We are celebrating the birthday of the King Of 1980s News today; Mr Dale Jennings! ❤️🌟🎂🎉

It was fantastic getting a date of birth for our male lead in S03E03. His 35th birthday party was held on Sunday 4th June 1989, meaning that Dale was born on this day in 1954. Today in 2025, he would be turning 71 years old!

His birthday bash in 1989 was one to remember. It was a semi-formal event, where almost everyone he knew was invited, including his mum, Noelene, Rob, Kay, Dennis and the CEO Richard Bertrand. Helen was invited but wasn’t able to come, and of course, there was one person who never received an invite to begin with 😉

Aside from the showdown with the uninvited party-crasher, one of the cool things that happened at Dale’s 35th birthday was that a home video camera was taken from guest to guest, and their birthday wishes were recorded, as a memory for Dale - and us - to look back upon. Val’s was so sweet, commenting on the lovely cake and how it was lovely to see all his friends, and Donna playfully teased at his new “King of News” title; gifted to him by Kay! Kay and her friend warmly cheered “Happy Birthday, Mr Jennings,” and Richard wished Dale many happy returns and told him to keep up the good work.

Although his birthday party was cut short due to developments in the Chinese student protests in Tiananmen Square, he did appear to have a lovely day, and let’s hope that he would be celebrating his 71st today joyously, wherever he may be in the world. Happy birthday Dale, from Newsreader fans from the future! 🤴🏼

As for Helen, she doesn’t have an exact date of birth, however she was born in 1950, and is an Aries (confirmed by Em Rusciano and Michael Lucas on Emsolation Extra), so she would have been born in late-March through to mid-April of that year. That being said, stay tuned for Saturday. There may be an important birthday to celebrate for Helen after all! 😉💖

Okay, almost done with the original run of Twin Peaks, only the finale remaining, and I love that the current plot-lines are:

Will the nefarious long-thought-dead man and his sweetheart brother-in-law find the hidden treasure?

Will this couple stay together?

Can this other couple overcome one still being married to an amnesia stricken crazy woman with super-strength?

Did the amoral millionare gone woke have an affair with this character's mom?

Will the lovable comic relief dummy choose the other lovable comic relief dummy, or the foppish douche?

Can they stop the insane FBI agent turned serial killer from using evil spirits to unleash hell on Earth?

Who will win the Miss Twin Peaks competion?

The 1st generation Afton siblings and their wives!

Let me introduce you to FNAF Amaranth Au's 1st generation of the afton siblings, Jenny Júlia Afton, Vincent Afton and Scott Ralph Afton. I don't know why they're mad but they're all accompanied by their wives! Lisa Renée belongs to Vin while Margaret to Scott respectfully! Jenny is the older sister and basically this universes Aunt Jen from the FNAF book series since my Phone guy is also Henry! She's promised to Mrs Andrew's and she's Cassidy's adoptive mom. <3

Ich gebe zu, ich habe mich am Anfang von den ganzen „der Film wird nie was“ Leuten beeinflussen lassen, hab den Jungs dann aber doch eine Chance gegeben.

Sie sind in ihrem eigenen ???-Universum und machen ihre Sache gut, besonders Nevio als Peter hab ich schon jetzt in mein Herz geschlossen.

Nur schade dass die Leute alles immer noch mit den Hörspielen vergleichen, anstatt es als was eigenständiges zu sehen.

Ich lieb es ja auch, wie die drei schon ihre ganz eigene Dynamik entwickelt haben und es immer wieder Peter und Bob sind die gefühlt aufeinander hocken 😂
