The singer’s 13-year-old son — whom Spears, 38, shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline — went live on Instagram late Tuesday in a since-deleted viral video in which he spoke about an array of topics, including his mother’s return to music and his opinion of his grandfather, Jamie Spears.

“This is what happens when a 13-year-old acts like they’re 13 years old. Kevin is handling the situation as you would expect from any responsible parent,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told multiple outlets Wednesday.

Federline is also dad to daughter Kori Madison and son Kaleb Michael, his kids with ex-fiancée Shar Jackson. He also shares two daughters, Jordan Kaye and Peyton Marie, with his wife Victoria Prince.

Jayden’s Instagram Live comments about his grandfather Jamie come after the pop star’s father was accused of physically abusing Sean Preston in a police report filed by Federline last August.

According to Kaplan’s testimony as recorded in the police report, Jayden was also present during the Aug. 24 fight. Jamie temporarily stepped down as his daughter’s primary conservator and was later cleared of child abuse charges.

“Britney did the right thing and removed the children and took them out of there,” Kaplan previously told PEOPLE, adding that Federline still wanted Jayden and Sean to have “continuing and meaningful contact with their mother.”

In early 2019, Spears announced she would be taking an indefinite break from work following her father Jamie’s life-threatening colon rupture. Months later, she checked out of the “all-encompassing wellness facility” where she was being treated.

“My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal,” Spears told fans last April. “Don’t worry I’ll be back very soon.”

As we reported in May, Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan filed court docs saying his client deserves "at least three times the amount" that Britney Spears is currently shelling out in child support for their sons Sean, 12, and Jayden, 11.

According to US Weekly on Thursday, the ...Baby One More Time singer has officially been served with a subpoena to sit for a deposition to "discuss her personal finances" in regards to the case.

The source revealed:

"Her lawyer, Laura Wasser, accepted the subpoena on Britney's behalf... The subpoena also included financial discovery, including Britney's most recent tax returns, and a completed income and expense declaration."

Reportedly, the meeting is scheduled to take place in the next two weeks.

Despite the drama, a People source said the musician isn't too worried about her ex, and "is happy" and focused on "being a mom to her boys."

K-Fed is opening up about fatherhood — just in time for Father’s Day!

Kevin Federline, 39, is serious ex goals in a recent interview with Bravo’s Personal Space.

The wannabe rapper opened up about learning to compromise when it comes to his two sons, Preston, 11, and Jayden, 10, with famous ex-wife, Britney Spears.

“I’m used to not having all my kids, and this is gonna be one of those years. When you are co-parenting, you have to be willing to give up some of the things you would really like to do. My boys will be gone; their mom’s off in Asia on tour. They are with me until the 15th, and then they are gone for the rest of the month. I won’t have the boys for Father’s Day,” said Kevin, who remarried in August 2013 to Victoria Prince. “I’m doing a vacation with some of the kids and my nephew.”

Kevin also shares custody of his son Kaleb,12, and daughter Kori, 14, with ex-fiancee Shar Jackson, 40, and he has two young daughters with wife Victoria.

He said his relationship with both his exes is good now.

“You fall into your routine and it’s really easy now,” the part-time DJ said. “It wasn’t always easy, but it’s a lot easier now.”

Back in January, the wannabe rapper posted a photo of his six children on Instagram.

He said, “2017 squad!!! They’re getting so big… Grandma took this pic at Jordan’s first bball game Saturday.”

The former backup dancer also revealed that Preston is a budding DJ.

“He wants to learn more,” he said. “He hasn’t completely dived into it, and I don’t want to force him. I want to make sure it’s something he really wants to do. He’s really big into the EDM trap music scene. He’ll come to me, ‘Have you heard this?’ Looking for music for me to play.”

Kevin and Britney were married for nearly three years before calling it quits in 2007.
