Behavior

Nagas can only tolerate their kind to a fault, they are territorial and wish the be left alone. Unless, of course, they are in the company of their partner/s.

There are many kinds of Nagas, but they are classified into two main kinds:

Soft-bellies: As their name indicates, they have softer belly scales, which makes them extremely fast. This adaptation is seen in Swamp, Costal, and Forest Nagas.

Tough-scaled: As such, these Nagas have a tougher layer of scales. This adaptation can be seen in two main places, Mountain and Desert Nagas.

Nagas are masters at magic to a fault. Their big bodies process their food and transform it into mana energy and they create so much of it that the excess sweeps onto the area around them. This is a huge advantage, as plants with mana grow exponentially, attracting prey. The more mana, the better prey.

However, this is also dangerous, as it can attract predators that a naga would have trouble to dispatch. This is believed to be the reason why nagas isolate themselves from their specie.

However, Mountain nagas are an oddity. They are one of the bigger genes, and their tough scales don’t let their mana spread as much. As such, they are one of the weird species that tend to conglomerate and share a space with the others. It has been found that their dens tend to connect through subterranean passages.

Unlike snakes, nagas are good parents to their hatchlings. They feed them and start to teach them skills that will help them in the future, especially hunting strategies and crafts such as weaving and blacksmithing. Once the hatchling is big enough, it’ll be kicked out of its parent's den and be left to be around the territory till it can defend itself against other nagas.

That period is also when they hone in on their magic types, as it can be a dangerous process for their bodies.

Fun fact about the name Randall/Randy! The name Randy is a name of English origin that means "shield wolf" or "protector wolf".

So, i don’t know about you guys, but I’m making Randy a werewolf/Wolf-like monster in my AU. Also yes I ship Jeff x Randy, because I’m a multi-shipper and I want to explore character dynamics >:3

Seeing @creepyfluffyyippee ‘s version of Randy, knowing that they are a wolf/werewolf kind of monster, made me want to share some art of Werewolf Jeff and Randy that I have!

This is an AU I have with a friend and is a quick piece that I am still pretty happy about, Werewolf Jeff's design has changed quite a bit-

This one is a loose Werewolf Jeff, way more recent but I still need to tweak him here and there-

Remember Zalgo’s proxy Randy idea? This is him now, feel old yet?-

Anyway, I was not at all happy with their previous design, so, now here is the new one!

Again, this is a version of Randy that got resurrected by Zalgo with the main goal of getting rid of Jeff or at least kicking his ass a peg down here and there. Of course, Jeff tends to win, having way more years of experience in combat- Doesn’t mean Randy isn’t as annoying as he could be. Being that his main and almost only objective means many of the memories full of useless emotions and sentiments have been missing along with faces and names…

After many missions where they antagonize each other, some truces have been established and they start to talk about the past, Randy starts to remember a thing or two… His hatred for Zalgo only worsens with each sweet memory of his past. Sadly for him, He depends on Zalgo’s powers a lot to keep himself afloat, as his body tends to rot if his energy depletes or if he gets badly hurt.

When he gets desperate tho, he can change his body to get a hold of the strength he tends to lack, becoming a big bird that, while mainly grounded, can still use those talons to punch whatever he needs into dust. That, and the extra pair of wings means more sharp feathers he can throw as ammo.

Bust Your Kneecaps - The End, The Beggining

Long ago Someone inspired me to draw a Hanahaki-diseased Randy, so, here it is.

For those who don’t know, Hanahaki disease is a fictional disease affecting those with a one-sided love/crush. Flowers start to grow in their lungs, draining the person’s energy. It ends when the love is returned, or in death, perfect to write a bittersweet/angsty fanfic.

For this one, Randy has been crushing on Jeff for a long ass time, not even accepting the fact himself. Till, well, it gets that bad.

My color sketches with Randy and Jeff. For now these are their main outfits (but I still think I'll change the color of Jeff's hoodie, I don't really like it) and the main feature of their look is their clothes together. This is how they emphasize their love and loyalty to each other. Jeff wears Randy's red hat, and Randy wears Jeff's iconic white hoodie. And I think it's cute :3

Quick sketches for another Randy that came to mind after being inspired by friends. He answers the question of “what if Randy made a pact with Zalgo and came back?”

And the answer is, apparently, bird mobster or something.

Main goal? To kill/annoy Jeff and whatever plans The Slenderman has.

My clear inspiratons are Secretary birds. Having come back, he did not have much of a choice on his new life’s career, and his boss is not… the best, per se.

He was only supposed to be a cool design but man do I like his ass and how he turned out, he be a bird and a menace that throws the biggest of tantrums when Jeff manages to best his ass-

… and sometimes they kiss, cause I have a problem your honor. Nothing better than sharing a cigarette after both know they failed and are going to have their asses kicked by their bosses for it-

It’s been a while since I have posted stuff here, and believe me, I have a lot of Jeff x Randy stuff to post. So, for now, take these two illustrations I am very proud about, I love these menaces a ton and I cannot wait to start making more art of them stupids. If anyone has any ideas for them or wants to ask about them, my ask is back on!

Jeff is the most affectionate one of the two, and he is not ashamed of it. Still, they both like to make a lil comment to tease each other. Old habits never die with them.

Also, another cute detail is that Randy calls Jeff “Fry” cause JefFry, Fry as in small fish cause when they met, Randy was taller, and cause he got fried huehuehue
