I got COVID and while in quarantine, I watched way too much FMA. In the good old tradition of hopeless fangirling, I laser focused on the worst character in the entire series, I mean duh.

Initially I planned for the background to be full of unnecesary details and easter eggs, but later I realized that 1. life is short, 2. I lack the skill and 3. it looked kinda bad. So I reduced it to those dark shadows in the back.

If you are reading this and begin to feel that you are gazing upon the work of a first class hack, then yes, you are correct. P.S. to all the Zolf J. Kimblee stans out there: you're welcome guys P.S. 2: to the same: my headcanon is that Kimblee writes music, if you think otherwise, fight me.

P.S. 3: to self: WHY do I always try to draw things I obviously can't draw well (HANDS, argh) and that semi-realistic style of mine is not helping at all P.S. 4: I rewatched / re-read all of FMA a few times over with little break, now I have a nervous reaction of clapping my hands at everything please send help P.S. 5: I rewatched the old FMA 2003 and it was a surprisingly enjoyable experience, although I didn't remember all that filler. It's cute

DO NOT USE MEDIBANG OR JUMPAIT!!!

I have been a user of Medibang and Jump Paint for years and they have just crossed the line within 24 hours.

Up til yesterday they have informed everyone who used them that there would be a scheduled maintenance to fix and repair bugs. After the maintenance it was revealed that it wasn't a simple maintenance it was a complete revamp.

Artist including myself were now faced with a HUGE PROBLEM.

We try and access our art on the cloud that we were kinda tricked/forced to use and we are told "You have exceeded your cloud storage. Please update to our premium plan to access your project".

Many including myself were confused and looked at our profiles to discover a new feature showing how much cloud storage we had. Everyone discovered that now the company will only allow 3 GB of cloud storage for free. So many of us were already at 6 GB or others 11 GB some more.

They wont let us have our art now unless we pay them for a premium plan.

ALL OF MY WORK IS ON THAT CLOUD.

I am not sorry to say I WILL NOT BE GIVING ANY PAYMENT to this company not even my time. I WILL be getting MY art back and I will not be paying for my own work. To me this is THEFT.

Even if they fix this problem I will not continue with them. There was no warning they will not help you. All they do is say upgrade to our premium plan.

Who is to say down the road they wont pull this again?

If I am going to spend money on a program it will be with one that wont STEAL and KEEP MY ARTWORK HOSTAGE!

okay so bad news umm

It will probably take a long time for me to show the COTL comic. One because I have to actually develop the story, and two- I use JUMPPAINT comics, which if you don’t know, has a cloud storage limit (that I never knew of) which I exceeded, and can only use if I either delete the app, or buy premium. so yeah that sucks

DO NOT FRET THOUGH!!! it may take me a while to post my ask comic BUT i will be posting other oc (and some cc) art of cotl and other fandoms!!! im sure i’ll be able to actually post it sometime … eventually

however, have Ambre for your troubles,, sorry for the people who were looking forward to it
