a mix of gasps and 'oohs' from their fellow students. Y/N touched the burning red mark on his cheek. He looks up at Nate. "You...fucking hit me. You fucking hit me!"

"And don't you forget this moment you little slut. You dumb, fucking cun–"

Y/N kicked Nate in the balls. The taller male moans in pain as Y/N walked past him and onto his next class.

I am genuinely so close to rewriting newsies guys. The Broadway show that is. I don't wanna hear anybody complain about Katherine being underdeveloped when literally EVERY. SINGLE. CHARACTER. IS UNDERDEVELOPED. IT'S A 2 HOUR MUSICAL I KNOW, BUT JESUS CHRIST. so I'm gonna list off things I'd add/remove/fix if I did rewrite it

I think the opening scene could definitely just be like Crutchie being anxious and Jack helping to ground Crutchie and at the end of Santa Fe (Prologue) instead of saying like, "Time for dreamin's done." I'd rather him say something like, "If you need me today don't hesitate to get me." I'M SORRY IF THIS SEEMS DRAMATIC I LOVE CRUTCHIE AND I FEEL BAD FOR HIM

Carrying the Banner stays relatively the same, but "Go get 'em cowboy!" Gets added back in

I don't like Katherine as Pulitzer's daughter. I don't. I LOVE Katherine, but I hate the "Oh I'm the daughter of your rival and I'm in love with you!" THIS ISN'T ROMEO AND JULIET GET OUT. sorry guys 😇 but still. And the fact Katherine is based off of Pulitzer's daughter that died as a baby also really rubs me the wrong way so instead of her being Pulitzer's daughter, I think it'd be cool if she came from a middle class family. I will expand on this later on in the post but bare with me here

Now I know it'd make more sense to combine Katherine and Sarah into one character, but I wanna see Katherine and Sarah interact because yk they're both girls in the 1800s surrounded by a group of guys who probably smell like a cow pasture and I also like the idea of Sarah standing up for Katherine when Jack's like, "Shouldn't you be at the ballet?"

In act two when Jack's like hiding out, I want Davey to talk abt being impacted by being poor as well and then Jack starts being really hypocritical and then he gets called out. (Preferably by Sarah)

The scene where Pulitzer is talking to Jack and then reveals Katherine is his daughter wouldn't work that way if Katherine wasn't his daughter, so instead I think it'd be neat if he was offering her a job for like, yk, a bit of money and she doesn't wanna accept it because she's working with the newsies and she feels it's more important to help them than it is to take the job but Jack walks in and Pulitzer hands Katherine the money and is like "omg thank you for taking the offer that was so sweet of you!!!!! 😇" and jacks like, "bro wtf I thought you were helping us out" and Katherine is forcefully escorted out of his office so she doesn't have a chance to explain

On the rooftop scene when they're arguing, instead of Katherine immediately kissing Jack, I want her to see him crying or something of the likes so she just hugs him because, c'mon. He needs it. And then Something to Believe In is the same except they don't kiss, not yet at least. (Sorry to all you newsbian shippers and javey shippers)

Jack Kelly can only draw horses

He started copying them from his dime novels or posters around the city and can maybe draw a cowboy sitting on them but it was always more about the horse

Later he sketches the horses while sitting near the cowboy actors in a brief break from selling or draws a horse running if he comes with Race to the racetrack but really, if he tried drawing anything but horses he'd not be able to do it well, he only ever wanted horses and can whip one up in just a few strokes now without even thinking about it

Some days he tries to draw himself and David on horses in the wild west but that's about the farthest he strays

sometimes jack slips up and calls les ‘micheal’, whenever this happens he avoids the jacobs for a few hours. everytime david finds jack on the rooftop of meddas theatre, he always ask the same thing “whats wrong?”

jack never replies. of course he doesnt. why would he? he doesnt want anymore pity because another “Im sorry” wont bring micheal back, he knows micheals gone forever, and its his fault.

david never pushes it, they sit in silence together. the only sounds coming from whatever birds are left flying, along with the audiences cheers from the theater.

maybe one day he’ll be able to say that name properly again.

maybe one day micheal will be known to david.

maybe one day jack will open up more.

maybe he never will.
