Thoughts: she’s had a couple not so good outfits here and there, but JWC 2022. She missed the free program cutoff by just a smidge. That’s when I started to really get behind her skating.

Thoughts: I knew I recognized her name, but I had to search the memory files of my brain to remember where I first saw her. 2020 Junior nationals. She’s such a star.

Junior Worlds Preview - Ladies

I saw one headline mentioned that this competition was going to be Kamila Vailieva vs. Alysa Liu. And I’m sorry, but I have to disagree. I think it could be, but I don’t think it will be. The judges definitely prefer Valieva, and she has outscored Liu all season long. If Liu can skate a perfectly clean free skate, she might be able to push her, but I think this is Vailieva’s to lose.

So, with Valieva winning gold, Liu is the solid silver medalist. That leaves a pretty good battle for bronze, though. I would say that the bronze medal favorites are Heien Lee of South Korea and Daria Usacheva of Russia. Both are very talented ladies, and either could end up on the podium. I would say that Lee has the momentum going in here if I had to choose.

I would say the next set of ladies to watch out for are Maiia Kromykh of Russia, Seoyeong Wi of South Korea and Mana Kawabe of Japan. None of them are very consistent and any could end up in the top five here. I would say that Kromykh has the edge here, but anything could happen here.

I would say that the next group that could fill out the top ten are Ekaterina Ryabova of Azerbaijan, Alessia Tornaghi of Italy, Tomoe Kawabata of Japan, Starr Andrews of the US, and Ekaterina Kurkakova of Poland. Kurakova has the highest personal best score but hasn’t really gotten much closer to that since she did that. I would give the edge to Kawabata or Ryabova as well, but it could be an interesting battle for the remaining top ten spots.

Other skaters to watch out for that could do some good things here are: Kaiya Ruiter of Canada, Yi Zhu of China, and Lindsey Thorngren of the US.

There are an astounding 48 ladies competing here, so half the field will get cut after the short program.

Collage, tears, and family

This is before Della comes back. I'll have a storyline for this completely one day.

• Ending with you finishing law before business because who wouldn't want to know how to lawfully get out of things

• You're in you're last year of collage at 18, being younger than a normal person but you speed though high school.

• Mrs.Beakley had to cut the internet off so you would take a break. Also getting Webby to distract you sometimes.

• "I wanna show you my McDuck family tree!"

• "You've shown it to me before, Webbs." You say but following her anyway.

• You're usually Scrooge's personal lawyer when someone try's to sue him or frame him for something.

• Like that one time you had to mention to a certain fox that because one of Scrooge's relatives couldn't deliver the marbles does not mean Scrooge owes him anything because he does not have to pay for something his relative did.

• "Also if I see you trying to mess with my Uncle again, I will personally make it were you will not be able to set foot in Duckburg again." You told him with a cheerful smile.

• You start helping Donald on the financial situation he puts himself in sometimes.

• "Nah, you don't got to pay me, you're family." You tell Donald as soon as he tried to pay you.

• "It's the least I can do since you've dealt with my brothers for years by yourself." You say.

• Close to the boys first Birthday, you were crying for a reason you do not remember and Donald found you.

• "Why are you crying alone, (Y/n)?" He asked nervously approaching you.

• "I don't want to bother anyone-, I don't even know why I'm crying." You sob and there were tears.

• Donald rushed to comfort you, knowing why you were crying.

• He never knew the full effect it would have on you, he thought you didn't remember. But you know enough to cry about.

• "You want to come with me to get some comfort food?" He suggested.

• "Ya." You mutter following him to the kitchen.

• You were enjoying the mess of a milkshake that Donald made for you along with fries because they are the best combo.

• You chatted with Donald while he cleaned the mess he made.

• "I didn't think you would even remember her." He said as a side comment to himself but you heard and started to cry more.

• "I should work on my class work now, thanks uncle Donald." You said taking the Milkshake and fries and ran to your room.

• Where you stayed the rest of the day, finishing the rest of the last semester of school work. Kept your door locked.

• Scrooge and Donald then had a long, long talk.

• Then it was the boy's birthday!

• You baked the cake, got decorations, and gifts you thought the boys would like.

• You did not sleep the days in between the days.

• "It's the first birthday of yours that I'm here for! And that I know you exist!" You tell them.

• You got Dewey one of those on the go cameras, Huey got an note book that looks like the JWC handbook, and Louie got a small safe.

• You were running on Coffee, Energy drinks, candy, soda, and pure sugar.

• Sooner or later, you were bound to pass out.

• And you did, leaning on a wall watching the kids have fun, with a drink in your hand.

• Webby caught you quickly and with Mrs.Beakley help got you to bed.

• The boys thought you died for a second.

• "No, they haven't slept in a few days." Said Mrs.Beckly, coming back. "I'll save them a piece of cake."

• You woke up feel sore as heck.

• "Ugh, I haven't felt like this since the first semester of collage." You mutter getting up and stretching. Seeing a piece of cake on your desk with a note.

• 'Congrats on finishing college.' - Mrs.Beakley

• Of course she would know.

• You had finished astronomy while planning for the boys party. So you were completely free from college.

• You just need to tell everyone else.

• You had to get Duckworth to gather everyone at the dinner table.

• "So hi! Sorry for passing out I've had a busy few days but I have good news!" You say.

• "You need to take care of yourself better if you want to finish your classes." Said Scrooge.

• "I finished the last of my classes. I'm officially done with collage." You say.

• "Oh that's- what? There was a good few months left for you!" Said Scrooge.

• "What do you expect me to do when I wasn't sleeping? Lay there? Nope." You answered.

• "We should have another party!" Yelled Dewey.

• "I don't do people but you can get me candy!" You say.

• You would graduate between season 1 and 2.

I absolutely adore Maria Kazakova and Georgy Reviya! They are spell binding and their free dance is my favorit of the season!

I didn't feel the same emotional impact in any ice dance team since Virtue/Moir left. Maria and Georgy are the winners of my heart! ❤️

They promise a great future! Today they may not have taken the Gold, but in the future I hope they can. (the winners Nguyen/Kolesnik were also great today btw)

I am happy to have seen them skate live two times already at JGPF 2019 and European Championship 2020 and those are my favorite pics I took at those competitions that I like to share.

Yuma Kagiyama of Japan leads after the short program at Junior Worlds. Andrei Mozalev of Russia is not far behind in second and Andrew Torgashev of the US is in third.
