Okay guys! Tomorrow is my last final for A & P and I couldn’t be any more ready! This year has been a huge struggle for me, school wise. But I’m ready to finish this semester with a bang! 1. favourite part of the day? when you’re able to leave the house around 6/7am and everyone who’s up has this sense of comradery! like, all the people nod at you like ‘hey there fellow early riser’ 

2. do you have favourite quote? there’s a few! i love so much of ‘footnote to howl’ - especially the final line: ‘holy the supernatural extra brilliant intelligent kindness of the soul!’

3. do you listen to music before falling asleep? if so, which song(s) do you find the most calming? aaaa i’m so terrible bc i listen to really fun upbeat songs before bed, like ‘bless this acid house’ - kasabian! but if i’m trying to calm down, i like asmr videos! like gibi asmr, or maria!

4. least favourite emotion? i’m really sensitive/empathetic as a person and sometimes i can get too emotional over other people’s unhappiness. i wish i could be stronger!! i’m literally that girl who cries over the olympic opening ceremony because i love that idea that the whole world has come together yknow

5. sunsets or sunrises? sunrise!! ‘the sun will rise and we will try again’ 

6. favourite flowers? sunflowers

7. favourite season? that ‘summer into autumn’ gap when it’s not COLD-cold but it’s orange and gold outside!

8. sweet or savory? totally depends on my mood but i’d default say ‘savoury’ bc i’m lactose intolerant so it excludes loads of yummy sweet things straight away :((

9. what colour combinations do you like the most? pink and blue

10. do you like when it rains heavily or do you prefer sunny days? i’m a creature of the sun but i do enjoy the occasional torrential rain! especially if it’s thundering down, there’s something so exciting and everyone starts screaming bc it’s so wild hahah! 

11. how do you feel today? excited!! i’ve got friends from uni coming to visit me at home this weekend and i can’t wait to see them!

2/100 days of productivity - august the 2nd, 2017

today was not a good day.

it was pretty hard to get things done. I couldn’t stop prpcrastinating! ugh, I hate this.

probably it was because the stuff I had to do today was stuff I do not enjoy. like, not one asignement was enjoyable. so I ended up putting off some things I was supposed to do, and ended up studying norwegian for kicks.

however, it was still a productive day. I did a couple of physics exercises, wrote a composition and studied norwegian. not as productive as it could have been, but productive overall.

It is a subject often overlooked compared to academic subjects such as maths, english, languages and science. Regardless, sociology is a significant subject and so I’ve compiled a list of sites and resources that I have found helpful when studying the subject.
