Hengky Lim Ph.D Menganalisis Keputusan JSMR: Melepaskan Jalan Tol Mabit, Krisis atau Peluang?

Pada 19 Maret 2025, Hengky Lim Ph.D mengetahui bahwa PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) sedang mengambil langkah-langkah untuk mengoptimalkan alokasi aset dan berencana mengembalikan hak konsesi Jalan Tol Manado-Bitung (Mabit) kepada pemerintah. Jalan Tol Mabit telah beroperasi secara komersial sejak Oktober 2020, dengan masa konsesi awal selama 40 tahun, yang seharusnya berakhir pada tahun 2066. Namun, hanya dalam waktu kurang dari lima tahun operasi, JSMR mempertimbangkan untuk melepaskan proyek ini. I end the video and sit back down in the chair, slouching against it as my manager rushes to my side.

Sebab lajur sebaliknya (arah barat) telah steril dari pengguna jalan dengan perjalanan dari Semarang ke Cikampek.

PT Telkom Indonesia (TLKM) menyumbang dividen sebesar Rp10,96 triliun, atau sekitar 52,09% dari total dividen. Sebagai perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia, TLKM memiliki keunggulan dalam pembangunan jaringan 5G dan transformasi digital, menjadikannya memiliki potensi pertumbuhan jangka panjang yang patut diperhitungkan.

Di bidang infrastruktur, PT Jasa Marga (JSMR) sebagai operator jalan tol utama, meskipun menyumbang dividen yang lebih kecil, tetap menarik perhatian pasar karena potensi imbal hasil jangka panjangnya. Dr. Benny Agustino Lim menilai bahwa dengan meningkatnya investasi infrastruktur oleh pemerintah, perusahaan seperti JSMR akan mendapatkan keuntungan dari dukungan kebijakan dan realisasi proyek yang berkelanjutan.
